HEAVY POWER THEFT IN HOUSE NO. 5/346, MAHARAM MOHALLHA, SAHDHRA-32. WITH THE HELP OF BSES PEOPLE.

THE ABOVE HOUSE IS BIGGEST POWER THEFT IN OUR AREA, AND USE SOME TYPE CD OR REMOTE FOR METER STOP AND THEN THEY
RUN FREE ELECTRICITY IN THERE 2 METER. THERE AER MANY AC, DESTER COOLER, HEAVY DUTY MOTORS AND MANY OTHER ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT. MANY KILO WATT IS USED FREE.

STRANGE, SHAMEFUL & SUSPENSE THAT BSES PEOPLE KNOW THIS AND HELP THEM BY TAKING MONEY.

THIS IS THE ONLY HOUE WHICH DO NOT HAVE YELOOW WIRE IN THERE METER WHY?

IF THERE METER ARE LAB TEST THEN A HUGE KW THEFT IS FOUND.

I HAVE SEND MANY EMAIL TO BSES YAMUNA BUT NO ACTION IS TAKEN.

MY QUESTION IS THAT WHY OTHER CONSUMER SUFFER BECAUSE OF THAT. WHY BSES PEOPLE ALLOW THEFT.
ON THIS BASIS WHY OTHER NOT BE GIVEN OFFICIAL PERMISSION TO USE THE SAME DIVCE TO STOP METER AND
DO THEFT.

WHERE ARE THE BIG OFFICER OF BSES: WHY NOT THEY TAKE ANY ACTION

    (Sub: Request for change of name of electricity meter CA No[protected] BSES)

    Sir,

    My Daughter-in-Law Smt. Vandana Dikshit has applied for change of meter in her name on 09/05/2012, and documents were submitted but the concerned officer made imaginary objections and rejected the case on 25/09/2012. I met with the in charge, who asked me for the chain of ownership of the flat, which was also submitted vide entry Dy No 3717 dated 26/09/2012 to BSES, but nothing has been heard from the BSES so far.

    On 22/01/2013 I have issued a reminder. but till date nothing has been heard. Here I may mention that BSES has asked me to deposit the additional security of extra load, but it cannot be deposited till the change of name.

    It is therefore, requested that kindly intervene in the matter so that the name may be changed and I may deposit additional security etc.

        I poonam vaish resident of C-53/7, St No. 1/5, Bhajanpura Delhi : 53, would like to draw your kind attention towards our street lights which are not working for last many months. I am very disappointed to inform you that None of the respective responsible officer personnel is taking any action againts it. Darkness in streets may end up giving rise to criminal activities in the area. Considering the potential danger, it is very imperative to repair these street lights for fair visibility on roads and streets during the year.

        I humbly request you to kindly take this compain to concern department and get it rectified as soon as possible in public interest. We all inhibitants of Bhajanpura will be highly obliged to you for this.

          This is to bring into your notice that we are about 150 Families
          living here in Dwarka Sector-17 Pocket -A2 from last 1.5 years and
          feel very unsafe because there are no street lights and after 7PM its
          complete dark in all the streets of our sector. We feel unsafe to come
          out after 7 PM for our day to day activities and is very dangerous for
          Womens/Ladies as crime is at peak now days.

          In this regards we meet BSES officers many times but have not received
          any response and at last we are writing you to bring all this in your
          front.

          We request you to please look into matter and consider it on top
          priority as it may lead to some criminal activity as well due to VERY
          DARK AT NIGHT situation which is the best place for criminals to hide
          or do some bad activities safely.

            This is for your information that BSES is not taking care of loose wires lying anywhere. Yesterday a pole has been dropped due to heavy weight on it. Our address is Flat No.4. Street No.15, WZ-6A, FF, New Mahavir Nagar, New Delhi 110018. A huge bunch of wires is lying at our balcony and heavy weight adjancent to pole there. We have done complaint for the same to BSES people they had told us there is no other option to remove the wires as we need support for them and our balcony is giving support to wires. Kindly take a necessary action as we are sending photographs of wires for your reference. Hope you can understand the problem. My no is [protected] and my name is Sandhya.               with due respect i would like to draw yoyr kind attention that our light servise are very bad, here A-49, g.no.2, mahalaxmi inclave , karawal nagar, delhi-110094. A power poll is stand in front of above address and it gives sparks every day in very short time period. It is cause people are facing many harms.                   this is in reference to the electricity bill of A-101 freedom fighters enclave, neb sarai , nes delhi-110068 in the name of Mrs. Seema Kumari. the electricity consumption for our house had been 200-300 units always. But since the last two bills it has suddenly risen to 600 units (almost double) even though the consumption has not increased at all, for that matter it has decreased as the cooler is not being used in t he past few months.
                  please kindly look into the issue as it is really a big problem for us to pay such a high bill.

                    I was trying to make payment of my electricity bill and due to some error in programming the amount was transferred to an account.

                    We have going to BSES office at Karkarduma for almost more than a month now. we wrote to branch manager who in return asked us to get an affidavit done which we did. Now after more than a month Karkarduma brand head has returned our application stating that only person who can do this is on leave because of her wedding. Is this the way BSES work, after one and half months of going to office BSES and filling the forms.

                    Please help and let us know who can get this payment reversed in my account.

                    I have attached the bank transfer details and screenshot of wrong payment.

                      Hello Sir,
                      With due respect i would like to share the WORST customer service provided by BSES TODAY ( 28th July 2011 ) . I am the resident of Mohan Garden Uttam Nagar East .
                      Today in the morning there was a fire on the electricity pole near my house and the fire was on the Electricity line that comes to my house .
                      I called the customer care at this number [protected] at 10:30am in the morning and i got this complaint number 1002 and i was promised that some electrician will reach in the next 45min .

                      I called the customer care again and again at 10:24am , 11:23am , 11:31am , 11:32am , 12:31pm , 3:16pm , 4:15pm , 7:09pm , 8:44pm and 8:55pm . But still no response .

                      Then i got a call from some supervisor from this number[protected] at 4:09pm and he said that i will get the electrician soon . But still no response .

                      Last i called at 9:00pm and the representive gave me this reference number : 3448 and said that i will get some electrician soon .

                      I feel that the electrician will come after there is fire in the house.

                      I am reallly fed up with the service and woudl like you to take some action again the electrcians that work at Hastal centre that is responsible for the work .

                      My address is Plot no :13 , Gali no : 5 , Near Kali Mata Mandir . Mohangarden .


                      Please look into the matter and i will also log a Police complaint right now so that if there is any fire then i should have the proof that it is due to fault from BSES END .


                      Waiting for a better Service in future and also please resolve my above complaint at the earliest .

                        Hi,

                        We were billed for Rs 19110 for 4 months means 2 billing cycles from 20 -05-12 to 16-07-12 & 17-07-12 to 14-09-12 and the due date is 11 oct 2012. My husband gone ther to clear first bill cycle where in the amount was Rs 6730 and we wanted some time to clear the second bill. The general manager refused to accept the bill in case if she allow to accept the first bill we were threatened to give a post dated cheque for 25 oct 12 where in i am aware that we cant clear the cheque. We explained this but they were threaten us to get our meter removed in case if we dont do this what should i do ?
                        Kindly help if anyone knows anything about it ....

                          Further I wish to inform you that I am following up with various officials of Customer-Care i.e. Ms. Nidhi, Mr. Rahul, Mr. Neeraj, Mr. Sanjeev and many more on regularly basis. Further I have also registered many complaints through e-mails to Customer-care however the reply is same in each & every complaint that “we will endeavor to respond within 3 working days” but their 3 working days will never end.

                              1. The Electronic Meter installed at House No 41, Sector-2, RK Puram seems to be faulty and showing excessive reading since last two billing cycles. For billing cycle May-July 2012, the reading was 780 units amounting to Rs 3630/- and for billing cycle July-September 2012, the reading was 634 units amounting to Rs 3540/-. Though both the bills have been paid for full, still I feel that the amount paid is not justified in terms of actual consumption on light points, fan and simple gadgets being used in the house. Average load for summer season was as under:-
                              (a) Light Points (CFL) -08 (on need basis only)
                              (b) Fan -03 (on need basis only)
                              (c) Desert Cooler (Med-01, small-01) -02 (night hours only)
                              (d) Motor for water pulling 1H power -01(20 minutes per day)
                              (e) Rice Cooker -01(15 minute per day)
                              (f) Refrigerator -01(24 hours)
                              (g) TV -01( 8 hours daily)
                              (h) Computer/Laptop -02(03 hours daily)

                              2. It is obvious with the above that paying Rs 1,800/- or more on average monthly basis is comparatively seems too high. May I request you to kindly look into the matter and rectify the Electronic Meter or replace the same so that I do not hurt while making the payment of electricity bill. Thanx.

                                dear sir , my name is amarjeet singh, i have taken a house in samgam vihar , i got my first bill for rs.14240 for two months (21.03.2012 - 15.5.2012) i went to complain against the same in bses , they have told me you need to pay the bill, it could be due for last few months , i have paid the bill, i got a new bill for rs 5290 for[protected] to 03.09.2012) i have again complained for wrong bill amount on 21.08.2012 complaint number [protected], i have called on there cmr service number all they say is server is busy cannot help, we went to bses office( prahlad pur ) they are also not ready to help, they have sent a man to take the meter reading, he clearly said that meter is falty and needed to be replaced but he didnt inform that to his office and another bill of 5500 is ready for us pls help me getting this thing sorted out will be very help full to you. thanks

                                        We have made many complaint for power off in Sonia Vihar G-Block, pusta - 5, Delhi - 94,The electricity power supply of sonia vihar is very poor,Everyday the light cut off due to the transformer electrical fault,We have complaint so many time but no reply till the date. i am highly dissatisfy for the no supply of electricity.Pls take the action against the BSES KARAWAL NAGAR.
