Dear RBL Customer Service Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a pressing concern regarding an incorrect late payment charge that has been applied to my account. This issue has not only caused financial distress but has also adversely impacted my credit score.

I recently discovered that a late payment fee of 5.90 Rupees was imposed on my account on 17.05.2023 statement. I am confident that this charge is unjustified because I have consistently made timely payments on my Credit card account no. ending with xxxxxxxxxx2695. In particular, the payment for the billing cycle, this late payment had been charged against the outstanding of 0.03 Rupees.

It's alarming to note that this erroneous late payment charge has been reported to credit bureaus, resulting in a significant drop in my credit score. This has the potential to affect various aspects of my financial life, including future loan applications, interest rates, and more.

I implore you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I have attached the relevant documentation, including a copy of the payment confirmation receipt that validates the timely payment. I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently and ensure that my credit score is accurately updated to reflect the correct payment history.

The integrity of my credit score is crucial, and I trust that RBL Bank values its customers and their financial well-being. I request that you keep me updated on the progress of this issue and provide confirmation once the necessary corrections have been made.

They issued a credit card with 1st year free charges now toad i received a call and says that i have to pay 9, 999.00 for services.. please help . and please file a case against RBL bank

This is to bring to your kind notice that, recently i have applied for Personal Loan top up in HDFC & ICICI banks for my younger brother's marriage and the same request was rejected indicating low CIBIL score.

On verifying my CIBIL report i understand that some other customer's credit card details are incorrectly entered under my PAN and then submitted for his loan final settlement.

Because of RBL team negligence, i have suffered and unable to meet my financial commitments due to CIBIL score impact.

I have received a bill of Rs 80k against my card number ending with 8002. For the past 6-7 months I am in deep financial crisis so I am unable to pay the full amount. I can pay 10% of the total bill and want to settle the card. Kindly do the needful please

I have raised an request for credit card closure
They offered me for 5000 rewards but they didn’t close the card and they didn’t credit the rewards points

Had done RBL credit card payment through the RBL mobile app using the bill desk payment. The Transaction was done through Netbanking and the amount of Rs 27625.09 has been deducted from the account. There was an error message stating unable to process at this point in time try again later. While I checked the bank account, the amount has already been deducted from bank.

Sir/madam,
I was cheated by the executive of RBL Bank.
I got the Call from the mobile no. [protected] and he says that he is the executive of RBL Bank and try to convince me to take the RBL duet Card.
He messaged me with his whatsapp number [protected].
He says my Credit limit is 2.5 lac I got the msg from paisabazar that my credit card limit is 34000. I told him that but he says your limit is approved from RBL bank is 2.5 lac and this will show from RBL bank side
He told lie to me about the credit card offer:-
4.5% cashback on bpcl petrol pump
1 on 1 movie ticket free
2.5 lac credit limit
Which is totally fake.
According to his behavior it seems that it's a general practice of him.
please call and verify to another customer who was assisted by him
Please take the necessary action against him.

I got Bajaj finance rbl super card but I dont want to use I didn't liked as it was forcefully given to me I can't afford credit card, Still i have not used that card, so I have no card details, pls cancel card

But aadhar through this credit here. I asked to this bank manager past 30 days. He says your account number switch off now. I inform to our bm. I have logged a complaint[protected] for reversal of Debit card fee that was deducted 2 times from my account in a FY, but they closed it.

New Req no. 64031595 logged on 19 April 23.

That complaint has been closed without resolution and reversal, Please return the amount of Rs. 590/- that was deducted extra.

I applied four amount for EMI later I paid full amount one day before due date. they charged fined same amount two times. individually 3 times or whole amount also.please do needful. otherwise I will go for consumer court

I performed a txn on 13 april 2023 for payment tp govt of haryana using credit card of rbl bank of Rs 73900 via transaction no tcp[protected]. this transaction yet not settled in beneficiary account and still shows in AWAITED status. i tried to call RBL bank many times but their representatives just said it was successful and not cooperating me. even toll free No of RBL bank is not in working condition. in this situation as a customer what i can do. please guide

10th March 2023 - Bought a product from apple on 6 month no cost emi
10th march 2023 - Cancelled it after 15 minutes because of personal reason!
11th March 2023 - Money was received back from apple on CARD !
13th March 2023 - RBL BANK Creates the EMI for the transaction and charge me 200 processing fees .
17th march 2023 - THey charge me the first EMI !!

Now when i reached to them, they say it will not be cancelled and will be foreclosed !!

So, Total Charges i pay = Processing fees + GST + foreclosure CHARGES !

How Can This happen??
This is clear theft.

WHY should i pay these charges ?
The money was refunded before emi so why is emi created ?

I dont think this is right and i am going to consumer court

Dear Sir./Madam. I am sai baba and my RBL credit card account no is last foru digits is 3440. I have received a safari card form RBL saying its free life time card when they issued this card and i dont even create pin also they send me neary Rs 5800 as annual fee that time i called customer care asked them to close my card. they closed my card and kept as negative payment in Cibil. because of this my cibil score is effecting.
