I was unable to pay my credit card bill in due time owing to personal issues and despite being just 10 days away from due date I have started to receive calls from them at regular intervals. They started calling from as early as 7 AM and beyond 7 PM and even on public holidays including Sunday and our independence day. This is outrageous and I am having no sleep because of these people. And they are so rude. Kindly help me to resolve this by not getting calls from them.

    Hello,
    I was using rbl bank moneytap credit card since last 5 years.

    I was paid my all outstanding balance on this card.

    Now i don't need this credit card so i have called 15 to 20 times to rbl bank customer care support for credit card closure request.

    And then credit card was still active and customer care executive not give me any answer to close the credit card.

    MY CREDIT CARD LAST FOUR DIGIT IS - 6413

      Dear Sir,
      I am Seema Rastogi having a Saving Account in the Bank with the account number[protected] in vaishali nagar jaipur branch. I had deposited one cheque in the D-33, RDC, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad Branch of the Bank in favour of my account which will get uncleared by the bank and then it is sent to my address .
      The Deposited Check Details are:
      • Cheque No.: 385529
      • PNB Bank cheque having A/c No. [protected]
      • Given By: Munesh Chand
      • Amount: 8, 00, 000 (Eight Lakh Only)
      • In Favour of Seema Rastogi
      Date of Issue of cheque: 20/06/2022
      It was sent to my home address jaipur but I am not available at my address as I am out of station. I had contacted my branch and they told me it was returned to the Ghaziabad Branch. I am near Ghaziabad so I visited the branch but yet the cheque was not delivered to the RDC Branch, Ghaziabad.
      My cheque is missing for 1 month by the bank. In Spite of repeated reminders and emails, regular phone calls to the branches and customer care number but action is performed yet.This is very careless by the bank, which is not acceptable. I request you to please check where my deposited cheque is gone and when it will be delivered in the Ghaziabad Branch. I want my cheque back and want it to represent it again in the Bank so that it can be cleared.Please verify and respond on an urgent basis as this cheque has no significance after 1 month.
      This cheque is concerned with my property, i shall get a huge loss of 8 lakh with interest if it is not found. Find where my cheque is gone and perform some action to resolve my problem fast otherwise I shall have to perform some legal proceedings against the bank for which the bank shall be duly liable.

        NRO AND NRE Accounts

        I would charge them with harassment and…
        I would charge them with harassment and I am currently struggling with my mental health after trying to remain patient and dealing with them for over 5 years. First they forced me to open a NRE and NRO account in 2015, then h the Su charged me fees upto 5500 for not operating the account becoz I couldn’t get into internet banking nor card when I was overseas....

        Hi Team,
        I have been using RBL credit card. Amount of Rs 600 has been deducted from my credit card without my approval and knowledge . I came to know that last month and I have been asking for the proof of approval which i didn't get any proper response.

          I was charged very high interest rates and hidden charges on my RBL credit card. For dial loan an EMI of 11500 6 and additional processing fees is all paid. RBL comes back there is a due of Rs 268000 such is the interest rates and closure charges levied by RBL. Dial a cash loan is against credit card and they ask for closure charges.

            I, Prabhakar Mishra, had account with RBL bank they charged me extra amount earlier which was 3700 in July 2021 was just for card there was nothing of my expenditure. After that I requested them to close my account which they didn't do, again in April 22 I received a message from them that they have closed my account but they didn't do. Now they are calling again and again asking for money which I have not spend, I m asking them to show any transaction which I have done, but ofcourse they can't as I have never used their card once

              I had raised a request to close my card on 25th September 2021, they asked me to clear the outstanding to colse the card so i paid all the outstanding immediately, after 1 year they are saying that only the card has been closed and not the emi, i wanted to close the entire account, why will i only close the card, it can be done through application as well. Now they are asking me to pay another 9000 to close the card

                4th May I purchased an Air-Conditioner from the Amazon portal and paid through RBL Credit Card by selecting 3 months installments. This month I received the last statement and I was cross-checking the amount to be paid & actually paid and observed the discrepancy so tried to connect with the Customer Support Team to understand. Instead of solving the problem, All I face is BLAME-GAME. RBL CS team throwing everything on Amazon merchant and Amazon CS throwing everything on RBL Bank.

                Tired of this, I need a proper elaboration on this issue. I hope you take it a bit seriously and explain it to me properly. I had attached all the necessary images related to billing.

                When I purchased it from Amazon, I was seeing a total of ₹36, 936.83 (With the deduction of No Cost EMI Discount - ₹803.17) however when I summarise 3 EMIs Installment amounts (₹12, 579.99 + ₹12, 579.99 + ₹12, 580.02), I got ₹37, 740 which was ₹803.17 higher than What I have seen Total on Amazon.

                My purchase had come with A No Cost EMI Discount then Why am I seeing a difference of ₹803.17?

                    I am having an RBL Super card. First when promoter called me the he said that no any charges will be taken for one year. And when i used the card for first time then bank charged membership charge and other service charges of approx rs.1200. And also activated two insurance plans and charged rs. 532 and rs .63 for that . When i called in CUSTOMER care and said to cancel then they said that we have generated the request it will be closed from next month and charges which have overcharged will be reversed in next month bill. I talked finally once again on 8th April with executive arvind rai he clearly told me that your insurance plans are cancelled and your charges will be refunded in next month. And no any overcharges will be taken from next month. But again in next moth they charged for that ### insurance plan . And again i called in CUSTOMER care on 24th april and talked with senior executive Mr . vikram Singh then he clearly said me that yes we will validate the call and do as per said. And will revert you back in next 3-4 days.but still there is no ans. After that i tweeted on twitter and tagged to rbl bank then one executive called me from social media and said me to mail these all matter on [protected]@rblbank.com
                    I did as they said but still there is no any reply from that departmemt. Its 5th month now and every month i call in CUSTOMER care and till now i have mailed lots of time on [protected]@rblbank.com
                    They only reply that its not possible to close the insurance plans and cant revrse any of the charges.
                    I do it every month but nobody is ready to help or provide proper resolution.
                    I mail and type everything which happened but at last they only say that it is not possible to close.
                    If it is not possible to close then why cant they are giving me the proof that i have activated that. And why they people are lying on the call why are giving wrong informations.
                    If it is not possible to close then why those executives Arvind and Vikram lied on the call . Is it my fault ? Why should i pay for it ? The persons who have lied on the call they should pay.
                    But still i m paying for that ### insurance plan, to protect my Cibil score. Please Please once validate my calls. And give me the proper resolution.

                      It was a last 3time which I have to pay extra money for my credit card payments. Usually I paid money on same date which was declared by bank but from the last three they had charged me a late fee charges.
                      I don't what was wrong with them and even though when I wanted to connect with them they just ignoring and they didn't answered my call. I don't know what's the issue. That's a really pathetic customer service.. Very unhappy

                          I am receiving credit card(CC no ending with **24) bills from past 2 months.
                          Now my due amount is above rupees 1800 with late fee.
                          The problem is i have not received the card in hand nor pin is generated.
                          tried to reach out the customer care no, but there no option to talk to customer care excctive to explain.
                          I am not finding solution for this issue. Please help

                            Dear Concern,

                            Your executive misguide me in repayment as he told me I have Paid Full amount as per discussion with him. I have been continuously following up with that person for the last 3 months but he is not responding now. He blocked my calls and whatsapp.
                            There were no mistakes from my side. I am attaching here a screenshot. If that person does not belong to your team, how did he settle my cash loan? Then, how can I come to know that the person is no longer authorized to deal on behalf of RBL. That's your internal policies issue. Why will I as a customer need to suffer?

                            Please take serious of This seriously. RBL is a Brand How Any Body Can Cheat with RBL Customers.

                              ATM card fraud

                              On 13th July 2022 around 10:35pm I have used my HDFC bank ATM card on Govind puri extension Kalka ji of RBL ATM (ATM ID- RB217003) due to some technical issues it was not transacted but one person has initiated and replaced my card as I was in hurry so I have not checked at that time and he used my card and swipe INR 15000 from my account.

                              FIR has been lodged.

                              Kindly request you to please provide CCTV footage...

                              I have a BAJAJ RBL BANK credit card. since 2019 I am using it.last 2 months i didn't paid a credit card bill. I asked the agents for a settlement but they denied it. the recovery agents are calling nite 8'o clock to my mother's number and they are calling my superiors and asking to pay the credit card bill instead of me. I didn't give anyone's number as a surety.
                              and the recovery agents coming inside the home directly. shouting and scolding badly.
                              RBL BANK people's behavior is making me to commit suicide

                                  These people have blocked my credit card since last 4 months without even taking my permission.
                                  And now suddenly they have charged me around 1200 as a membership charges.
                                  Initiall they didn’t mentioned anything about membership on my card but now they are charging again.
                                  After compiling on twitter they said that they will cancel my card and waive of the membership fee.. but now they are denying it.. just because they blocked my card without asking me I was unable to use and suddenly after 4 months they sent a bill for 1178 approximate..
                                  My registered number was [protected] but now my number is [protected] because that number is not in use

                                    Fraud done by RBL Bank.
                                    Credit Card No. [protected]. Card is bloked in 2020, but till date the RBL Bank is charging renewal fee from me without informing me. But I have paid the renewal fee because i don't want to affect my cibil but last time i have paid the full amount. But again i got message from RBL Bank that i have an outstanding of Rs.0.01. but this time i have not paid the amount and drop a mail to RBL Bank then they have informed me that card is blocked but we are charging as account is active and then i have asked for a refund with interest then they showed their inability to do the same. Kindly look into the matter.
