Dear Sir,
On Dt.15.12.2024 RBL card charged the annual fee of ₹499+ G.S.T. of 18% on my card. As per their terms I was eligible to get the reversal of the same. With request and repeated follow-ups, they only reverse the annual fee. Since I have taken the card for last 7-8 years, they always reverse the annual fee and G.S.T. on it. But this time they did not reverse the G.S.T. Since that time, I was in contact with them for the reversal of the same. But at last, they refused to do so. I also use cards from other banks and even they charged and reversed the charges along with G.S.T. for the same period. In my follow-ups they just slip with the term of govt. of India guidelines.
In the name of Govt. of India, they just make people fool and charge the money to people unnecessarily.

I have seen the deduction of rs2000 from my account for non maintenance of balance.

I have requested a closure of my credit card ending with 8266 through phone banking representative, Representative told me she has raised a service request for closure and soon I will get a call from closure team, and I got a call from the team and gave a reason that this card is not in use by me so I want to close my card.
This card is voluntary closed by me not by any internal bank policy.
so, issue me a NOC or closure letter for the same

RBL Bank fraud with me. 4 years ago I had got a credit card issued by RBL Bank and without my permission an insurance called R Shield Insurance was activated on the card. Since then I am complaining about this till date. This insurance has not been cancelled from my card yet and now RBL Bank has settled it itself and ruined my CIBIL score.

I am still receiving sms from RBL everyday as detail below:-
Attention required! Payment for your Bajaj Finserv RBL Bank SuperCard ending with XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX7935 is due immediately. Total Amount Overdue: 1235 Minimum Amount Due: 1235 Visit https://rzp.io/i/Uk47VpHb to pay now.
I had complaint to Consumer forum in 2022 regarding calls and sms messages received by me daily. Calls were stopped upon intervention by National Consumer authority, however sms still continues to be sent till date. Hence, my last request to RBL Authority to stop sending sms immediately failing which legal action will be initiated at this end.

RBL Bank has hit a new low. They have blocked my card for non-payment of 13 paise. Yes, 13 paise. That was the total outstanding on the card. And I have a credit limit of over Rs.5 lakh!! On speaking to the customer care, I was told that since the statement was generated the amount had to be paid. She would not even use her common sense to resolve this issue. She just repeatedly said that the card was blocked due to non payment of the outstanding. There was nothing I could do except pay Re 1, since I am not allowed to make payments of less than Re 1 either thru UPI or thru net banking.

I have shoping a product on line on Dec 10, 2023, then I found it is fraud and transaction in wrong account in RBL Bank account Name R k enterprise. Screen short attached in.
I request to you kindly return back Rs 1500 to my account.
I have also complaint in my SBI Bank there reply copy also attached.

I received the call from Mr. Madan (+[protected], RBL bank Mylapore Branch, Chennai for personal loan. For the loan amount they asked to take insurance for Security purpose, Hence I have taken the insurance of 135000 for the loan of 40Laks, After taken the insurance he is not picking the call and not able to reach him.

From past 3 months RBL bank is not resolving my complain. I have applied for loan and initially I was told there is No Loan against my Credit card. Hence I asked them not to process the Loan. Based on there feedback I used my credit credit card and Took loan somewhere else. Now after 1 day I found that money was credited to my Account. I immediately asked them to cancel the Loan and take it back. That is something they Denied from customer service, I followed there grievances addressable system but still now no help. I paid Rs 5000 processing fee and Interest for 2 months now, in another 2 days this month interest also i have to pay. I am bearing this for no use as i already took money.

I requested them to waive off the processing charge and the interest for 3 months and close the loan as there is no fault of mine. I am attaching the details
I request to waive of the processing charge and 3 months interest and than close the loan on principal amount with a compensation for the harassments and false promise from customer service department.

Below purchase not done by me and i made enquiry from RBL customer care on 30th December 23, they said it's renewal fee without my knowledge they made all the renewal payment and more over its EMI conversion renewal payment kindly check this card transaction i didn't used last 6 to 12 month without transaction how can be possible for EMI conversion, kindly look into this issue and cancel the payment and i have given request for card cancellation ending with 50 but they didn't done anything its poor service of RBL bank i am using two cards for RBL bank i would like to surrender the another card also due to poor response and unnecessary billing debited on customers head, Kindly look into issue on priority basis.
NOTE: Any Manual renewal or auto reveal without customer confirmation it should not be done as per RBI bank policy, i didn't get any confirmation or communication from RBL Bank side. It is Exceeding the RBI rules and regulation. If you your not taken any action on this i would like to forward to RBI knowledge.

Sbccredit card mumbai has been deducted 1214.16 RS has been deducted from my RBL credit card, so please refund my amount . Balance has deducted twice on 13 th November 2023.

I have taken 3 xpress cash loan on RBL credit card 3 months back.

I Have requested them to close the loan from the last 2 months. I have spoke with multiple customer executives to preclose my loan. but due to technical error from RBL iam unable to preclose my loan. Also I have billed 2 EMIs .

Due to the technical issue from RBL bank iam suffering here. Also I have billed 2 EMIs. that interest components for those EMI's are loss for me.

I have sent email to them also. But not getting response.

I need to preclose my loans . And also they should reverse the interest components which they billed for 2nd and 3rd EMI. Also I want them to waive off preclosure charges as well. Since I have spent more time energy for the regards.

Please do the needful.

This is to inform you that I have a call on 24th at 2:37 from cell no.[protected] At 2 :30 pm introduced herself as a employee of RBL BANK and asked me regarding CREDIT CARD whether i want to use it or not. I go for to block the card and after that they ask me for otp to confirm the phone no. For blocking the card. As soon as i share the amount has been dedited from card. As i already lodge a complaint regarding fraud transacton within 12hrs with GDE NO. 1989 at POLICE STATION. So please help me to resolve urgently

I have tried to recharge my mobile using rbl rewards points. Points get deducted and paid remaining using the card on 27.10.2023 and till now status is in progress only. RBL people are not aware about what is the meaning of mobile recharge, it should happen soon but here more than a week pending.

It seems they looting the money in the name of redemption. No response over customer service mail and their head also.
Cheap people's always there is no reputation in RBL cards.

Hi, Not sure why RBL bank ATM was shut by security personnel, security gaurd says he is building security and not belongs to bank and he can't let me inside building to access ATM and building has not given permission for security.

Not sure why it's called ATM then when time restriction as imposed,

If security gaurd is suggesting me to access other banks ATM, then what is the point of me having account in RBL BANK
