We have opened women's saving account online, it opened within 10minutes of time . we have deposited some amount in the bank, later on we wanted to see if there are any good debit cards providing good cashback on shopping etc, we clicked on a debit card singature debit card to upgrade, the bank has hidden the exact changers of the debit card purchase and displayed only 1500 change and we have clicked to upgrade, automatically 5900rs has been debited from our account regarding this, soon in a matter of 5min we have reach customer care and they has told that this upgrade cancellation can only be done from branch we have reached the branch, they told that as this account is opened online only online team can take up this request and when i again called customer care from being in branch they hesitated to take the request, the branch executive forced me and made me to talk with executive until they say yes, four of one customer care executive has told that she has taken the request for cancellation and the upgrade is going to cancel in 2 working days, Later after waiting for 2 days we have again enquired customer care about the case progress, they simply said that there is no case opened realted to this issue and i need to visit the branch for cancellation, this all dramas they have been playing with me, later on multiple attempts, complaining to rbi and sending a email to customer care support they finally took the request and cancelled the debit card and refunded my amount . After few day 1500 rs again debited, upon enquiring a debit card upgrade has been taken from the branch and this is completely with out my knowledge again i have asked for the cancellation. After being normal for a month or so, we were not able to do any transactions using the account, The phone banker told that they doesn't have any information of the reason behind it . I enquried with the branch they said that this is a wallet kind of account you opened and it required 10k Minimum amount to be maintained and you have already done 2L of transactions and that is limited to the year. I enquired with the phone banker and request to unfreeze the account and asked why this is considered a wallet ? he replied to me saying that this is definetly not a wallet this has full potential to do transactions but not sure why the branch has freezed the account.

In RBL Phone banker and branch executives has two different view points and both of them behave like galli ke roudies, they doesn't care about customers, we fed up and we are in a plan to close the account.

    WHETHER RBI RULES APPLICABLE FOR RBL BANK OR NOT?????????????????????????

    As per RBI, I have submitted my Intimation Letter and Prefereed Contact Location to Honble Nodal Officer of RBL Bank, Chennai.
    ===============================================================

    Collection Agent Called my Father and scolded very riduclously from mobilel number[protected] at 17:37 Hrs today (08 Sep 2022).

    I have informed many of the RBL Bank workers, that my Advocate is taking care of this...

    Today, people from RBL Bank visited and they were talking badly. I placed a call and told them to talk with the person who took the loan. My brother was not able to pay dues for 3 months. and the recovery agent starts shouting in the whole building. Once they talked with my brother they start talking with me and my mother again and they were giving the warning repetitively

      Reward points has been deducted and no vouchers has been issued from the bank..its showing pending confirmation..all the departments of rbl bank doesnt know how to resolve the issue..done with the spoking and emails to the bank..

        In Sep'22 Statement, RBL charged me 750/- even though I paid the minimum amount before due date 6th Aug'22.

          3850 Charges charged on my CC without informing about the charges when i upgraded the card, and now i am not using it and cleared all outstanding asked them to close but they are irritating and forcing to pay even i do not use the card.

            Hi team my name is Bhaskar my registered number is [protected] and I have outstanding of 2 lakhs and I'm in total financial loss having in crisis not able to pay the amount and asked RBL bank to provide the settlement but they are denying to provide it and they are not allowing to it, I understand it will impact my cibil score please help me in getting the settlement for rupees 70k and in future I will clear all the dues if my life going smooth further

              I have taken a Credit card from RBL BANK LTD.
              Loan A/C :[protected] Date Opened on 17/05/2019, Loan Amount.Rs.38000
              It's the best service provided by your bank in the country. I am really happy with your services.
              Recently i checked my cibil report, in that report i saw the Post (WO) Settled flag mentioned.
              At the time of my loan closer i don't have any idea about settlement.
              now it's a complicated issue in my cibil.
              Due to this reason I am not getting any loan from banks.

              I request you to please give me a closer amount to remove this negative flag in cibil.

                Payment done of credit card but not reflecting in mycard app

                I have made a payment of 10301.03 on 1/09/2022 midnight 1:23am through RBL my card app i received message of payment acceptance and mail as well but still the app isn't updated and showing to pay the amount
                1 sep 2022 is my last date of bill i am not going to bear any late fee fine !! Because of your pathetic service
                Your poor app always not working!!
                Customer care so bad they are not even aware about the mails they...

                I have done the promptly before the due date and it is not reflected from the banks end

                Respected Sir/Madam,
                I am one of the rbl credit card holder from madurai, Tamilnadu and I have to done the payment before the due date of September 01, 2022(dated august 30, 2022)and this payment has not reflected so far. I have made a call to the customer service and this payment have not received from bank end and this amount have been debited from my bank account. Kindly find the details below and resolve.                 I have taken a Credit Card from RBL BANK In 2021
                Loan A/C[protected] LOAN AMOUNT Rs.35000 Date Opened / Disbursed 20/05/2021
                for your information i never went to a bank and applied for a card.
                Rbl people has called to and sanction card
                and i never use this card at any where
                you cheated me by adding a insurance on my name, in the card
                that was not confirmed by me
                and you made me a defaulter in my cibil
                now i am not getting any loans from banks.

                I request you to please remove this overdue amount and remove the written off flag
                from my account
                its showing as a defaulter in cibil.

                  As per the above mail i have attached my bank statement as well as the mail screenshot and mail copy for your reference please go through to the details as i have not received any mail from RBL saying that i have taken any loan from your RBl I have received the mail that is on 14/12/2019 Statement was dial for cash and the date 22/11/2019 i have not received any amount to my bank from dial for cash if i would have taken the loan then it should reflect on my bank account.directly im getting a statement from RBL for dial for cash which not digestible on 16/11/2019 i have received a offer mail from RBL Dail for cash i.e. at 3:00Am in mid- night and then on 25/11/2019 and 27/11/2019 fraud information mail from RBL.

                  Kindly find the attached document which can show you that i have not taken any loan from RBL Dail for cash and also Please ask your concern team to check that this loan amount has been deposited to which bank account.

                  I Request You to Please issue N.O.C. to maintain my CIBIL Score

                  scanned copy as proof that i have not taken any loan but after that i received a call from krutika mobile No.: [protected] / What's Up No . : [protected] saying that you madam you make 4000/- against your bill amount of Rs. 9, 430/- i will issue you the settlement letter that their is no payment is pending or else if your won't believe i will first send you the letter then you make a payment that means this is a fraud call from RBl. I'm not from rich family now I'm job less I don't have money to pay and that is for fraud bill amount.

                  Kindly request you to please do the needful and give me NOC for my credit card dial for cash account account for make my CIBIL better

                    I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number ending 0898. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 6+lakhs, already lot of interest and Charges are being cumulative.

                    This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i am into deep financial Crisis and i borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                    I can able to give 30% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 20 business days. More than 30% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have paid all outstanding amount of credit card but the bank has denied to update in cibil bureu as this is hindering to get fresh loans or cards.

                        My registered number was [protected] which is linked to credit card and, please find the NOC recieved from bank, also when raised dispute to the cibil bureus the bank is not responding to there request also, where cibil bureus are asking to co ordinate with bank.

                        Please find the attached emails and NOC for your reference.

                        Humble request to get it updated on earliest.

                        Request you to update in all cibil bureaus on Transunion, Experian, Equifax, Crif.

                        Request you to confirm once done, as after doing refresh in cibil report also it is not updated, as still showing in negative accounts.

                        PFA report for your reference (Snap shot attached of Experian and Equifax same has been emailed you too).

                            This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount due to bad financial condition. So I want settlement for this Credit Card in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                            I can able to give 40% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues in 4 monthly Payments. More than 40% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                              Greetings!
                              Credit card complaint against EMI not closed. I’m writing to you to raise an issue about my RBL credit card. I have ordered a washing machine from flip cart it’s been 9 months or so but due to some personal issue I cancelled the order before delivery. After this I called to RBL bank, When I called to RBL credit card customer care team to closed my EMI because I have canceled my order very next day, they said don’t worry Mam no need to worry EMI will be show every month in your statement but no need to pay because your credit card has excess payment to adjust this amount. Now the customer care team is saying that you have to pay the interest amount of your EMI which very painful for me RBL credit card financially harassing on me they are cheated on me last 9 months through this EMI plan. And now saying that we have not any record of EMI cancellation from customer side.
