It’s been only 4-5 days i have received the bfl supercard and on the very first day i am facing the issues, i tried to make an transaction of 560.02 inr at amazon due to your server responding issue the transaction was failed and after one hour the amount was charged on my card. Now I have been trying to contact your customer service but its been 3 days they only says we are not able to fetch the details of your credit card details it will take time to update i mean like seriously??? You guys don’t even have the details of the credit card working ??

Contact me asap on [protected] this is my registered contact no.

Also i mailed you guys but they revert back saying this email is not registered with us. You guys need to update your system before sending credit cards.

    This is Gaurav Arora, I have a RBL bank super card with a credit limit of 4.91L. Few months ago, I was invited for a Zomato Edition card with an additional credit limit.
    When I received the edition card the credit limit was the same as 4.9L and it was confirmed that its a shared credit limit and the account remains the same.

    I have other credit cards too where I have 2 credit cards of SBI and Citibank where they have different accounts and different credit limits whereas I have 2 cards of axis and icici where its the same like RBL and credit limit is common for the cards.
    It does not matter which card you swipe and which card you pay, it goes to the same account, but RBL has a different policy on this term.

    Edition card due was 35808
    Super card due was 454566
    Total due across all cards 490374

    Payment on Edition card: 45950
    Payment on Super card:444500
    Total payment across all cards 490550

    Ideally, I paid the total amount which was due and as per the due date but when I checked my RBL app today it was showing that I owe 10066 on Super card which didn't make any sense.

    Due date was 4th and I reached out to the customer care on 8th and they did not help and rather they disconnected the call after 53 mins.

    I sent an email on 10th and the bank did not revert to my email and waited for the statement and after generating the statement, bank reached out to me stating that as per there policy even if card share the same credit limit we will have to pay the amount as per the billing statements.

    I am using credit cards since 2005 and I have never come across a situation like this.

    I tried multiple times but they are pretty stubborn to accept their mistake or not willing to understand customer point of view.

    I would really appreciate if you can look into it and do the needful.

    Also, please let me know if you feel that I was at fault.

      Serious complaint against RBL Vartaknagar Thane

      I with my wife (both are senior citizens recently shifted from Chennai to Thane) went to RBL Bank at Lakshmi complex in Vartaknagar, Thane in connection with Aadhar Card on 17th May at 10.30 AM.
      After entering the bank, the Security Guard informed that the Aadhar card is closed. Whereas as the display for Aadhar card was still there.
      Hence I asked him why the display boards for AADHAR Card are not removed as people will come and go back.
      Immediately he started abusing me and pushed me out of Bank. When I resisted, he was shouting at a high pitch and came near to slap me. I do not know whether There was any Manager at that time. As the security guard seemed to be a gunda I did not check for the Manager to lodge a complaint.
      This is a serious problem and I request you to into this case.

        On my RBL Credit card ending with 0281 got unauthorized transaction as on 26th April, 2022. On the same day without any delay, i called customer care and report this unauthorized transaction as well as launched a cyber crime complaint same day. Cyber Crime complaint details Acknowledgement No.[protected]. As on 13th May. I got email from RBL saying that they have closed this case considering legitimate transaction.
        With other bank, as per RBI guideline most of the time I got my transaction reverse same day as I reported within stipulated time given by RBI. Instead of reversing transaction, RBL bank is claiming this is legitimate transaction.
        Are they really following RBI guideline

                RBL Bank workers started calling morning 8:02 a.m. to evening 7:30 p.m.

                THIS IS HAPPENING FOR PAST TWO YEARS, I AM TRIED TO STOP BY TELLING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, BUT I CANT STOP OR BANK CANT REGULATE THAT UNWANTED SERVICE CALLS (DAILY MIN 5 CALLS FOR A CUSTOMER 24 X7) . THINK HOW FRUSTRATED

                That too right from Bill Generation date to over due dates.

                I have rasied complaints by blocking my payments to one of the Assistant Manager Mr. Vijay from TNagar Branch, He assured me that I will getcall only after missing due date. but i have received calls right from bill generation..

                those workers tortuing in the name of SERVICE CALLS, daily atleast 5 CALLS a day, Even in sundays.

                Due this non stop activity, I have stopped my payments for past two months, This time I AM VERY MUCH FRUSTRATED AND MY BP RAISE TO HIGH.

                once i stopped 2 months dues, one man can to home for payment with ID Card telling TEAM LEADER OF RBL TNAGAR Branch

                IS IT MY DUTY TO ANSWER THEM CLEARLY FOR ALL CALL..

                May I know, for how many calls can I answer for your RBL WORKERS.  Sorry I cant treat them as Bankers or Executives, because they are not in the profession. Calling continuously in the name of SERVICE CALL or COLLECTION AGENT.  
                Even when I answer several calls, I tell them.  
                I have been facing this problem since last year, one of your Asst managers assured me to stop several calls in the name of service calls. but it's still the same.
                Now I am very much FRUSTRATED AND MENTALLY RESTLESS ONLY BECAUSE OF YOUR CALLS.
                SO I APPROACH FOR COURT FOR MENTALLY TORTURING IN THE NAME OF SERVICE CALLS. SENDING SEVERAL SMS AND MAILS.
                I became restless and stopped working and earning all because of these frustrations.  I have submitted all proofs to my advocate to approach court these kind of mental tortures and made me MENTALLY RESTLESS.Telling that hereafter only my Advocate will talk with you. 
                For sample, I have attached screenshots of getting calls on 7th 8th (Till 1330 Hrs) of May 2022.  
                HOPE ATLEAST GRIEVANCE CELL MEMBERS OR RBL HAVE SENSE AND THINK HOW A PERSON CAN ANSWER THESE MANY CALLS.

                Just now (26th May 2022 07:55 am) a person came and askinng RBL Payment. But No ID Card, I have raised Complaints with PRINCIPALNODAL Officer (Grievance Third Level), in the mean time. I already got appointment With Kishore[protected] from RBL to meet with my Advocate. Now I am moving to police station for the tortures by RBL Bank.

                Because of this tortures, i am panic and become restless and unable to proceed my regular work.

                Now I callled Kishore, Manager from TNagar who was in tourch since last week for this collection from this number[protected], he called me and refused that he didnt sent any person, But the person he came claiming as RBL WORKER callled sone number and asked to talk.

                THE MOST WORST THING FROM RBL IS THAT PERSON TRHEATING THAT HE WILL COME AGAIN AND AGAIN.

                I have raised THIRD LEVEL OF GRIEVANCE WITH RBL BANK.. What is happening?

                    Hi,
                    my card ending 6824 is been charged financial charges and overlimit fee even after converting into emi. I am unable to bear this charges. So emailed you for a settlement of card. I am jobless now. So monthly emi is not possible. Support me for a settlement of total outstanding. You are not a ccustomer friendly bank to continue the services. I am unhapy with the charges you accumalated in the card account.

                      I am Sharathkumar A S i have RBL super credit card, without my knowledge you bank put the shield insurance Rs.720/- on my name and that amount is converted to pay like EMI . i would not submit any form or document to apply this insurance and also your bank staff could not consult me about this insurance policy. I have paid the 7+ Month EMI now, I don't want this to continue, have received the message that it's auto renewing in August 2022. I don't want this to continue.                             I am a resident of the kings court, godrej hill, kalyan (w), people are facing the problem of orphan dogs and their stray on the main road. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. They run towards motorbike which leads to many accidents in the area.This problem is a headache as a person who has passing from the road since they make them run hard

                            I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue otherwise this needs to be exposed. Hoping for the quick action on this matter.

                              Call me to explain it better and want action to be taken against such irrespectful executives.

                                It is a matter of long time ago around dt 19/05/2020, i had ordered voltas air conditioner (price- 28499rs) from flipkart online shopping portal with rbl bank credit card but due to delay in order delivery i canceled order and flipkart refunded the entire payment in rbl credit card dt 05/06/2020 but after 3 to 4 months rbl bank sent me the statement in which the EMI of the air condition was returned and its refund was also done, i had refused to fill, i was harassed a lot by calling and massaging and i was also threatened with mental torture, i am doing a gov.job, so i settled and filled the card, then rbl bank credit card dropped my credit score down a lot, when it was not my fault, also bank was not even corrupts, due to this I have to face a lot of trouble,

                                    I purchased a phone on emi for which I paid through my debit acct. Cash back offer was from Bajaj Finance. I never applied for any card, Bajaj finance desk person used my card to issue RBL supercard. When I received card, i emailed RBL that I have not applied for this card. After a year I got statement to pay membership fees of Rs 1000. Post that delay charges etc have been added. I have written it to RBL about it in detail, yet to get firm reply from them about it. Case ID[protected]. I have asked RBL to produce consent of my card approval.

                                      Agent harassment

                                      Date of incident: 18th April 2022 - time 11:00 AM
                                      Your RBL recovery agents are calling continuously and harassing me. Even though it is not problem, they are using unparliamentary language and dragging my family as well.

                                      He is not in a position provide his details and threating me. Before lodging a police compliant against your bank and agents, filing a complaint here...

                                      Hi Team,

                                      This is to inform you that I have done Payment through internet banking on 17th Apr for Preclosure of my loan and still the money is not reflecting in my card. On calling to customer care they say wait for 2 days, reference no of HDFC bank i shared through call but they customer care are not accepting.

                                      i request you to please look into it if its is not resolved in 2 days then i will surrender the card... this kind of service is not accepted even after doing the payment still the issue is same... and the amount is not 1 or 2 thousand it is around 180958.00
