Dear Sir,

I am writing with this regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-7077. I recently received a bill of amount rupees 91190.65 /- I have paid minimum due 11600 this week.

This is to inform you that I can't pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & I have no job and not getting job for last 6 months. I have taken money from friends and relatives for surviving,
I can able to give 30% of my debts. If you are agree to settle on this amount, I will be clearing their dues within the next month in EMI.

Also please let me know the process of settlement.

    Payment done but not reflecting rbl card 0396

    Dear team, my rbl credit card payment i have done on 05/07/2022 whos reflected on 07/07/2022 of 3500/- and last i have paid 1944/- on 09/07/2022 but still date not reflecting in rbl app. Whose showing still pending and rbl customer care call coming due to pending showing. But i have paid. At a time of payment successful page seen blank and payment debit from my account. When payment hade failed payment reverse to same account but that also...

    Hiii...am surinder yadav...the rbl bank give my credit case to other recovery company. They daily call me n use so much abusive words with my all family member seriously never expcted from this to rbl bank...what i do...even i talk toh him n say i want to settlement but they decrease only 2% on the total outstanding amount...please help me out for this problem...

      I had received a call form sales executive of RBL bank providing me credit card with 1+1 movie offer and annual fees of Rs.500 starting from 2nd year. An executive approached me and took all the details for card. He also asked me to pay Rs.799 as refundable charges. Now when i am trying to contact the executive he is not picking up call. I have received a call from executive again and the new executive is denying all the benefits. Also i am being denied to get my refund.

        I am extremely compelled to write to you, my name is AJIT KUMAR PRADHAN holding a card which the last digit of 5941 I have been using your card since 2018, and have been paying dues regularly. But recently to new to financial crises due to covid-19 I had to lost my job. Despite serious financial distress leading to a great mental trauma I have been making the payment as that’s my duty however not an obligation under financial distress..., there are so many calls like I mention below and his name shows me MANORANJAN SWAIN and his PH-[protected]. he threatens me and my family and my colleagues and also misbehave my mother in my village. he threatens me that if I am not paid I will kill you, so why did he kill me here I am writing this for your reference I will take a suicide decision that is better for me, please consider this as taking necessary action.             Hi,
            I have made credit card payment on jul 05 2022.
            I made payment through RBL app with Billdesk and i paid total amount of 5531.50.
            Amount got debited from my account but not reflecting in card nor in payment transaction.

            It's been three days now still no proper response from customer end.
            Please look into on to priority and update the status

              RBL Bank Credit card Bill I've paid Rs. 58766 on RBL my card app in[protected], 9.55am. amount deducted from my SBI account but not show in RBL My Card app. also not received any confirmation.
              And I have waiting more then 48 hrs. But still now not reflected in RBL My card app. Also attached for payment screenshots.
              Please Resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                  I have completed transaction today by crediting Rs. 5389/- from my SBI account. Money got debited from the account but not featuring in the RBL credit card. My card ending number in 3534 and reference number is OTHPG 652343 .

                      I have raised a complaint in RBL bank after a fraud transaction in my RBL account. I gave all the details regarding the transaction but i received a message saying we can't help as the transaction is valid even though I didn't do the transaction.

                      I don't know how an OTP from my mobile was used by fraud people for deducting the amount 4200 from my credit card.

                      Please help me to get the refund of 4200.

                            Due to medical emergencies i was unable to pay the EMIs

                            Money View has given me 6 days time to pay still they are calling

                            And i am getting treating calls for these numbers

                            i don't know it is from RBL or not

                            they are using bad languages

                            Also they are calling my companies HR threating them also

                              Dear Sir,

                              I am A.Balakrishna. I would like to infirm you, I have taken loan 3, 30, 000/- Rs from RBL bank through credit card. The EMI start date was Mar 03, 2020. EMI amount is 10224.60/-.

                              To pre-closer to this account, I made call to RBI customer care and the executive told me that, I have to Pay 2, 60, 920/- Rs (including pre-closer loan charges 3%).

                              I made payment to RBL bank through NEFT on 12 June 2021 for amount of 2, 60, 920/-Rs ( 1, 00, 000/- Rs Txn no NEFT/MB/AXMB[protected]/ABALKR/THERAT/closing and 1, 60, 920/- Rs Txn no NEFT/MB/AXMB[protected]/ABALKR/THERAT/closing).

                              Today I have seen my credit report in CRED app and I knew the still RBL loan account in active status. I made a call to RBL customer care, they are simply saying that you did not give any pre-closer loan request after made the payment. I requested to the RBL customer care executive to close the loan account now. But they are asking for 40 thousand change amount to close the Loan account.

                              After paid outstanding balance also they did not close my Loan account. I am requesting you to support me to close that Loan account without paying any additional charges.

                                Good evening,

                                I got a call from your representative in the month of Jan regarding annual fess

                                He told me that sir you can keep current plan which will cost u, 4999 plus gst and, the amount will get reversed in the form of rewards points which I can redeem

                                Second option he has given to down grade the credit card,

                                I have choosen to be with current plan

                                Since it has been 6 month my points are not reversed

                                If talking your representative, who doesn't have manners no clue regarding the credit card plan, he is totally blank .

                                Just tell me one thing, why customer will lie to you

                                You all don't keep your promise
                                You all don't have the record of what your representative are saying to the customer care, promising fake plans

                                In this world where credit card fees are getting they are not charging the single rupee, me be an loyal customer from last 5 years, totally dedicated to your services, you all showing me this type behaviour

                                Seriously I m very upset regarding your services your call center team

                                I need my reversal of my points I don't know

                                      This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 3 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                                      I can able to give 50% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 50% is not affordable for me in the present situation.
