Hi,
I have made credit card payment on jul 05 2022.
I made payment through RBL app with Billdesk and i paid total amount of 5531.50.
Amount got debited from my account but not reflecting in card nor in payment transaction.

It's been three days now still no proper response from customer end.
Please look into on to priority and update the status

    RBL Bank Credit card Bill I've paid Rs. 58766 on RBL my card app in[protected], 9.55am. amount deducted from my SBI account but not show in RBL My Card app. also not received any confirmation.
    And I have waiting more then 48 hrs. But still now not reflected in RBL My card app. Also attached for payment screenshots.
    Please Resolve this problem as soon as possible.

        I have completed transaction today by crediting Rs. 5389/- from my SBI account. Money got debited from the account but not featuring in the RBL credit card. My card ending number in 3534 and reference number is OTHPG 652343 .

        Kindly check at the earliest and initiate my refund process.

            I have raised a complaint in RBL bank after a fraud transaction in my RBL account. I gave all the details regarding the transaction but i received a message saying we can't help as the transaction is valid even though I didn't do the transaction.

            I don't know how an OTP from my mobile was used by fraud people for deducting the amount 4200 from my credit card.

            Please help me to get the refund of 4200.

                  Due to medical emergencies i was unable to pay the EMIs

                  Money View has given me 6 days time to pay still they are calling

                  And i am getting treating calls for these numbers

                  i don't know it is from RBL or not

                  they are using bad languages

                  Also they are calling my companies HR threating them also

                  And they are spoiling my reputation in my company where i work from that i am paying my emis

                    Dear Sir,

                    I am A.Balakrishna. I would like to infirm you, I have taken loan 3, 30, 000/- Rs from RBL bank through credit card. The EMI start date was Mar 03, 2020. EMI amount is 10224.60/-.

                    To pre-closer to this account, I made call to RBI customer care and the executive told me that, I have to Pay 2, 60, 920/- Rs (including pre-closer loan charges 3%).

                    I made payment to RBL bank through NEFT on 12 June 2021 for amount of 2, 60, 920/-Rs ( 1, 00, 000/- Rs Txn no NEFT/MB/AXMB[protected]/ABALKR/THERAT/closing and 1, 60, 920/- Rs Txn no NEFT/MB/AXMB[protected]/ABALKR/THERAT/closing).

                    Today I have seen my credit report in CRED app and I knew the still RBL loan account in active status. I made a call to RBL customer care, they are simply saying that you did not give any pre-closer loan request after made the payment. I requested to the RBL customer care executive to close the loan account now. But they are asking for 40 thousand change amount to close the Loan account.

                    After paid outstanding balance also they did not close my Loan account. I am requesting you to support me to close that Loan account without paying any additional charges.

                      Good evening,

                      I got a call from your representative in the month of Jan regarding annual fess

                      He told me that sir you can keep current plan which will cost u, 4999 plus gst and, the amount will get reversed in the form of rewards points which I can redeem

                      Second option he has given to down grade the credit card,

                      I have choosen to be with current plan

                      Since it has been 6 month my points are not reversed

                      If talking your representative, who doesn't have manners no clue regarding the credit card plan, he is totally blank .

                      Just tell me one thing, why customer will lie to you

                      You all don't keep your promise
                      You all don't have the record of what your representative are saying to the customer care, promising fake plans

                      In this world where credit card fees are getting they are not charging the single rupee, me be an loyal customer from last 5 years, totally dedicated to your services, you all showing me this type behaviour

                      Seriously I m very upset regarding your services your call center team

                      I need my reversal of my points I don't know

                      The above person say me your amount wont get since it has been more than 6 months . The fault is from bank end, they didnt credited the reward point so y the hell i should suffered

                            I am writing with this regards to my RBL credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of out standing amount rs. 50533/-.

                            This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months & i lost my job and not getting job for last 3 months we borrow money from friends and relatives for surviving, so i do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                            I can able to give 50% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 50% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                            I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                              Inspite of paying full amount and requesting to close my credit card.. simultaneously had receiving sms that my credit card is cancelled. Still new statement was generated purposely with small finance charges.

                              This conspiracy of looting people is old and no body bothers in RBL. I need to cancel my credit card and need a no due certificate from RBL.

                              RBL is worst bank to deal with... If you miss your credit card payments, All goons will call you to recover amount, incase if you are not reachable they will come to house to create a scene purposely.

                              Now when they are at fault we all just sit down and wait for there response.. Instead i am going create a ruckus in their Bank and ensure all customers should listen and dont go for this RBL Bank.

                                I have pending RBL Credit card dues since 1 year due to corona crises, i have closed my business and recently i have started repayment. But they are blackmailing me, they contacted through Phone
                                directly to my village illiterate peopel with out my consent. and they have shared my number to them and asking to call me, it's a routine story. And asking PAN and bank details of other's also. still i Got each and every day at least 100 calls per day.

                                  And rbl customer care not refund my money I have already do fir to police and I have call to rbl bank customer care but they can’t help me they can’t return my money
                                  So don’t take rbl credit card they are also fraud they meet to this type company

                                      I am not using RBL credit card since 1 year. there is not even a single transaction done by this credit card since 1 year. still company has renewed it and upgraded it with out my confirmation. now they have added 3k as a credit card fees. they are not listening me and not waiving of my the fees. I asked to cancel the CC but they said first pay the fees. they are forcing me to pay the fees and Its impacting on my CIBIL. Please do the needful

                                        I am holder of RBL credit card ending with '3535 ' is running through some over due. Due to my some financial crunch I was unable to pay due on time. But i was in regular discussion with collection agent Mr. Akash Dhar ( as detailed to me). But today,[protected] morning around 10.30 am two person s representing from bank visited my house in my absence and showed absolute unethical and rude behavior to my wife and family member. Due to such my wife who is patient of extensive venous thrombosis and my mother who is 84 yrs old detoriated by health condition. considering past track record and relationship with bank this type of behavior hurts me painfully . I do not know if it is permissible by law of land and ethics stands today.

                                        Post submitting above complaint I again received a call on[protected] Sunday) from some agent named Sourav Banerjee and Dipankar Biswas vide number [protected]. He used filthy languages and threaten me and my family member on collection of over due payments. I tried to talk to him that i will pay in my promised dates but he was not in mood to listen all.
                                        My concern is if I raised the concern before and after raising concern these type of behavior I receive then we are at really stake with life and considering clear cut violation of law of land and recent RBI governor statement on same.
                                        please look into this .
