Dear sir i have applied for the rbl bank credit card we have got the direct call from rbl and saying that we have pre approved card for maxima credit card i have given all the document and i have got the email saying that i will get to know the status and after 10 days i have not got anything i have send them email they took 1 months for this. And later said we are sorry your card has not been approved. I asked them reason and they have not replied in any correct my civil is more then 800 its in gold i have hdfc icici amex credit card my application has never been rejected and hdfc bank has approved loan of 15 lakh im i need ti know the correct reason for rejection.. Verification done office and home and they took so many paper from me i have limit from hdfc more then 3 lakh amex 1 lakh icici 2.5 lakh rbl is during fraud's they take document from everyone they get information and later they reject the document without no reason..


I will file complaint in the court if they will not give me card or give me valid reason i told them i don't need any card.. They said sir its benefits

I will ask them for valid reason or else i will file compaint and now again they called as on 26th april and saying sir your maxima is apprvoed i told them 2 months back its rejected it said no matter your card is approved 100% and as far as i know bank policy u cant apply the card within 6 months of rejection this is really dramaaa before whenever rbs was there it was good service but now big zerorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

    Axis - 50k limit
    Sbi - 50k limit
    Kotak - 20k limit

    My cibil score is 765

    Still RBL bank rejected my credit card application

    Even i asked bank give me secured loan basis on my fixed deposit which i am ready to open for 1.5 lakh still they say it can be applied after 3 months

    Why?

    Because they don't know 765 is good score ... lol...

    Please help me

      RBL bank in the 2nd month o[censored]sage of its credit card, blocked my credit card for payments without even informing me. I hadn't used the card for the first month and hence did not care to check for payment dues myself otherwise i do it well before the last due date. I had put this card for online automatic payment and it declined today twice giving no reason. Now when I called the Bank's credit card customer service they tell me its RBI regulation that they can block my card without intimating me on phone or email (they say they have sent sms but that's not there in my phone) and that they have no method to unblock it until they update the card payment in 3 days. Even when i give the proof that i have paid the amount well above the usage this month. I will probably consider returning this card and cancelling their services due to worst customer service i have found here. I already use 3 other bank credit cards and they are never so worst in customer service. I want people to know so they don't go to this alien bank which even charge annual fees in advance and that's what causes the whole issue. I couldnt care to remember to pay dues for a card that i havent even used yet. and if they could have told me all this before I could better have avoided than wasting my time complaining.

        I applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #ccb6lf880.. Got a message on 6th april and an email on 7th april 2016 mentioning ." your application for a rbl bank card has been declined as it does not meet our internal assessment criteria. For details write to [protected]@rblbank.com." ravi, executive called and he came down to my office and took all the details, i have submitted all the documents and verification also done positively. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod.Fsd.Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. I want reason for rejection as it will affect my cibil. If i do not get the reason for rejection, i will file case in consumer court. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court. Regards sudeep jain [protected].           Dear sir/ma'am,
          My name name is Pankaj kumar, i am using RBL card from last 3 months. My card number is [protected]. i am not happy from your services because you guys are not able to provide correct information. According to the FEB statement my minimum due was 7100 rs, i have paid this amount on 18th of march from Sbi bank credit card, i got confirmation of balance transfer on 22nd march fro Sbi that your cheque have been delivered to your address then i called to RBL care no. i explained everything to your Executive but she told me Cheque will be delivered to RBL bank not to my address, i asked 4 times from that executive, she again told me that cheque will be delivered to RBL bank. you can go throw the call recording from 22nd of march, not from 1 executive 3 or 4 executive but on 1st of april someone from your team told me we have not received any cheque. sir your guys are not able to provide me exact information, i am not ready to pay over limit and finance charges, do not block my card, this is your fault, i will not pay the amount, i will drop cheque today in rbl atm drop box, today i luanched complaint against you throw care please resolve this as early as possible and i am not comfortable wth my due date please do it between 2nd and 10th date of every month because i am getting my salary between these date. If you can not solve these problem then i am not ready to take your services and i will not pay any single rupees.This is all happening because of poor services. I am using HDFC credit card also from past 2 years and i neve face any problem from HDFC. Please revert me as soon as possible.

            Please note that i applied for the rbl credit card on 14th feb 2014 through bookmyshow and later got reference no: #ccdgtmk80. An executive from the bank collected all papers and verification also done positively. I got multiple calls for verification and all done positive at residence and office too. I got an sms on 21th that my application rejected and when i checked in rbl webpage it shows for the following reason: application reference number #ccdgtmk80, application status: dear customer, your credit card application has not been declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl; date:[protected]:00:13, whereas the executive came to my home and did the final verification on 15-mar-2016. So, the dates doesn’t tally at all and why application was declined. I tried calling the customer care but not able to reach the direct line, instead it keeps forwarding me to ivr. I sent many email as well but without any responds. Kindly give a valid reason why exactly my application was declined.
            As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod.Fsd.Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. I want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. Am using credit card for the past 2 years and so far i have not received any negative remarks on my cibil. If i don't find a reason for rejection, i will file a case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got affected and i am fully made up my mind for filing a legal case against rbl.

                  Please note that i applied for rbl credit card and got reference no : #ccmaa3328a. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. We never gone to rbl for the same. Given all papers and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any correct reason one is telling u r card as been approved some one saying u r credit card application still process u r customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman.                     Plea0se note that i applied for RBL Credit Card and got Reference No : #CC5A0II4R
                    got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got message from RBL showing your credit card application has not been Declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of RBL Bank.But I have HDFC Bank, SBI Credit Cards.In those Cards I Have Not Any Disputes.Also I have God Payment History Also.I Have got Credit From SBI Card to card Form HDFC.RBl Is Bigger than SBI & Standard chartered Bank. customer care people not giving any correct reason.I have loan from SBI Also.My salry Rs.45000/-
                    What is standard of RBL.I have also not using sbi Credit Card.Credit Card balances also 90%.I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past.Please suggest me what is next process. And where exactly my application got declined. Hoping positive response.

                      I took a loan from the RBL bank and the bank resorted to lie from the beginning, I only took the loan from them as they promised 14% ROI but after receiving the loan I received a letter saying the ROI is 19%. During the course of the loan, I have mentally harassed by the staff a number of time due to misinformation. They deliberately delayed the process and sent me blank forms to my mail and asked me to only put my signature and told me to leave the rest of things blank in the form and submit in one hour. I contacted them to reduce the rate or else i will soon surrender the loan only with the amount I received, will not pay any additional charges as it was their fault. i clearly asked them not to call me again and again and contact me through mail but they are calling me and not agreeing withe me in any point and misbehaving with me repeatedly, I am suffering a lot because of them.                         This is in regards to the credit card which was approved for me from the RBL Bank LTD but was never delivered to me. Recently I received the credit card statement from the RBL Bank. Prior to that I received a message to my phone stating that my credit card ending with 3116 is approved and that it will sent over to my home address in a week's time but was never received. After I received the e bill and the email statement of my bill (Amount of 858.75 and the minimum due amount of 308.75), I called up the Customer service and the representative (not recollecting the name) told that she was not able to trace my card and that it doesnt show any bill or any usuage. She told she will forward to higher officials and will get back to me but no one got back to me. Now this is going to hit my cibil rating and all such thing of my non payment but how can I pay for something I never received or used it. I really need to someone look into this type poor customer service and I need the card to be delivered to me.

                          I am very thankful that you have declined my application for RBL Fun + card, there are few important thing that I would like to mention : I applied on 17th dec and the documents were collected on 19 dec and hence I got a call from [protected] claiming to be RBL official and he was having my documents and asked me to apply for HDFC bank or IndusInd bank card, which for me is a total breach of conduct as you have shared my confidential documents with other banks sales representatives I received many calls regarding verification and suddenly on 30th of december I received another call asking me that whether I was at home at 6 PM or not I said no and the Lady disconnected the call, later on when I called back I was told that a visit was made and It will be rescheduled Then on 1st January another call comes regarding the visit to my home and once I told him that please come around 6 PM your representative declines and again when I told him that last time you came at 6PM itself he starts abusing. I would henceforth mention that I have credit cards from HSBC, CITI and Standard Chartered bank as well, which ofcourse are much bigger banks and their representatives never abuse the customer. Thanks for showing interest in my application and I would request you to please donot misuse my confidential important document again as I will have to knock the doors of the court of justice in any such fraudulent case pertaining from RBL bank. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in RBL Link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application Reference Number #CCAS785E9K, Status Dear Customer, your credit card application has not been Declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of RBL Bank, who called us for Credit Card and we never gone to RBL for the same. Executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively. I called Customer CARE and they are not giving any Correct reason one is saying u r card is under process and if not let me know the reason for Rejection. As i already informed all about my financial transactions and CBIL Score to your executives, As per RBI GUIDELINE CIRCULAR NO - RBI/[protected]/100 BOD.FSD.BC.23/24.01.011/2008-09 DATED[protected]. I want Reason for Rejection as it will hit my CIBIL. My CIBIL was all clear and i got Loan too on same address even i have my credit score 787. My CIBIL was all clear and i got Loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in Consumer court.                               Took credit card about 10 years back from ABN AMRO Bank ABN AMRO Bank become RBS bank.I was using the card till 2011 or 2012. I have made payments completely onlne and suddenly my online access got cancelled. I understand RBL took over RBS. No communication to me and no information on my credit card. Card expired in 2013. Somebody called from RBL a year age and harassed me to pay money . I had informed I never took a card from RBL bank and asked him to send amail communication. Now out of my surprise, they wanted to screw up my credit rating . As I intend to take housing loan, their un desired actions impact my loan approvals.

                                I work with WIPRO .
                                I had taken a credit card back about 7 or 8 years from ABN AMRO Bank then become RBS Bank. I was regularly paying the card and I have cleared the balance when I had travelled to USA.

                                I understand RBL Bank has taken Over RBS Back and then my online access got withdrawn. Now RBL claims that I have some dues towards the credit card. They have neither communicated to me nor send me any statement.

                                Now, when I intend to take a housing loan, I am surprised to see my credit rating is screwed up because of RBL activity.

                                Would appreciate to intervene and do the needful.

                                  Hi, My complaint as been resloved Thanks for the help, I got the confirmation saying the Card is approved and delivered in 3-7 days.
                                  I am having a credit card of ibl bank and i used it for rs.135000/- and i got the statement with the same amount as due payment and the last date was 22/03/2016.
                                  As we all know that in those dates because of holi festival banks were not operating so i called customercare and asked them that how can i pay my dues payment and he said you can make the payment via NEFT and gave me proper information and i tried to make payment but every time i try to pay there is showing in the last page as error or this payment can not be done at this time so i wrote a mail to rbl helpdesk and explained them everything for that I couldn't get reply from them yet and next day i again tried and this time i tried every payment mode but it couldn't complete as i got to knew that because bank are not operating for holi vacation as i am having others bank cards also so they sent me a mail regarding this and finally when banks get open i made the payment and once the payment got done i got an sms stating you have exceed your credit card limit kindly make the payment immediately and then i told them i already made the payment never used or exceed my limit as my card limit is 137000/-.
                                  After few days I received my next month card statement and i got shocked as they are asking me rs. 6849/-.
                                  Is customers are fool or they are trying to make them fools i have others bank cards also but they never make this types of mistake even i am also disappointed with this bank as they dont have proper management to serve their customer properly but this time they made me crazy and i am not gonna pay this nonsense amount

Application reference number #CCA6590DDRi, status dear customer, your credit card application has not been declined as it did not meet the policy requirements of rbl bank who called us for credit card and we never gone to rbl for the same. I have submitted all required documents needed and verification also done positively. I called customer care and they are not giving any correct reason one is telling u r card as been approved some one saying u r credit card application still process u r customer care people not giving any correct reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Rbl bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil is all clear. If i will not find reason for rejection, I will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against rbl. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.                                   My credit application was rejected by RBL, i want to know the reason . As I am having good CIBIL score, I dont know why you rejected my card.                                   Guys RBL Bank is one useless thing. At all cases avoid applying for this Credit Card. I have applied for RBL Credit card and my reference number was #CC9T99T5NR. For 1 and half months they gave false promises saying that the application is under process. After 1 and half months when I contacted them they told me that the credit card is approved and I will receive the card in 5 to 6 days. After 2 weeks after continuous followups and calls I got a email stating that my credit card application is rejected.

                                  Total false promises and misleading people. Their customer support is Pathetic. I tried to contact them 100 times and was able to speak to them maybe twice and that too useless. I highly recommend not to go for RBL credit card.

                                  My name is Manoj Kumar and I am working in a reputed firm in Gurgaon from more than one year. Recently I applied for a loan on "Money Tap" app. I got the approval of 1, 22000/- as my credit line. Money Tap people told me that "RBL Bank" has approved my loan and I need to submit the required documents regarding the same. Money tap was the mediocre between me and RBL.

                                  I handed over all the required documents to the executive visited my place. After few days I came to know that my request has been declined by RBL Bank as it did not meet the policy requirements of RBL Bank. I tried to confirm the exact reason as to why my application was rejected however I did not get any satisfactory answer neither from RBL nor from Money Tap. I asked money tap to send me my Cibil report which they did. I checked the report and everything was fine.

                                  I still do not understand why my application was declined. I have never defaulted any of my payment in my life. I am getting a salary of more than 25000/- per month. Then why am I not eligible for a loan?

                                  RBL did the same last year as well. Their executive use to call me every now and then offering a credit card. Initially I did not show any interest but later I agreed to get a credit card. Same thing was happened at that time as well.

                                  I am just pissed off from you guys. Please do not call me if you can't provide us the better service. Why are you wasting your own time along with mine?

My question was simple "who applied this card" and why did not you ask and confirm me regarding the same. then they replied me that you applied the personal loan with bajaj finance and our card is co branded card with bajaj. I want to ask question on that even then why did you not verify and confirm this with me. even i specially mentioned that i don't want any card with my loan then why you sent.

                                  I had applied for RBL Credit card on May 29th (Application number: [protected]). 2 Days after I had received a call from one of the RBL executive regarding document verification. They asked me for local address proof. I just send them through email that they provided to me ([protected]@rblbank.com). 26 Days got over I didn't get any call from their end. There is no notification to me till date at least they can tell me the status if they can't provide means please notify me with the reason. So I can find some other source.

                                  The person I got a call from rbl was really helpful, , but than I applied for my card on 26march Nd thAn b4 few days I recieved msg saying Congratulations! your request for a RBL credit card has been approved. Your new card will be dispatched shortly file number #CC77AKN85N still dint recieve it don’t even know if It’s dispatched only know its approved, , , I realy like rbl because the executive I spoke to was good nd excellent communications he had but the service was bad after almost a month sunno about the card Nd not even sure where it is if it’s dispatched or no
