I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the poor service I experienced during my recent bus journey booked through RedBus. I would like to bring to your attention the multiple issues I encountered, which not only caused great inconvenience but also affected my health during the trip.

1. Unbearable Discomfort and Lack of Assistance:
Upon boarding the bus, I noticed that there was a significant amount of dust and heat gas near the area where I rested my head. This made it extremely difficult for me to breathe comfortably, resulting in severe discomfort. Despite bringing this matter to the attention of both the driver and the pickup staff, they neglected my concerns and offered no assistance. To make matters worse, even when I contacted a RedBus agent, initially they refused to address the issue with the bus staff.

2. Attempted Manipulation and Disregard for Passenger Comfort:
To my dismay, I observed the bus staff trying to manipulate other passengers into stating that there was no issue with the airflow or heat near my seat. I occupied the lower berth seat number 15, and I can assure you that anyone who slept in that position would have experienced the discomfort caused by inadequate ventilation. Throughout the journey, I felt sick and unable to find relief due to the unsatisfactory conditions on the bus. Also, I got sms of different bus no. and some different bus no. we onboarded the last 3 digits of the bus were 611.

3. Inadequate Explanation for Unacceptable Conditions:
One of the staff members provided the explanation that the engine was experiencing problems, which might have caused the heated air to enter my seat area. However, this reasoning is unacceptable, as it indicates a clear oversight in assigning such a seat to a passenger. If there was a known issue with the air conditioning system, I should not have been allocated that particular seat, as it directly impacted my well-being.

4. Exorbitant Fare for Unacceptable Service:
I find it incredibly disappointing that I paid a substantial amount of 1680 rupees for an air-conditioned bus, expecting a comfortable and pleasant journey. Instead, I endured sickness and discomfort throughout the trip. In order to support my complaint, I took the liberty of capturing video evidence to highlight the unacceptable conditions I experienced during the journey.

Considering the inconvenience, discomfort, and health implications caused by the subpar service provided, I kindly request a refund for the entire amount paid for my bus ticket. I trust that RedBus values its customers and their well-being, and will take swift action to rectify this matter.

I have attached the video as evidence of the conditions on the bus. I kindly request your prompt attention and resolution to this matter. I hope that you will thoroughly investigate the incident and take appropriate steps to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.

I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this issue. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint.

    I've a booked seats in a bus which picks up at 3:15pm on 12th May at the pickup point, but was allocated seats in a different bus which reached the pickup point at 00:15am on 12th May. The seats were booked for elderly passengers who had to travel on priority. There is no proper channel to connect with the customer care executive and was unable to cancel the tickets as well.

      I booked U5 but someone occupied the seat already. They gave me U3 instead where the blankets are already used by someone. Curtain rods and led boards are not screwed and they used tape and ropes and it looks like it may fall down anytime. Bus was scheduled for 4.45 AM at Madiwala and it came to pick me at 6.30 to Madiwala. They were keep stopping the bus to fill the vacant seats. They were never worried about the onboarded passengers and they delayed more than 2.30 hours.

        I am Pradeep travelling on MR Travels Bus from Surat to Jaipur on seat S17 booked via Redbus. This bus was supposed to reach Jaipur at 1145 on 11 May 2023 but the bus is currently running two hrs behind schedule.

        Moreover, the bus driver and conductor are over crowding the bus more than its capacity. Video of same is also with me.

        Very poor service by MR Travels. I won’t ever travel by your Redbus and also won’t recommend it to anyone.

          I booked the ticket using redbus on 5th May 2023, I used ICICI bank netBanking to pay the amount of Rs 2887.5/-

          The amount was debited from my account, but the ticket failed to generate. It's been 3 days but still the amount which was debited from my account has not been credited to my account.

          Following is the transaction details, can you pls check and let me know when will I get the amount?

              Redbus cheating regular customers with out paying refund for cancelling the bus at last minute and no response and not attending the calls from my registered mobile number.

              Here are the ticket details and I didn't get the refund till now, eventhough the bus operator cheated.
              I raised multiple complains, redbus agreed to pay full refund,
              but not yet paid till now.
              Blocked my registerd mobile number, not attending the calls,
              and no option to speak to their agent on their customer care number.

                Two seat booked for 24thApril from Durgapur to Kolkata via redbus application, bus has been cancelled on the time of departure.complaint have been registered to redbus made several times but no proper communication done from there end . Issue report Ted on 24 th April and calling customer care almost daily.but no refund received yet.

                    My name is Ashish Raikwar and I booked 3 AC Seater tickets for me and my friends through redbus for travel from Noida to Lucknow on 05/03/2023 in ANTRIKSH BUS SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. we were told to arrive at the ADVENT IT PARK, Sector 142, Noida at 11:15 pm. We came there at 11:00 PM and call the bus conductor several times but he didn't respond and later switched off its phone. after a while he picked and said he will arrive in 20mins but after 30 mins he told us to come to PARI CHOWK, NOIDA. we booked a cab on Ola from advent to pari chowk to reach pari chowk. but the bus operator still didn't pick the call also on the live location of bus was showing he passed from pari chowk.
                    I and my friends missed some of my college exams due to this redbus should look into this refund should be generated and this type of behavior is not acceptable at all.

                      My bus timing was at 2:50am and I don’t get any notifications about the delay
                      It has been delayed for 2 hours and I was in mahipalpur which is the most unsafe place in Delhi and these people don’t have courtesy to inform about their delay and there is no cancellation policy

                        The bus driver left us intentionally and gone ahead, because of which he had to book another bus, from our side no mistake, reached on time to the pick up point, our refund is pending, booked on 20th April 2023 from Bangalore to Thrissur Amount to refund is Rs 4777/we has had other bus giving same amount, please try to get my refund

                        I had booked my ticket second from [email protected], from Bangalore to Thrissur, from my no 6360692261, and the bus left us went also booked from daughter mobile 9742820598, please try to get my refund as, my daughter is chess player, we travel every month from 2017, till today never reached late for any journey, these people have cheated me, please get my refund

                          I booked a ticket from Karaikudi to Chennai for travel on 5th May 9:30PM. But then I rescheduled the date to 6th May 9:30 PM in the same Vairam Travels. But my ticket didn't got rescheduled and it remained on 5th May but the status is showing Rescheduled and so this cannot be cancelled. I have booked a new ticket for 6th May and I want to cancel the ticket for 5th May.

                            Book bus ticket of mr travels by red bus
                            But bus opretor shifted ticket without any confirmation and information
                            When board my bus and check my seat another one is here then inform to driver but driver not respond properly
                            And Called red bus but red bus not respond on this question

                              My Dad who is a Senior Citizen aged 72 is travelling today from mumbai to mangalore, I had booked him bus from Mira Road and the operator is Suhas Holidays which had mentioned
                              Bharath Benz AC sleeper in the ticket Itself that is the main reason i have booked the ticket for him for a comfortable ride, the pickup time was 3.30 pm but we got a message that the bus is delayed by 2 hours and that is fine but later at 5.15 they call us and tell us that we cannot pickup from miraroad and told us to come to a place which was 15 kms away, Please tell me what is this and a senior citizen was told to come so far from the pickup point,
                              Later we came to know that that bus is totally diffrent and it is not what was mentioned, they have sent a old bus which makes AC noice inside and not at all comfortable and the fair was 4000 rupees, i want redbus to take immidiate actions on this and want justice to my father he initially has back pain and due to this very very poor service and fraud about showing other bus and sending other which is totally not acceptable.
                              Please revert back to me with the solution for this problem. This is totally not acceptable.

                                  I have booked a bus ticket in redbus app on April29/2023 night 11 clk, and I have reached the boarding point at 10:45 and I called the driver and he said the bus was cancelled and he cut the call, I Cant tolerate this, Without proper intemation they cancelled the bus, I were struggled a lot, please kinldy take action on this, And i applied for refund there is no reply from REDBUS side .

                                    I booked a bus from redbus that run by pepsu that went to Chandigarh from delhi isbt. It was to depart at 11 am in the morning. I arrived at isbt at 10 am. I waited for the bus. The bus did not arrive at 11. I asked on the counter that whether the bus is late or not. So they told me the bus won't arrive. I talked to the pepsu helpline and they told me that the bus was not available from the past one week. I don't know why the redbus app let me book a non functional bus on first hand. Then i raised a complaint to refund my amount. They told me you will get a refund within 14 working days from the date of complaint which was 2nd April. I tried contacting them again after 14 working days. They told me to wait another 48 hours. I have still not received my refund of amount 707 INR.

                                        I’ve booked a bus for my brother whose flight was scheduled from Nagpur. The booking took place from Redbus through Amazon. I got to the boarding point half an hour ago but the operator kept ignoring my calls, see in attachments. Finally I had no choice but to book another. After an hour, when I was almost halfway through, the bus operator called me about bus being late.

                                        I’ve already informed Redbus before departure time and later in the day they informed me bus operator denying the refund.

                                        I booked the bus online because I trusted the Redbus name not the bus company, now I feel like scammed by both of them. Please resolve my complaint
