We booked a bus from redbus from tirupati to gooty for journey date[protected]. Bus should depart from tirupati at 9:30pm as per the redbus timings. But the actual APSRTC timings are different, bust departed from tirupati at 11:30pm, which is two hours lately. Because of the incorrect information provided by redbus, we faced issue and waited for 2 hours. This inconvenience is not acceptable, take action.

      Yesterday, I had got booked two seats in the name of Sh.Shiv Narain Singh and Sh. Ranjeet Singh for travel from Delhi to Darbhanga. My family members were already on the way to catch the bus for travel today at 14:00pm, however, I received message through whatsapp that my bus has been cancelled.

      This is not fair. This is cheating and my family has suffered a lot in such scorch summer time. Despite knowing the fact that a very old man is the passenger for captioned travel, cancelling bus abruptly is cheating and unnecessary harassment for no fault of common man.

      I am going to lodge an FIR against this deliberate fraud.

      I reserve the right to be commensurately compensated by the company for causing such mental and physical agony to my family members for no fault of theirs.

        The bus I am travelling right now is not at all in a good condition. The seats are very poor and the seats which I have booked are really not in a way to seat on. This was really unexpected. It would be appreciated if redBus would return my money back so that I can take some other bus. I still have more than 300 kms to cover.
        It’s very urgent. Please look into the matter soon.

          My brother booked a ticket for me from Indore to Bundi through Redbus via the HDFC Smartbuy platform. The ticket destination was Bundi, so it was supposed to drop me at Bundi, but when we reached Kota they said the bus
          did not go further. It was around 05:30 am so the travels office (Navrang
          Travels) was also closed. Therefore, I had to take another bus to Bundi.

          The message that I received for the trip:
          Dear Passenger, Your Bus details from Indore to Bundi on 10/04/2023 are PNR: 402000, Bus No: RJ-20-PB-1457, Driver details: Monu Rider, [protected] - BITLA SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED

            Hi,
            My name is Sajit Sagar and I had booked 2 AC Sleeper tickets for me and my wife through redbus for travel from Vijayawada to Bengaluru on 08/03/2023 in KKaveri travels, Ticket No - TS[protected], PNR No - TS[protected]KEAS. As per the itinerary the bus had to leave Vijayawada at 21:30 hours and reach Bengaluru the next day 09/03/2023 @ 08:55 hours. We boarded the bus from the origin boarding point and the bus left. Everything was well till 01:00 hours at midnight when the bus stopped at a place known as Ulavapadu and the bus driver woke us from our sleep and asked us to get down from bus as the bus broke down due to engine failure. All the passengers were made to get down from the bus and our luggage were also removed from the luggage cabin behind the bus and given to us. When we asked the reason for bus breakdown they replied rudely saying the engine failure is nit in their hands and they cannot do anything. They asked us to lodge complaint with the service provider if we want. This horrifying experience did not end there as we were stranded and waiting at the roadside for the mercy of other buses plying in that road to stop their bus by looking at us waving them to stop. In the meantime some buses stopped and some of the passengers were lucky to move ahead of the stampede created by all the passengers and boarded these buses by filling the leftover seats. I couldn't board one as I had to take care of my wife who's suffering from backache and couldn't make her reach the other buses in this stampede. In the meantime I contacted redbus support through chat and got a reply from them that they contacted the bus driver and redbus cannot help as its a technical issue. I also lodged a complaing vide Complaint No[protected] and was told ill get resolution for my complaint within 48 hours and the fact is till now after 2 days also I haven't received any communication from redbus. In the chat they asked me to either wait for 3 hours till the bus operator arranges for alternate vehicle or proceed on my own to my destination. How will I make alternate arrangement for my travel at midnight 2 o clock at a place not known and alien to me that too with my ailing better half who couldn't travel on seater bus. We waited thereon the roadside till 4:30 hours believing the bus driver has arranged for alternate bus and it will reach soon but the truth was that they were just playing with us and there was no arrangements done by them. We were around 10 passengers left at 4:30 hours and we confronted the 3 bus staff present there asking them to make alternate arrangements for our travel instead of resting on the chair when we all passengers were standing with our luggage for more than 3 hours. The bus staff started fighting with us saying they are not gonna help and we can lodge complaint wherever we want. At 5 in the morning we waved at a APSRTC non ac seater bus to stop and all o[censored]s boarded that bus which was heading to tirupathi. We dint get seats to sit and my wife and other ladies were really troubled and tortured by standing for more than 3 hours near roadside and now again stand inside bus. We paid for the bus tickets till tirupathi and after reaching tirupathi at 10 in the morning boarded another KSRTC non ac seater bus to Bengaluru and finally reached Bengaluru by 16:00 hours. I would like to know the role of redbus in situations like this as we are availing service from redbus and not the bus operator as we are booking tickets from redbus site and making payment to redbus and not the operator. It's the duty of redbus to get the due diligence done of the bus operator first and then get them added in their site. Only after I went through the review of KKaveri travels I got to know that this is not the first time this operator is fooling passengers by saying the bus broke down due to engine failure but its their habit and they love to fool their passengers everytime but still redbus loves and likes them adding them in their site. The most important thing to mention is that I haven't received any call from redbus the next day morning asking if the bus operator had aranged any alternate mode of transport or were we able to find any alternative. Redbus is just bothered about getting the money from passengers after ticket is booked and then forget everything. I want full refund of the ticket fare of Rs 3, 150/- that I have paid redbus with additional Rs 10, 000/- compensation for deficiency in service which resulted in mental agony and trauma for me and my ailing wife. I am still waiting redbus team to contact me and provide resolution complaint lodged by me. I will be forced to move legally if I don't get the refund along with the compensation

                      I had booked a ticket to Ernakulam from Pondicherry and return. The ticket was rescheduled for 26 and 28 April I am working in a medical college and cannot travel now. I tried to cancel and I am not able to do it please do the needful.

                        My self vipin travelling from trivandrum to ramanattukara on 09/04/2023 . I have booked ticket via red bus on A1 travels and have paid 945 rs for the same .The bus operators checked ma details and then only i have entered the bus .In midway one female passenger came near to my seat and she informed the bus operator that my seat was also booked for the female passenger .From my belief i didnot get any information about the fact that it was reserved for females .It didnot indicate even in the app while booking .I have contacted the customer care red bus and the bus operator they are simply showed negligence by saying i have entered my gender as female .I am being a passenger of red bus for the past two years and i didnot enter such thing ever and never before, i am pretty sure that i didnot enter ma gender as female in order to book the seat . The bus operator have told me that either i need to get down the bus at that moment .Its been already towards midnight and i was not able to get down in the middle of the road .Finally they said that i can travel by sitting in the hood near the driver seat .I have paid almost 1000 rs for ticket and still travelling with this much difficulty .I demand either my refund or compensation from the company since the bus operator A1 travels blaming your company only for the cause .Ma ticket details have been checked twice while entering the bus and in between the journey by a checker none of them have raised the question about the female seat because they were also unaware of it .My travell bus no is given below

                          Dear Redbus Customer Support Team,
                          I am writing this email to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the refund for a cancelled bus reservation. On 26/03/2023, I booked a bus ticket with Ticket No. TS4S3446113 with PNR 48D652RZ for a journey from Guwahati (Beltola Charali) to Dibrugarh on the same day at 7.15 PM. The bus was confirmed by PRAGNYA (UNDER ASTC) via Redbus.
                          However, I was informed by the driver on call that the bus had been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. I was disappointed to hear this as I had planned my trip around this reservation. I was then told by the PRAGNYA team that cancellation of my ticket by the bus authority would not be possible at that moment but a refund would be initiated for the cancellation by the PRAGNYA team; although bus cancellation was not mentioned on the Redbus website. Later, when I asked about the refund, I was informed that it was not possible to process the refund, but I would receive the refund later. I have been waiting for the refund for a long time, but I have not received it yet. This has caused me a lot of inconveniences and financial loss. I would like to request that you kindly look into this matter and update me on the status of the refund. I believe it is your responsibility to ensure that customers are not inconvenienced in this way.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to receive a favourable resolution soon.Thank you.

                            I'm extremely unhappy with redbus service. i had made an booking earlier in the day for a family trip, booked a tempo traveller to Mysore for 7th April 6:00 AM till 7th April 11:45 pm. I received a call from one of the redbus executive who said she can make the booking till 8th April 5:30 Am at same price as I have paid for night Bata for driver but however it was no use for me but since it was offered i told ok and she was the one who made the modification for me. All done and set and ready to leave morning and suddenly i get a call by around 11:30 pm by another one of the redbus executive who said the operator has cancelled due to timing set for next day morning until 5:30 Am which is clearly not my fault at all. The executive mentioned he will check and call back in 15 mins but did not call me back at all. I called back redbus customer service again after 12 o clock n after waiting on line for very long time got through to executive who had no idea about what has happened, upon explaining again he asked me for 30 mins and got back to me 1 o clock midnight and informed me that he has not been able to contact the Operator and would need more time and when asked how much time he mentioned an hour. I pointed that aft an hour he would come back to me empty hand presuming no one would respond to it but i had to give him a chance to try coz redbus left me wid no options jz few hrs before the travel. I asked for escalation to a manager where agent told me there is no Supervisor or manager to take any escalation and he is the only one available which makes me feel shocked about customer service being offered by redbus. I asked for a contact option for complaint and was given a support team email address and mentioned that they would respond back in 48 hrs where in my travel is just few hours from now. The second agent who called to notify about the issue was very rude unhelpful and very unprofessional who was not ready to even listen kept on over talking in a rude manner and kept raising the tone. This is the level of customer service that a customer should receive. These people do no care about the customer query so no point having it in place. I had to bring it to consumer forum because redbus has left me with no options on getting help.

                            Such a disgrace in the name of customer service. I call up customer service line for redbus and on executive line an arrogant guy name Vikram picks up the call and when asked for manager to resolve it he said he is the manager. This person could not do much apart from interrupting me, teaching me how to be professional ( i did not even utter anything unprofessional) where in the service that these people provide in name of customer service is absolutely unprofessional. These guys are talking with such arrogance and rudeness which should not be to the customer who still calls customer service waiting on queue for long just to get some help and not arrogant, ignorant agents like Vikram from redbus. These people don't deserve to be in customer service industry. I'm unhappy as even after multiple denials not to process a refund to me until i get my issue resolved they have processed refund. This things is just been shut on my face that this is what it's going to be. I hope through this platform and complaint redbus should have realisation about how to handle customer service but based on the resolution record of redbus i still doubt.

                              Hi,
                              I had booked the bus at 4th March 2023 and the timings are 22.50 to 5.30, in red bus portal the onboarding point is nizampet more super market, but sri balaji transport person said me to change my boarding point and tell me to stay on opposite of the more super market I had agreed for that when I had come to the boarding point suddenly again they said me to come 8 metro pillars forward to miyapur, Already I am tired with my work and some stuff as the boarding point is some what far away eventhough I came for that they had made me uncomfortable and also I said them to come vasanth nagar arch which they pick up me now but they didn't accept and said me to come to more super market opposite and they had made me like that uncomfortable.
                              Take action against them, no one will tolerate this bad situations like this and the staff behaving rudely and using some really very very bad words.

                                I had booked the bus at 4th march 2023 and the timings are 22.50
                                But they said me to come early at the boarding point.
                                Eventhough boarding point they had changed I had agreed for that place and I went there and waited for few minutes, but again they had said me to come another place which I am already tired by doing some of office stuff.
                                The Sri balaji transports one of the staff he's behaving rudely and using some really very bad words, so I got hurted, if you guys not taken any action on them.

                                  Traveled on 31.03.2023 from Hyderabad to Bengaluru on ticket number is TS4X65042471 bought via REDBUS.

                                  Due to the bus operator's torture, I went through huge mental turmoil and lost money and mental peace. After failing to get any results from RED BUS CUSTOMER SERVICE despite raising multiple complaints, I am reaching out this you.

                                  I have al the additional costs that I incurred and the call recording with the NATIONAL TRAVELS coordinator.

                                      Bus driver dropped me at the highway not dropped at the boarding point even I called to customer care he connected me to The bus operator he agreed initially that driver will stop at the correct dropping point. Driver is telling me frankly that this is happening from last 3-4 months, this is kind of cheating they are doing how can we trust the redbus I want serious action should be taken in this case. Not getting the support from redbus also in this case only thing they are offering me is 100rs token and they are not thinking about my security issue over here and my journey is not completed and they don't think to change the dropping point location

                                        Hello consumer complaint team
                                        When I go to book my ticket on redbus from chhindwara to jabalpur for 2 seat 1 April Smt bus they deduct my amount Rs779.10 and also give me cashback Rs 20 but ticket confirmation mail or message not come so please refund my amount from redbus team or confirm my ticket
