Hello, I booked a ticket for an rsrtc bus from saray kale Khan bus stand, Delhi to fatehpur, rajasthan for my brother. Here are the details Booking ticket no:[protected] Bus NO is RJ-23 2522 the bus timings were 10:30pm 6 March 2023 but the bus did not arrive. My brother arrived at the pickup point at 9:00pm and waited for the bus till 11:30pm same date but the bus did not arrive and he had to take another bus and take indirect routes to get to destination. I reported this to redbus customer care immediately but even after 72 hours haven't received any help from them. They raised the ticket and said they are doing the investigation but on 9 Mar 2023 . I noticed they closed the ticket stating the reason that operator did not canceled the bus. When I contacted them regarding it they said they are still investigating and reopened the ticket. I don't think redbus is taking any necessary action on this and hence raising this complaint here hoping it will help.

    I was booked for APSRTC Garuda (AC) but got confirmed super luxary (Non AC) and charged Garuda fare.
    I was contacted redbus customer care 2 times before bus departure and they said it will be Garuda no issues ( in Redbus database, booking details mentioned as Garuda and customer care executive confirmed the same.)
    3rd time, Redbus customer care executive responded like sorry for the inconveniences, will refund 10% of the fare.

    I was totally cancelled my business meeting because of this and I would be loss arroung 50000/-.

    Please help me on this.

    I can provide call recording for the above, if required.

      I was booked GSRTC bus through redbus on 17/02/2023 from Ahmedabad to Junagadh at 10:00 PM. Even though it was 12:30 in the night, the bus did not leave. So, by calling the customer number of RedBus, a complaint was registered with the service agent and advised me to go for another alternate bus and she had given me case id[protected]Complain ID). In this regard, She told to me that our technical team contect to you within 15 days. and after verifying it your refund will be credited online. After more than 15 days, I have not been contacted by the Redbus technical agent and I have not been given a refund. So please give me my solution in this matter.

        Redbus isbeing one of the worst platform to book bus. There was an issue with bus company, bus driver, tried costumer care to file complaint was not able to reach it simple told invalid confirmation .. very bad customer care service

          The bus operator showed departure time 7:35 pm on 3rd march 2023 from kashmiri gate metro station gate no. 5 while we booked the ticket from Redbus website, but the bus arrived there 3 hrs late, at 9:40 pm after repeatedly phone calls, while waiting for the bus, we tried many times to contact the bus coordinator and ticket checker of the bus (JAI MAA KALI BUS SERVICES) through the mobile no. provided by redbus on the booked ticket, they just ingnored the calls many times and if attended the call mistakenly just assuring us that wait there, bus is coming, and the ticket checker switched off his phone...
          They took and got additional 2 hrs late while leaving the last pickup point of New Delhi... So in total 5 hr late departure of bus plus we faced to much inconvenience and waited 4 hrs for bus standing on roadside...and the bus reached at destination point (Gorakhpur) at 1:45 pm (after noon) 6.30 hours late, which was scheduled to reach at destination point at 7:24 am( morning) of 4th March 2023...Please do needful so that in future we don't face this problem it's very irritating for us even every pessenger sitting in this bus was so irritated by this bus service, despite off paying that much high cost of tickets... As they charge to much fare assuring different facilities minimum travel time and delivered nothing upto the mark...

            I Reached The Departure Point Well On Time But Didn't Found The Bus There. The Bus Didn't Showed Up And The Contact Number Of The Bus Operator Provided By RedBus Was Not Picking Up The Call. As A Result I Couldn't Find And Board The Bus. My Money Was Simply Wasted. I Requested Atleast The Refund From RedBus But They Are Not Agreeing To Return...

            The bus didn't stop anywhere in the middle of the toilet. The bus driver also refused. I am doing this journey today with great difficulty. I hope you can be of some help.

                We booked one Ticket from Red Bus website in the Name of Mr.Sankar Mondal on 23rd Feb 2023 through Rama Krishna Tour and Travels but while booking ticket not generated and amount deducted we received the message with in two three days amount return back but still not refunded.

                      Today I am travelling with my 5 family members by vetri travels booked through red bus.
                      While travelling from chennai to sivakasi we are hearing huge noise inside the bus which I made complaint to your staff.
                      I took video with sound generating by bus while moving. Thinking that Redbus will provide good service, we believed vetri travels and booked 6 tickets with premium rates more than Rs.12000.00 but we got very worst experience of huge noise inside the bus and none o[censored]s able to sleep. In fact my aged father and mother who took lower berth experienced very heavy noise at the centre if the bus. I request redbus to take action against travels and penalise them. I also request all the passengers who travelled with me had same experience and all should be refunded their fare spent for such a worst service. In fact it was observed that, inspite of drivers advise, the company is not repairing bus and the service is continuing with huge fare. In case red bus is not taking any action, I will forward recording of all my calls which I made today with red bus officials and video with noise took inside the bus for redressal with consumer forum.

                          I have raised an issue and issue no. is 20738098 red bus. My booking was for 28th Dec and till now i haven't received my refund.

                          Customer care response is standard that issue will be resolved in next 24 hrs but no update. this is keep on going till now.

                            I am puranam Ramesh and i have booked 2 tickets from vijayangaram to hyderabad on 13 feb 2023 on red bus by sri krishna travels while payment i got error displayed.

                            after some time i have booked in orange travels after some time i got 2 success full sms and booked in two buses with amount of appx 3900 rs

                            and amount deducted 3900+3900 aprox. and i informed to redbus, orang travels and sri krishna travels but they did not support and not canceld my ticket either any bus

                            later i traveld in orange travels

                            i am requsting you please refund an amount of 3971 /- booked in sri Krishna travels with ticket number TS3F67945761

                              I booked 2 bus tickets online through the redBus website on 5th February 2023. Immediately after the payment was taken, I received the following on-screen message: "We're sorry! Your ticket could not be booked due to technical glitches. Please note we have received your payment, you need not pay again. Our representative will call you in the next 15 minutes to confirm the booking. You can use the reference number Ref. No.[protected] when you communicate with us". This was two days ago - I have received no call and no email contact, so do not have any tickets for my journey
                              None of the online contact systems work - when I try to use the live chat facility, it's necessary to log in first, but the login box does not work. There are no phone numbers anywhere on the internet, except for in India, and the customer support staff there say they cannot help me because I am not in India. RedBus has stolen my money

                                I had booked a bus by name BMCC pvt ltd from hyderabad to Bangalore 0n 5th Feb 2023 from paradise firestation stopat 7.30PM pickup. The pickup van that was supposed to pick me up didn't come at all and at 8.30 PM they called and said I need to come to lakhadikapul stop otherwise they will leave. Even though I tried explaining them that my booking in redbus is from Paradise firestation, they simply said speak with redbus at disconnected. Later, I was told that I need to come to Pariwar Dhaba if you need to catch the bus, which is in outskirts of Hyderabad. I had to catch a auto and paid 1500 to reach the Pariwardhaba to find out that the bus operator is not picking the call. Again after few frantic calls they made reservation in another national travels bus and I was able to make the journey.

                                Such an traumatic experience, the most difficult part is that the operators do not respond or just say ask the redbus.

                                If it was a single lady or single mother with kid what would been the situation, I would solely blame Red bus only, as they do not check and verify the bus operators.

                                Please do not book any buses in Redbus app which is not of renowned operators. Red bus only make commissions with these bad operators.

                                  I am not able to generate the tax invoices for the booking i did from red bus.

                                  Boarding Point Faizalganj Chouraha, Kanpur

                                  Received call from Mob. No. [protected] and share Bus No. HR 38 AB 9483, Boarding OTP: 1671 through SMS at 10:20 PM.

                                  Bus came around 10:50 PM, shared the details with concern person but he is not allowed to board due to not having my booking details.

                                  On request, I have travelled in same bus with additional cost of INR 1050/- (Seat No. LD5) sharing with some other passenger.

                                  Immediately complaint through RedBus help desk, but not resolved.

                                  Requested to intervene into the matter and resolve at the earliest.
