The bus operator showed departure time 7:35 pm on 3rd march 2023 from kashmiri gate metro station gate no. 5 while we booked the ticket from Redbus website, but the bus arrived there 3 hrs late, at 9:40 pm after repeatedly phone calls, while waiting for the bus, we tried many times to contact the bus coordinator and ticket checker of the bus (JAI MAA KALI BUS SERVICES) through the mobile no. provided by redbus on the booked ticket, they just ingnored the calls many times and if attended the call mistakenly just assuring us that wait there, bus is coming, and the ticket checker switched off his phone...
They took and got additional 2 hrs late while leaving the last pickup point of New Delhi... So in total 5 hr late departure of bus plus we faced to much inconvenience and waited 4 hrs for bus standing on roadside...and the bus reached at destination point (Gorakhpur) at 1:45 pm (after noon) 6.30 hours late, which was scheduled to reach at destination point at 7:24 am( morning) of 4th March 2023...Please do needful so that in future we don't face this problem it's very irritating for us even every pessenger sitting in this bus was so irritated by this bus service, despite off paying that much high cost of tickets... As they charge to much fare assuring different facilities minimum travel time and delivered nothing upto the mark...
