Subject: Request for Full Refund of Bus Ticket
Dear RedBus Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with my recent bus ticket booking on RedBus. I had booked a ticket for a journey from Durgapur (City center) to Karunamoyee (Salt Lake) on 15.4.2023 with booking ID TS5C11990833. However, I was informed that my ticket was cancelled by RedBus due to unforeseen circumstances on your end, which caused an inconvenience to my travel plans.
While I understand that unforeseen situations can arise, I was disappointed to note that only half of the ticket amount was refunded to me. As per your refund policy, I am entitled to a full refund of the ticket amount in case of a cancellation from RedBus' end.
I would like to request RedBus to kindly refund the remaining half of the ticket amount as soon as possible. I believe it is only fair to receive the full refund as the cancellation was done from your side and it caused inconvenience to my travel plans. I have been a loyal customer of RedBus for several years, and I have always appreciated the reliable and convenient service you provide. However, this recent experience has left me dissatisfied.
I have attached the booking details and the proof of the partial refund for your reference. I request you to review the matter and take appropriate action to refund the remaining amount at the earliest.
I hope to have a positive resolution to this issue and continue to use RedBus for my future travel bookings. I look forward to your prompt response.
