I was trying to book a ticket and money got deducted but booking was not processed again i have tried to book the ticket. I got the booking but the amount was deducted twice. Red bus had deducted the amount twice it's already been debited and it is also reflecting in the bank statement.
So i need the refund now.
Please do the needful....

On my trip to Shegaon from Nagpur on 24th Dec 2022 the Gagan travels bus got failed due to leakage of Disel pipe. This issue was sorted on next morning by the mechanic within 30 minutes.

I booked family tript (2adults + 2kids) Bengaluru to Goa ticket for 22-Dec-2022 traveling via redBus (Ticket - TRD[protected] for Nida Tours and Travels.
Service provider Nida Tours and Travels had canceled the ticket on late night 19-Dec-2022 without providing any justification and without any alternate solution by rude agent with contact number [protected]. The agent says, he has right canceled the trip as per his wish....
