I had booked a ticket to Ernakulam from Pondicherry and return. The ticket was rescheduled for 26 and 28 April I am working in a medical college and cannot travel now. I tried to cancel and I am not able to do it please do the needful.

    My self vipin travelling from trivandrum to ramanattukara on 09/04/2023 . I have booked ticket via red bus on A1 travels and have paid 945 rs for the same .The bus operators checked ma details and then only i have entered the bus .In midway one female passenger came near to my seat and she informed the bus operator that my seat was also booked for the female passenger .From my belief i didnot get any information about the fact that it was reserved for females .It didnot indicate even in the app while booking .I have contacted the customer care red bus and the bus operator they are simply showed negligence by saying i have entered my gender as female .I am being a passenger of red bus for the past two years and i didnot enter such thing ever and never before, i am pretty sure that i didnot enter ma gender as female in order to book the seat . The bus operator have told me that either i need to get down the bus at that moment .Its been already towards midnight and i was not able to get down in the middle of the road .Finally they said that i can travel by sitting in the hood near the driver seat .I have paid almost 1000 rs for ticket and still travelling with this much difficulty .I demand either my refund or compensation from the company since the bus operator A1 travels blaming your company only for the cause .Ma ticket details have been checked twice while entering the bus and in between the journey by a checker none of them have raised the question about the female seat because they were also unaware of it .My travell bus no is given below

      Dear Redbus Customer Support Team,
      I am writing this email to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the refund for a cancelled bus reservation. On 26/03/2023, I booked a bus ticket with Ticket No. TS4S3446113 with PNR 48D652RZ for a journey from Guwahati (Beltola Charali) to Dibrugarh on the same day at 7.15 PM. The bus was confirmed by PRAGNYA (UNDER ASTC) via Redbus.Â
      However, I was informed by the driver on call that the bus had been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. I was disappointed to hear this as I had planned my trip around this reservation. I was then told by the PRAGNYA team that cancellation of my ticket by the bus authority would not be possible at that moment but a refund would be initiated for the cancellation by the PRAGNYA team; although bus cancellation was not mentioned on the Redbus website. Later, when I asked about the refund, I was informed that it was not possible to process the refund, but I would receive the refund later. I have been waiting for the refund for a long time, but I have not received it yet. This has caused me a lot of inconveniences and financial loss. I would like to request that you kindly look into this matter and update me on the status of the refund. I believe it is your responsibility to ensure that customers are not inconvenienced in this way.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to receive a favourable resolution soon.Thank you.Â

        I'm extremely unhappy with redbus service. i had made an booking earlier in the day for a family trip, booked a tempo traveller to Mysore for 7th April 6:00 AM till 7th April 11:45 pm. I received a call from one of the redbus executive who said she can make the booking till 8th April 5:30 Am at same price as I have paid for night Bata for driver but however it was no use for me but since it was offered i told ok and she was the one who made the modification for me. All done and set and ready to leave morning and suddenly i get a call by around 11:30 pm by another one of the redbus executive who said the operator has cancelled due to timing set for next day morning until 5:30 Am which is clearly not my fault at all. The executive mentioned he will check and call back in 15 mins but did not call me back at all. I called back redbus customer service again after 12 o clock n after waiting on line for very long time got through to executive who had no idea about what has happened, upon explaining again he asked me for 30 mins and got back to me 1 o clock midnight and informed me that he has not been able to contact the Operator and would need more time and when asked how much time he mentioned an hour. I pointed that aft an hour he would come back to me empty hand presuming no one would respond to it but i had to give him a chance to try coz redbus left me wid no options jz few hrs before the travel. I asked for escalation to a manager where agent told me there is no Supervisor or manager to take any escalation and he is the only one available which makes me feel shocked about customer service being offered by redbus. I asked for a contact option for complaint and was given a support team email address and mentioned that they would respond back in 48 hrs where in my travel is just few hours from now. The second agent who called to notify about the issue was very rude unhelpful and very unprofessional who was not ready to even listen kept on over talking in a rude manner and kept raising the tone. This is the level of customer service that a customer should receive. These people do no care about the customer query so no point having it in place. I had to bring it to consumer forum because redbus has left me with no options on getting help.

        Such a disgrace in the name of customer service. I call up customer service line for redbus and on executive line an arrogant guy name Vikram picks up the call and when asked for manager to resolve it he said he is the manager. This person could not do much apart from interrupting me, teaching me how to be professional ( i did not even utter anything unprofessional) where in the service that these people provide in name of customer service is absolutely unprofessional. These guys are talking with such arrogance and rudeness which should not be to the customer who still calls customer service waiting on queue for long just to get some help and not arrogant, ignorant agents like Vikram from redbus. These people don't deserve to be in customer service industry. I'm unhappy as even after multiple denials not to process a refund to me until i get my issue resolved they have processed refund. This things is just been shut on my face that this is what it's going to be. I hope through this platform and complaint redbus should have realisation about how to handle customer service but based on the resolution record of redbus i still doubt.

          Hi,
          I had booked the bus at 4th March 2023 and the timings are 22.50 to 5.30, in red bus portal the onboarding point is nizampet more super market, but sri balaji transport person said me to change my boarding point and tell me to stay on opposite of the more super market I had agreed for that when I had come to the boarding point suddenly again they said me to come 8 metro pillars forward to miyapur, Already I am tired with my work and some stuff as the boarding point is some what far away eventhough I came for that they had made me uncomfortable and also I said them to come vasanth nagar arch which they pick up me now but they didn't accept and said me to come to more super market opposite and they had made me like that uncomfortable.
          Take action against them, no one will tolerate this bad situations like this and the staff behaving rudely and using some really very very bad words.

            I had booked the bus at 4th march 2023 and the timings are 22.50
            But they said me to come early at the boarding point.
            Eventhough boarding point they had changed I had agreed for that place and I went there and waited for few minutes, but again they had said me to come another place which I am already tired by doing some of office stuff.
            The Sri balaji transports one of the staff he's behaving rudely and using some really very bad words, so I got hurted, if you guys not taken any action on them.

              Traveled on 31.03.2023 from Hyderabad to Bengaluru on ticket number is TS4X65042471 bought via REDBUS.

              Due to the bus operator's torture, I went through huge mental turmoil and lost money and mental peace. After failing to get any results from RED BUS CUSTOMER SERVICE despite raising multiple complaints, I am reaching out this you.

              I have al the additional costs that I incurred and the call recording with the NATIONAL TRAVELS coordinator.

                  Bus driver dropped me at the highway not dropped at the boarding point even I called to customer care he connected me to The bus operator he agreed initially that driver will stop at the correct dropping point. Driver is telling me frankly that this is happening from last 3-4 months, this is kind of cheating they are doing how can we trust the redbus I want serious action should be taken in this case. Not getting the support from redbus also in this case only thing they are offering me is 100rs token and they are not thinking about my security issue over here and my journey is not completed and they don't think to change the dropping point location

                      I book Sanjay bus through Red Bus app. While booking I selected B1 B2 as a seat number. But when bus arrived. Got to know my seats got swapped to C1 C2 without my knowledge. No intimation or information given prior to reaching boarding point.

                      When asked, they told bus broke down but bus did not even started as booking is less.

                      When I call Red Bus customer care, they could not resolve the issue. Whereas Sunjay bus directly denied to give booked tickets. I paid extra for front seats. Still I got back seats. Behaviour of bus driver and assistant was not at all appropriate. Raised the issue with Red Bus. They just mention apologies, but not talking about inconvenience I have to bear because of that.

                      I paid convenience fees for getting desired tickets in the bus. But still I didn't got required tickets and it was allocated to someone else without my knowledge. No information were passed.

                        I have booked bus fronted bus from Vapi to Ahmedabad my ticket number is TS4K30052509 The actual time of departure is 11.15 and the bus still at 12.30 am has not reached my boarding point. The bus is late by 2 hour and no notification is provided. Now at the midnight of 12.30 I am all alone waiting for bus. Pls provide me the value of time and harassment that happened to me and still don’t know at what time bus will come. I need refund 100% as my bus services is very very poor

                            Dear Team,

                            Maharashtra government announced on friday that all ladies will get 50% discount for msrtc buses permanently. But today when i book the ticket for me and wife from red bus they charge the full ticket for my wife. I called on customer and ask the same question why i didn't get the 50% discount first they said as we check on msrtc prize is still same so i told them i will check on website. Later when i got in the bus i ask one lady who book the ticket from msrtc app, she told me that she get the 50% discount. Again i called the customer support number and ask them if government give the discount then why your charging the full ticket but their answer was not satisfied. They said we will charge as per our system showing. I told them its your fault that system is not updated, they first was saying go to the msrtc counter talk their, i said they are given the discount this issue from your end but that agent was rude and told we can't provide you refund. Then i ask for the supervisor on call but for that also they are giving reason, supervisor is not available once he will get free then he will call you. As i check they charge ticker amount higher than msrtc.

                            I'm sharing my ticket number and lady ticket number who booked from msrtc app, please check and give me solution for this.

                                To the whomsoever it may be consern i wanna complaint about ramani travels in which we were travelled.. when I have ask him about hault for dinner he replied me that hault will be at night 1 am where our journey has been started from 7:30pm my children were literally crying for dinner but driver and the office manager was behaved rudely and was telling that you can complaint on Red bus but we will do hault only after 1 am and this is first and last time when I do register my tickets via red bus which has no any working and effective complaint number and will inform others too..

                                    I booked my VRL bus belgavi to pune but as my plan was changed so I m start trying cancalation from 6pm on 5the march 2023 on the same booking day but I didnt get any positive reply from red bus app m tried many times before 7pm on 5the march 2023. So I raised complain to red bus costumer care but they said u did cancelation after 7pm but I have screen shots that I tried many times before 7pm. It so irreteting for me its like red bus is doing mental harrasment. No possitive reply get from them they just making me fool. And giving fullish reasons if its thair app so they should also have update of cancaletion or how many time's I was trying why they need screen shot's

                                      I recently gave my test for a motorcycle with gear and then applied for a driving licence for four-wheelers, but I have not received approval for both of them. The approval of the learning license has been more than 10 days now.

                                        I booked a ticket from sray kale Khan, Delhi to fatehpur, rajasthan for an rsrtc bus n.o RJ-23 2522 seat n.o-16 booking ticket n.o is[protected]. The bus timings were 6th March 2023 10:30pm. I booked the ticket for my brother who arrived at the pickup location sray kale Khan bus stand near NEAR NIJAMMUDDIN RAILWAY STATION DEHLI at 9:00pm ist. But the bus was not there don't know the exact reason why but bus did not arrived at 10:30pm nor we received any message about delay or any reschedule info. I contacted the customer care they said they are investigating into it. My brother waited till 11:30pm at the pickup point but since the bus did not arrive he had to take another bus to reach the destination I reported the issue to redbus customer care but they said we are investigating and opened a ticket after 72 hours they closed the ticket stating that the bus was not canceled by operator when I contacted the customer care again they said we are still investigating and reopened my ticket but there hasn't been any refund or any resolution regarding this issue yet.
