Refund

I have booked a ticket from manipal to hyderabad for 21st october, however i have cancelled that ticket for some reason and my refund for that cancellation is still due.
Its been almost 25 days since i have cancelled my ticket. I have been reaching out to red bus customer support on daily basis and every customer support person says one thing in common “ to please wait for another 24 or 72 hours”

Amount debited ticket not received

I was trying to book a ticket through redbus as on 14th November 2022,
and I made the payment for the ticket by Gpay amount was debited in my account but ticket was received

Ticket got cancelled

I have booked a ticket from jaunpur to delhi and I got the call from travel agency he is saying bus is cancelled for today and if we want to go then we have to take bus from varanasi or allahabad that is about 100km far away and no possibility to catch the bus with this short time .

So I am requesting to initiate the refund. Cancellation with this short notice is not acceptable. And take action against maheshwaram tours and...

Refund taking so many days

Redbus is trying to avoid the incident i have raised; their customer care is very poor and closing their gate for customer care all the way;

operator cancelled the bus in last minute and ticket was cancelled by operator and refund money is stuck with redbus;

red bus is cheating me...

Denied boarding

I have booked ticked from REDBUS from latur to pune, departure 09 nov 22, when the bus (shivshahi) arrived, conductor denied boarding as he said my name was not on his reservation list.

Cancellation and refund of bus ticket from Gandhinagar to Junagadh

I had booked ticket for 10th Nov but my ticket shows 9th Nov amd I came to know of this issue just when bus operator contacted for boarding...I am sure I booked for 10th as Its an expensive ticket than normal fare.
I asked for solution to reschedule or refund or anything but redbus operator did not escalate my issue or addressed query due to which i have to suffer 100% loss of my paid amount....

Unable to reschedule bus booking

Hi wanted to reschedule Ticket Number: TRC[protected] | PNR No: 15433
I tried for hours from 10 AM to reschedule But it was giving different errors like something went wrong, try after 12 minutes, no bus found and finally window got closed.

The redbus customercare is not reachable for this purpose. Their 24/7 customer care numbers donot reach to any representative, rather it stops with automated pre-recorded voices. br...

Luggage

Per person there are 10 kgs to carry but this Shalom careers they charged 500 extra and their way of speaking in travel agency office plus drivers harassed in words literally shouting at road.
This travel is not for passengers they are only for taking luggage better can convert into full and full goods travels
Not polite and humble
We lost our Patience and never proceed back.
Then money motivated. So much of partiality....

Misleading arrival time . Murahara travels

Last week I have booked ticket from Chennai to Trivandrum in murahara travels. In the site they have informed that the bus start from 9pm and arrival time will be 9am in the morning. Travel issue

I booked the online ticket after the red bus was booked again, my bus time was 7 o'clock, which is that the bus driver is calling us from the dropping point at 5 o'clock without informing and saying that you should come within 10 minutes or else the bus will leave

Cancelled the ticket , but not received the Refund yet.

Ticket Cancellation money not refunded to my account

I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS (Ticket number (TIN): TRA[protected] from Coimbatore to Chennai for dated 4th Oct 2022) and the ticket amount was INR 2, 100/- and cancelled it on 29th Sep 2022 (tracking number is[protected]

But my problem is that still I have not received the refund amount in my bank account. Even escalated to Grievance officer. Why they are not refunding the cancellation amount is a big question and my request...

Regarding bus booking

I booked my bus from ooty to Bangalore For night but it got booked in the morning... I didn't get any call from the bus management and i got ticket message at 10:40am so need the money to be refunded...

Bus delayed about 3 hrs at boarding point.

I am traveling to pune from amrawati. The bus operators doesn't update his location so that nobody can track it.the bus delayed about 3 hrs. The timing was 11:30 Pm 29/10/2022 but the bus haven't reached at 1 am 30/10/2022
This is a winter season and they provide number they told me that the bus delayed by 3 hrs.this is not a good behaviour by traveling support....

Not drop to destination

Bus operator not drop us to our destination.
And redbus customer support said me redbus not responsible for this.

Really redbus is not responsible for this?

Gagan travel doing this regularly..they not drop to destination (akola) they drop to khamgao only.

And redbus saying they are not responsible for this ?
It's took 18hrs to khamgao and 20
hrs to akola....

Redbus needs to authenticate the services provided by bus services before listing them in portal. This has happened to us twice. Sri Tulasi tours and travels running from Bhubaneshwar to Hyderabad show up AC providing bus, but when we travel the the AC is never switched ON or not there at all.
