      We booked tickets traveling through red bus but they are provided very third class service don't answering anything, according to them they reach by 9.30 it's around hrs delayed they don't bother to contact even one year child baby with us facing trouble by this time for service

        I had booked 2 tickets from the redbus but due to unfortunate circumstances i had to cancel the tickets redbus haven't transfered the refund amount of ₹1732.5, 1591.50 according to refund status the refund must reach my account before 1/02/2023

          I had accidentally booked a ticket on a wrong date and called the customer care within 5 mins. They asked me to book another ticket with the same operator on the correct date, after the journey i will get the refund for the first booking . I did so and the new ticket was much higher in charge.
          I completed the journey on 11th January, today it is feb 3rd and i still have not got my refund.

          I made around 10 calls to the customer care and they say they’ve initiated already. I even contacted my bank as per redbus suggested. Still no use. What should I do more? I’m very disappointed about this .

            I booked ticket from hyderabad to thanjavur through redbus on 12th january 2023.I was waiting for the bus they sent van pickup to board bus but the bus was having rto issue we traveled more than 250 km by van to board the bus later at hosur the passenger complaint to police station regarding refund the inspector asked us to get the refund through redbus for traveled by van for 250 km then we boardee another bus and reached thanjavur around 4:30pm but we supposed to reach morning 9:30am. My entire plan was collapsed, kindly arrange to get the refund for the delay and used van for 250 km

              I had completed a journey from Guwahati to Digboi on 29th January 2022 on Standard Chartered bus. My seat number was 14A. The bus operators made a male passenger seat next to me whereas I requested them to not make a male passenger seat next to me instead make a female passenger seat next to me. But they instead asked me to pay for it. This was the policy of red bus that if a female passenger has booked a seat, no male passenger can book a seat near her. I had to pay extra for that. I escalated this issue to red bus but red bus has denied to help me out. I am mentally harassed by both the bus operator and the customer care executive of red bus.

                I booked 3 female tickets from Indore to Mumbai (journey date 28.01.2023). At the time of booking I selected “Boarding Point : Julwania Rajhans Hotel, Indore”. My earlier booking was from Mumbai to Indore, 2 days before, establishing that I am not from Indore and I am unaware of places of Indore. When I reached Indore, I inquired through multiple places (hotel staff, taxi drivers, local guides) that where is this picking up point. Since I was staying near Sarvate Bus Stand, everyone told me that the boarding point is close by near Rajhans Hotel where the office of Rajhans Travels is also there and it is in the main Indore city near bus stand. Which made me believe this as the boarding point mentioned Rajhans Hotel, Indore. On the day of journey I was calling the bus conductor and driver on the numbers that were shared through message to know if the bus is on time but nobody picked up the calls till 10pm. My boarding was at 11:15pm so I was also calm till then. At 10 when I connected with the driver he said that the bus has left Indore 2 hours back and is 150 km away from the Indore town. So the whole story was that this Boarding Point which says “Julwania Rajhans Hotel, Indore” on my ticket, on my message, in my chat box where I enquired about my boarding point, and everywhere it says “Julwani Rajhans Hotel, Indore” which obviously gave me an impression that this place is somewhere in Indore obviously because why would someone give me an option of boarding a bus 150 km after the starting point midway of the journey when I am paying for full ticket. Repeating my problem that nowhere it is mentioned that this place - Julwania is 150 km away from Indore, in fact in an altogether different district of Madhya Pradesh. So, obviously I missed the bus. I was stranded on the streets with my senior citizen mother and sister in the middle of the night. Bus operator refused to do anything in this regard but atleast they spoke to me and made me understand the whole story unlike Redbus who didn’t pick my call, didn’t revert on chats as they are automated chats with foolish replies, and reverted to my email after 30 hours saying that they can’t help it. I had to stay in a hotel for another day on the weekend in a tourist destination city when all hotels were running full, which costed me another INR 3000/-. I had to stay there for one extra day and book another bus the next day for crazy INR 6000 because it was Sunday and end of a long weekend and there were no seats and I had to pay extra for every seat as I booked offline. (I have all the bills) And INR 3207 which I spent for booking the godamn bus that I missed also went waste. And now having said all this it is very clear that the whole confusion happened because RedBus interface mentioned “Indore” after the name of the Boarding Point which made me think that this place Julwania is in Indore. I unknown to MP as a state, Indore is a city, visited this place for the 1st time, how am I supposed to know that Julwania, Indore means 150km away from Indore? I want my money back that I paid for the bus booking i.e. INR 3207 and additional damages of INR 9000 that I had to bear aggregating to total INR 12207 from redbus. If the responsibility of adding boarding points in the redbus platform interface is of the bus operator, then bus operator shall reimburse me these or else if this responsibility is of Redbus then Redbus will have to reimburse me this amount. I am putting an official compliant on this matter and I have been through a lot of struggle and stress these 2-3 days due to this error of Redbus which I will not let go in vain.

                    I had booked a ticket for my daughter from Hyderabad to Bengaluru on 28 Jan 23, tkt no TS2R26107200. Had also added the Redbus assurance for Rs 19. The operator cancelled the bus and I was not provided an alternative. The money is refunded even though I wanted a ticket for the next day instead of a refund. As per the insurance money collected, there was no response. On calling Customer care they are backing out saying I had taken insurance from Acko, which must have underwritten the insurance. Had a call from their supervisor but no call

                      I had booked adtc bus for 25 jan 2023. From delhi to Amritsar. The bus was supposed to depart at around 10:30pm.At 11 pm I received message that the bus is cancelled. While I had very less options I booked another bus named North india transport which was supposed to depart at 11:10 pm. I called the required contact person at 11:05 pm to ask for the point where the bus would be and i got to know that the bus had left before time. They asked me to come to bypass in 10 minutes which was impossible. I could not understand why they had left before time that too without contacting me Or informing me. I had really suffered because at that time i had no option left as it was so late. I had spent so much money on cabs and to reach amritsar. I haven't even received any money or compensation even though it was the bus service fault.

                        Hi Team,

                        I have book my ticket from rebus (PNR: 4305985)...
                        A day prrior I got a message from bus operator that bus is delayed..
                        Accordingly to my schedule I can't reach my destination on time..
                        Hence I have immediately called rebus customer support team (case id :[protected]and informed the same and I was also assured that I will get 100 % refund amount into my account as it was bus operator mistake. And insisted me to not to travel...
                        As I didn't got the amount I have followed up continuesly with rebus support and right now they are denaying to refund my amount..
                        I Would really appreciate if you could look into this isssue and help me to get a resolution..

                            I tried booking ticket with redbus via Gpay from Coimbatore to villupuram on 5Jan, 2023. The transaction got stuck while booking ticket and it got success later few hours. But the ticket is not confirmed. I tried contacting Gpay support center and they told to contact the redbus merchant since the transaction got successful from their end.

                            I have already informed the same with redbus customer support over call for the past 20 days. Still i could not find any progress for the complaint registered.

                            I booked bus tickets twice in which ticket got confirmed for second transaction (9.16pm) but ticket not confirmed for first transaction (7pm).
                            I have attached the screenshot for both transactions.
                            Kindly do the needful ASAP.

                              Worst, ridiculous, junk bus provided by redbus specially M.R.Travels bus number AR06A9158.
                              The bus was almost 7 hours delayed, unhygienic bus, no safety protocols given, bus driver n conductor asking roadside people to travel through bus like an auto rickshaw, all the walking area was covered with bags and people. Never travel with redbud.

                                Would bring to your notice all the things.
                                1) Bus arrived @ 2.45 a.m. on the boarding point where timing was 11.30 p.m.
                                2) Harsh words used by bus operator Ramdev Tours and Travels when asked for the seat in his office where i was on place from 11.00 P.M. @ cold night
                                3) Gps Tracking was closed by bus when complain to red bus they told that bus operator was not picking the call.
                                4) When complain on No. 100 to police they did not take action which will be complain to the court soon and send the notice also. They asked to remain in ahmedabad only rather taking any rational decision.
                                5) When seat was given it was kanak travels bus and nuber was also not proper.
                                6) No arrangement for blankets and water.
                                7)cleaniness was worst and thrown near my seat when asked to clean they told you get down the bus and arrange for other bus.
                                8) HAd to left my day job too
                                9) when my dropping was Vasai Phata they told we don't know the stop and left us more than 10 kms away where we face transportation problem.

                                Worst experience by redus..when complain to redbus they told we will pay you 15% of your charges and complain will be closed and no furthur action will be taken. I think so it is recorded in call center of redbus.

                                If not action taken by just write mail to me. I know how to take against redbus, Bus operator and penalized them more them than your earnings. And also penalized which harresment you have given to me.\

                                I have photos, recorded calls ...which you do not have facility where i can provide you so give me mail id.

                                  Sir, That RTC bus in which I traveled has no proper door. Despite several requests, the driver could not close it. We shivered like anything on that cold night. We suffered a lot. Inform the problem RTC officials concerned. The journey was on 12th January from Chennai to Guntur

                                    2. Text message I had received was for different bus: UP53FT8333, Driver Contact Detail: Tommy Singh [protected]

                                    3. Also, Driver 1 called me and said I am 40 minutes away from your Boarding point i.e Kamta, Gomti Nagar Lucknow, later on called and said I have no such seat reservation in my bus i.e L6 Sleeper.

                                    4. Driver 2 called me at 11:10 PM in the night and said I am at your boarding point Kamta, Gomti Nagar Lucknownow in which my seat was reserved but the wrong ticket which I had received had a boarding time of 11:40 Minutes.

                                    Driver 2 (Tommy Singh [protected]) Made me travel 25 KM from home via my own car by driving at night on a highway full of trucks risking my and my family members' lives in danger. I requested this driver to stop in between so that I could board the bus but he didn't listen to me.

                                    PFA screenshots where i have tried to reach out to redbus and their authorities to report this issue, but on twitter what i have received so far are just assurances that we are looking into the issue.

                                      I booked a ticket trough red bus and changed the journey to another day using their free date change option as it was difficult to do the journey on the booked day. But since I had to be admitted to the hospital the day before the day i was supposed to travel I could not travel because I could not cancel on their app, even though i informed them through mail, they were not willing to change the date or give me a cash refund

                                        Its been around 6 days/ and my refund is not initiated yet. The amount of trouble i suffered on 13th January 2023 midnight at 1:30 am with my safety concern and financial lose of another INR 1000 as i have to book another bus was not enough Red bus?
                                        That you guys are making me suffer more.
                                        When your team have already spoke to bus driver at that instant of time on 13th and driver already informed you that he left early from the departure time as he didn’t get my booking details. Than I don’t understand what is left?
                                        You lack a proper work, and letting me suffer.
                                        You guys have showed that, i can not trust you people in future. I can not let my sister traveling with you, because your safety and service is absolutely zero.
