My brother booked a ticket for me from Indore to Bundi through Redbus via the HDFC Smartbuy platform. The ticket destination was Bundi, so it was supposed to drop me at Bundi, but when we reached Kota they said the bus
did not go further. It was around 05:30 am so the travels office (Navrang

Bus driver dropped me at the highway not dropped at the boarding point even I called to customer care he connected me to The bus operator he agreed initially that driver will stop at the correct dropping point.
