Vide above PNR, I had booked a bus ticket for Udaipur to Ahmedabad for 18th October, 2023. The departure time from Udaipur was 2:15 PM. The travel Agency was Shrinath Solitaire Pvt Ltd. The agency informed at around 11 AM on the date of travel i.e 18th October, 2023 that the bus scheduled at 2:15 PM has been cancelled due to breakdown and I shall get the full refund. After followups with that agency, I am told that they had already issued the refund yesterday itself and in case I have not received the same then I must contact Red Bus through which I had done the online booking. I am unable to contact the RedBus as there is no helpline no. or chat facility available on their website. Hence, please help in getting my refund. Thanks. Hemant Mogra
