Hi Sir/ Madam
My name sourabh and I book a ticket with other number from Delhi isbt kashmeri gate to alwar (rajasthan ) and bus timing 8.48 a.m in morning on 30th November 2022 from Rajasthan State Road Transport (travel name) but that time I am going on isbt kashmeri gate and confirm details I found there is no bus I call so many times on [protected] and enter number mobile number and then enter my ticket conformation last 4 digit and errors found this is wrong number then I call to Rajasthan State Road Transport number he told me come to sari kale kha and he provide seat to another bus . I pay 130 rs extra for auto charges which is blunder for your side and one more blunder for your side I receive sms or what app for your side with 2 different pnr and tickets number . Just I want my auto charges which is 130 rs

    Hi,

    I requesting you to cancel the above ticket as I got health emergency and cannot travel for next one month to 45 days, initially I thought I can get recover in 1-2 weeks hence postponed same ticket from 24th of November to December 8th, but still my health situation going worse and can't make it, attached health reports please go over if possible. I would prefer the refund amount to original payment mode or redbus wallet is also fine. As its genuine reason requesting you to consider and cancel my ticket.

        Since the cancellation was not done by me, you have to take the responsibility of this undue cancellation and pay back my ticket fare with immediate effect.

          I tried to book using the email ID /Mobile number - [email protected]/6380365440 and i paid through the mobile number 6380550168 ; UPI Transaction ID : 233418463256 ; Again i am repeating i don't have registered email id, since there was a option to book ticket without registering, i used it . Please try to track using the UPI Transaction ID, you will get to know the details .

            Self book bus ticket from Hyderabad to Chennai ( travel dt 02 Dec 22), Due to changes in plan trying to cancel/ reschedule my ticket but it is not working in Red bus app.
            Reschedule option appearing, but not working and cancellation option is disabled state

              Bus complaint

              I booked a bus ticket from Patiala to Jalandhar on red bus app with Milan bus services. The bus was supposed to pick me Up from Patiala at 4:50, but bus dint arrived at my boarding station.
              When I called the bus driver he said that the bus was bypassing patiala from last 10-12 days.Which was not informed to me or given any notice about it.Due to the inconvenience caused I want a 100 percent refund of my money....

              I booked a ticket from gurgaon to jaipur on red bus app and cancelled the same within an hour (ticket number TRCK[protected].

              They showed they will refund the money after deducting 10% of the fare.
              I proceeded and got the confirmation that your ticket is cancelled and the money will be refunded in 5-7 days.

              On the date of journey they sent a message about the journey details even though I cancelled it.

              This is cheating on their part and I want my 800 rs back.

                I have booked a bus ticket from redbus for departure date 23 nov 2022 from pune to amravati. When i reach the pickup poitn i called the bus operator he said the bus is canceled. I ask the what about my amount that i paid he said you will refun by next day. On the next i got no refund redbus when i called coustomer care they prerecorded audio is played. No real person talk to me then go the redbus app to get help but there no option regarding but get canceled. What should do now.

                    Hello, I am trying to cancel a bus ticket before 6:30pm tonight. Per my ticket, I will get a nearly full refund. But I’m unable to cancel it online or in the app, and calling customer care is not helpful, there is no option to cancel a ticket there. Please help. Thank you.

                          Booked a ticket from Pune to Mahabaleshwar through Krsna Travels for a journey on 9/11/22 morning 11am with boarding point at Pune Shaniwar Wada.
                          The inv no received was RMH22-A[protected]
                          PNR no was[protected]

                          The bus operator cancelled the bus as informed personally on 8/11/22 9.pm and said the money paid would be refunded.
                          I have not received the money so far

                          Contacted the bus operator who said the refund is arranged by Redbus as the travels do not collect the money from the clients.

                          Why is this refund being delayed?
                          When will you be able to provide the refund?
                          Is there a tel no to which we can raise our queries directly? please provide.

                                  I am Dr.k.s.Gobinath working in Sriperumbudur, tamilnadu...i booked a ticket from coimbatore to Sriperumbudur on red bus app, for that I paid you Rs 2625/-.but bus was cancelled by the bus operators...so i received message from red bus that you will receive the refund amount Rs 2625/- within 5-7 working days...I waited till today (16/11/22).they didn't refunded it... regarding this i made a call to them for a many times...they repeated telling that some technical issues..ask to wait for 72 hrs. After 72 hrs also they are telling the same thing and ask me to wait another 72 hrs...they repeatedly giving me the same thing again and again...they not at all sharing the details that they already intiated...they not all giving any details through g mail...i requested them to share the details through the watsapp...and for the refund also they can't give any assurance.and they had a policy in their web site( redbus).if the bus operators side bus was cancelled then only they provide refund ...but that too they not at all giving proper response

                                    I have booked a ticket from manipal to hyderabad for 21st october, however i have cancelled that ticket for some reason and my refund for that cancellation is still due.
                                    Its been almost 25 days since i have cancelled my ticket. I have been reaching out to red bus customer support on daily basis and every customer support person says one thing in common “ to please wait for another 24 or 72 hours”
