    On the said date we have booked a ticket in your red bus from Hosur to Chennai on 04.12.2022 at 13.00 Hrs with Ticket No TRCH34918771. We were waiting at Hosur boarding point on time at 13.00 Hrs. We we're waiting at the boarding point for 2 and 1/2 Hours ( upto 3.30 PM) and the due to no lack of communication from red bus or the UST travels we were forced to look for alternative arrangements for our Hosur to Chennai Journey. During our wait more than 2.5 Hours no bus turned up and no information was made available by red bus or UST travels.

    After considerable inconvinience and we managed to reach Chennai only at late midnight. Being senior citizens, we went through torcher because of your unfortunate lack of proper bus service.

    We request you to refund our ticket amount along with suitable compensation for our discomfort and torture.
    In case of your failure to do this, we will be constrained to go to consumer forum and media forum redressal

    We understand how troublesome an experience it has been due to bus delay. Please be rest assured, the feedback has been registered and sensitized with UST Bus to prioritize our customers for a hassle free journey.

    As shared during our phone conversation, the bus operator has agreed to provide a refund entirely. The refund has been initiated from our end back to the source account.

    As per the standard banking procedure the amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 bank working days in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt/redBus

            This is VENKATA SREENIVASA RAO, we booked ticket on[protected] from Chennai to Hyderabad Ticket no : TRD[protected], due to my personal reasons I cancelled the ticket, today[protected] redbus mentioned in cancellation policies, cancellation refund will credit in 5 to 7 working days, it's been 16 days cancellation refund payment not yet credited even we are not getting customer care team to talk regarding this, in redbus help chat box showing that case details not found

            Redbus help automatic chat messages is not helpful, we want to talk with redbus team and resolve this issue as soon as possible

                Hi Team,

                My name is Venkatesh .I booked a ticket last friday from chennai to hyderabad in sri tulasi travels.
                I have booked a ticket for 12:00 PM. The Bus start time is at 9:15PM the same day.
                But the Bus Operator called me and told me I had booked the ticket as a female beside.
                I told i have booked wrongly to the female seat.But they told they will not allow to travel like that.
                I have requested to adjust to another seat .He told me to buy a new ticket and travel.

                Note:Instead of adjusting the ticket he was asking to buy a new ticket .He called multiple times and asked me to buy the ticket and he was very rude while talking.

                I booked another ticket at night at 11Pm and I reached home the next day at 12 PM.
                Please find the ticket attached in the email.

                Please help us to serve better to passengers .This is not correct to deal with people like these

                  Hello sir,
                  I'm Satish babu, on 06/12/2022 while booking bus tickets from Hyderabad to shiridi through redbus app, I made payment through Google pay. My money got deducted from my account but bus ticket was not confirmed and status showed failure. Redbus not sent me any message regarding refund nor even after complaining redbus authorities they have not yet send any confirmation msg.                   Hello sir, My email is [email protected] And Phone number is 7207515439 And Google Chrome I had opened not from redbus app, so they didn't asked me about registered mail and phone number Sir, i already posted my gpay payment confirmation done, in that transaction number is also there. in this why Gmail or phone number required I'm unable to understand. When payment done and no ticket booked means, do refund to that number and how can you resolve the complaint without actually resolving it

                    I booked family tript (2adults + 2kids) Bengaluru to Goa ticket for 22-Dec-2022 traveling via redBus (Ticket - TRD[protected] for Nida Tours and Travels.
                    Service provider Nida Tours and Travels had canceled the ticket on late night 19-Dec-2022 without providing any justification and without any alternate solution by rude agent with contact number [protected]. The agent says, he has right canceled the trip as per his wish. He had used abuse words with lady customer.
                    The amount refunded is also not 100%, as ticker booking charges are not refunded
                    Now the family leisure trip has become panic trip and possible loss of hotel booking Rs17000 + return ticket Rs 12000

                        I have been Travelling from Chennai to Bangalore on the date 16th Dec 2022.
                        The Bus got break down by early morning and there is no alternative solution made for the same.

                          I had booked a bus ticket via Redbus on 14/12/2022 and recieved the following message:

                          Anyhow on calling the bus before boarding, CROWN BUS confirmed that it stood cancelled for all trips till Sunday. I was refused for any kind of refund but only under a condition that i travel in a bus as suggested by them which i refused to. I have not received any message regarding the cancellation of the bus and have no refund initiated for such matter. Kindly immediately look into this matter for necessary action

                              I have booked a ticket on 23 Nov 2022. Ticket no. is TRCK62201908
                              Bus got cancelled by bus operator hence full refund of 632.10 INR was expected.
                              Even though refund was initiated it never reached my account. I complained and complain was registered with RedBus customer care with complaint no. 20371678.
                              Complain was registered on 2nd December but I have still not heard for them neither the refund get credited. Pls resolve the issue.

                                In the ticket booking process initially it was mentioned that female candidate seat should pair with female candidate but after that they change the female seat to male make such thing is very uncomfortable and that make me very unhappy about this situation and from now I think this should not done by the bus service and do not make passengers uncomfortable.                                   The bus was about to arrive at 8:10 but till now the bus was not arrived. No one is attending the call. No one is taking the responsibility. We are standing on the road from 8:30. And tomorrow there was a important meeting about my son's marriage. This was a big disappointment to us. I am going to file a consumer complaint against both of you ( The Red bus and the Rajalakshmi travels).

                                    Hello team, i had booked a bus for 08/12/2022 at 11.45 pm but due to uncertainty i had to cancel the bus on 07/12/2022 at 6:30Am.. When cancelling the bus the cancellation charges showed to me was around 310rupees.
                                    I had successfully cancelled the bus yet the cancellation did not go through in the background, due to which i never got my refund nor the tickets got cancelled.
                                    Additional i never got a call from bus management regarding my bording details during the boarding time.

                                        It is to inform that on december 4th 2022 ticket booked from vishkapatnam to hyderabad through REDBUS site by my credit card and amount received sum of rupees 2240 but berth is not allotted even issued one reference number is[protected], but yet to be not refund by the red bus authorities.
                                        Red Bus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
