As my order no:9882565, comprising of army cargo which has cost INR 704, is having defect i.e it is not stitched properly according to the size, my waist size is 34 and the pant is also of 34 waist but the thigh portion is not proper it is not coming in to my legs at all, so i request to get some assistance in returning back this product, and getting back my money as soon as possible...

      I have order 2 quantities but I have received 1 quantity. when deliverd by the courier i have not present in the office

      but payment my staff receive product.Then when I open the parcel One quantity juicer there but not in 2 quantity
      so kindly send me another juicer.

              Hello Sir,

              This is to inform you that on May 23rd, 2014, I had placed an order on Rediff Shopping with the order/reference code as : 9723130.

              After doing the complete payment through online net banking even after 15 days I haven't received the order. I tried calling at the customer care and even I wrote mails on their given email-address but I haven't got any assurance and then I tried contacting their Team Leader Mr. Nilesh Mistry he gave me false assurances and bluffed me several times that I will get the order in a day or two but no one is giving me a proper response and troubling me alot. I did the payment from my savings for a special occasion, and as mentioned on the website that maximum 6 days will be needed for the delivery so I took that margin and ordered but till date I have no idea of it.

              Please give me a solution regarding the same, or I want my money to be refunded with interest.

                I ordered a Samsung headphones from rediff.com and it got delivered today. I took out the headphone and discovered that it was damaged and it was a duplicate product because i used that original product before. I want my money back and its not about money its about duplicate product under a brand name samsung.

                          I ordered Tupperware Lunch Box - 2 nos in rediff shopping and paid for the same.When we received the items we found only 1 item available inside the parcel.We registered compliant with rediff shopping and no response yet.It was not 7 days passed from the date of compliant.Customer care number is always busy and so of no use.                             We also have ordered poker 500 chipset from RediffShopping.

                            This was delivered to me, on Jun 11, 2014 from pearl technologies A 16, Sainik Nagar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059 new delhi India.
                            The product was completely broken, damaged dirty packed inside.

                            We are chasing Rediff from almost one month, and have sent the product back to vendor.
                            But we haven't received the money back and yet not sure what will happen next.?

                            Why rediff doesn't block or take action on such fraud vendor, who cheating customers by sending them already broken damaged old products.

                              Regarding Order# 9400815 I have placed an order for "M2 Dual Sim Ultra Compact Mobile" on 26th March 2014. But the product which i have received was not in working condition. I have returned/ sent back the product through Professional courier to the vendor's address, also sent a mail to customer care after I had sent the item to vendor back. I have received the reply for the mail saying your replacement/refund will be processed in 2-3 working days but i haven't got any refund after a month also. I have again mailed and talked with the customer care they said it will be refunded in 2-3 days. Waited for 2 months not got the refund/replacement. I have mailed them 6 times already and called them more than 7 times they say the same stupid dialogue, it will be refunded. I am really frustrated with this now. I have also tried checking refund status of the order in the below link. http://shopping.rediff.com/customer-care/refund-status Here it still says the refund not initiated. Rediff shopping is really a big cheater. They are simply taking money and either not delivering or delivering old defective products. Please let me know how can i contact consumer court online ? Even if I also called CC many times but no body responded my call. Finally today I was able to contact with the CC team with Pratik, Dinesh, Namratha. They also gave me the wrong information. As I asked them to transfer the call to the higher authority, They cut my phone.They told me that the Item has been delivered through Blue Dart Courier. Till now I ve not received the consignment no of the shipping & as well as providing the wrong information to customers.                                       Regarding Order# 9595627 I had placed an order for Prestige Omega Build Your Kitchen set (3 pc including lid) But the product which I have received was in damaged condition. Have sent emails to customer care so many times but haven't received their response a single time! Tried calling on customer service number and it never gets connected! This kind of service is not at all expected! This is so annoying !! Vendor is Phoenix Marketing. Have sent emails to the vendor also but have not received any response from his end.
