This is informing your that, i have placed a order on rediff shopping on 2nd nov-2010, I received a product from vendor, but this is defective. While i am asking to vendor simply they told, we have found the product is defective, any how will refund the amount. But it will take 15 days. I have yesterday dated 22nd November, paid for the service of Rediff NG on my mobile by paying online through Master Card but till now nothing has been confirmed on the same... please look into it and get it sorted out asap.

I purchsed one jewellery from Rediff on 12/11/2010 but after Payment confirmation and approved from my card.. they dint despatched my article.. I spend lots of money in phone calling after 10 days they told me your order cancelled we cant delivery goods.. your amount will be credited within 4-5 days..

But my question is why there is so much poor service.. and payment deducted instatntly but after cancellation why delay in 4-5 days and who will pay damarages

Hello,

I have ordered three different items from rediff.com and they cheated me on three of them. I also tried to contact them but no body is answering phone and no reply of email complaints.

Product, problem and complaints as follow:

I purchased a Digital Photo Frame at rediff shopping in the month of july10. In the description it was mentioned as inbuilt 1GB memory. But when it reached us, it was with 2GB flash card memory.

Also it was having a product warranty of 3months. Only at first time it was working after that it wasn't. For the past 2 months am trying to reach the vendor who supplied this using the details which rediff has given at the time of purchase.

But ended up in vein. Those numbers doesn't exist and reiff customer support says it cant do anything. End of all these i learnt that rediff is doing third graded customer support. my 3000 rupees? Rediff is making a huge profit like this.....

I purchased 2 formal white shirts with an impresion and in relevence with the description and pictures flashed in an advertisement.When I opened this parcel I was shocked to see to it that the shirts are no way matching with the advertisement.Immediately I complained to the rediff shopping ,they accepted the fact that the delivery was wrong.Since then I have been asking for the money back but in vain.At the same time I am asking the contact no of higher up and bosses but in vaian.One executive named POOJA VALECHHA giving same and templeted responses asking me to send shirts back within 24 hrs.
If I have paid rediff shopping then why should I contact M/S Disha Enterprises.
Delivery of the product is itself is cheating and unlawful trading practices because THESE ARE CHINA BRANDS AVAILABLE ON FOOTPATHS OF MUMBAI , NO SIZE OF XXL IS MATCHING ANY WAY AND BY ANY ANGLE , Now question arises there off is What is the reliability of Rediff shopping .Executive of the same is misurably failed to respond to my questions I have raised since last 1 2 months through 8 -10 mails .At last I want my money back at the earliest.

I ordered a children's battery operated bike (kids can ride on this) worth of Rs.3000/- thru rediff online shopping...IND MART is the vendor. They sent the defective item and completely useless. My kid never even used for a single time. When i feedback to the vendor, they did not respond well. They purposely delayed to respond to my mail and finally said the warranty period is over (7days). I was cheated like hell. This is the second time for same product. Customers/online shoppers, beware of IND MART and REDIFF online shopping. I had extremely bad experience/frustration.

Rediff online shopping -cheating against order No 6105980 dated[protected]

on[protected] we booked two Premire Dual Time Multifunctional Alarm watch costing @ Rs 175/ each (on screen price of rediff online shopping) and total cose was Rs. 490/- including shipping charges of Rs 140/-. On[protected] the parcel was delivered at our residence the postal deliveryman ( EMS speed post) charged Rs. 515/-. The packet was sealed carrying the letter of rediff .com India Ltd. C/O In Charge BPC, Dadar, HO Mumbai. Transaction No[protected] with details of the packing i.e description of the two watches and the price printed thereon Rs @ Rs.175/ Despatcher Name –“Ojjas Enterprises”.
On opening the packet we the family members were shocked to note that there was only one watch and that it was not the watch with specification we booked. The packet was well sealed with emblem of rediff online .com and details of goods and delivered through Indian Postal Department so that nobody can foresee the cheating inside.

I have send a strong protest to rediff .com to which they have not responded.
