I've bought a jbl headpohne(Order id :[protected] from http://shopping.Rediff.com, opted for cash on delivery.
Received the product, opened it after paying the amount to delivery boy, it was a duplicate product that i've ordered or different one, no jbl quality sound, asked the delivery boy to return it, he asked me to claim the return on website.
Filled the form online to return the product, the website told me we will contact you as soon as possible
Even after 10-12 days no call or message received from website
Cant imagine jbl can make such products or rediff can sell the products like that.
Rediff.com India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
