I have ordered power bank online with rediffmail Dec 15 .They have sent me a used second hand product ( Scratches, Dirty marks ). No proper response from rediff customer delights center. i have called 8 times and 7 mail to complaint about my product. They said with in 48 hrs you will get your product and they sent me a standard computerised message. After a 25 days they asking me to send back the product. They are cheating with used product. pls be aware of buying from this on line vendor.

I have booked Item "PSP 4.3 Inch TFT MP3 MP4 Player Camera Built In 10000 Games " through Rediff shopping in amount of Rs 1549.00 on Sat, 26 Dec 2015 10:26:59 IST . as per rediff shopping Expected Delivery Time is 3 - 6 Working Days but they have not dispatch my order till now (Fri, 01 Jan 2016 19:01:59 IST . my order no 12902209 . My product wich was purchased on 09/08/2015.which was damaged on delivery then i report and my product was back for the replacement ...we complaint many of times there is no resopnce. TODAY 08/01/2016 there is no result no responce against my product please i request to plz take a grant action for my product my order no is. * 12013868

My order no12922648 consists of 3 items only 1 item I received on 4th Jan but remaining items I will not received up to today when I contacted Redif by phone but I will not get any proper response from them please deliver my product as early as possible

Hello, I ordered a Micro USB charger for Micromax A311 vide order no 12883791. The order was made on 22nd December 2015 with a promised delivery within 7 days. As on date I have not received the consignment. Mails sent to customer support are being replied with vague assurance and no concrete delivery status.

Product is so cheap and quite changed dat i had seen in image .plz take a action against this comapany...n look in to it

The electric roti maker delivered by the salesman of rediff online shopping was defective with broken pieces and dented surface..the salesman refused to replace it with a proper one and insisted and forced my wife to do the payment and behaved rudely..

The product quality of this company are poor.They charged double on delivery on every purchase.They are making fool to the customers.

Respected sir i have purchase a power bank in rediff shopping which order No is 12625349 and Transaction No 23821384 but product is damage so i return it i request to return my money Rs 338 by chaque but he not refund to me since 3 Dec 2015 i request to refund my money please case the feud company and close it

I bought a new headphone and its not working i complaint to cust care and the vendor pick that headphones through me and when i will get my new headphones

I'm really disappointed with the approach given to me by the customer care executive when I call on the no[protected], regarding the refund status of amount Rs. 1589.00, The executive (Supriya) also go to the extend of keeping my call on hold when I ask her to transfer to her superior or team leader and I end up with nothing. Continously for the past 2 months I'm keeping followup with rediff but till date I have not received any feedback or satisfactory answer Why SO? My question is why it is taking so much of time to refund me the amount, when I have provided my Bank statement as an when it was required. When I spoke with my bank for the updation of refund status they said that they are not able to track with RRN no which is provided by the rediff, please ask for the ARN no, so when I started approaching the rediff customer care executive for the ARN, the same answer I was getting that within 24hrs you will get the updates but all in vain. Here I again humbly request you to please provide me the refund of Rs. 1589.00. Hope I will get the satisfactory answer from your side, and also the refund amount of Rs. 1589.00 /-

But I got only 1 (one) pc in this parcel. For this issue I called that delivery boy I think his name is Mr. Sunny more and his contact/Mobile no. is [protected]. but he told me that he is on bike and please call to Delhi office.
The page of delivery order placed or collect is very unreadable. The Xerox copy is not proper printed.
Also this is used mobile because in that mobile there are more than 241/500 contact number is saved, Also there is on one photo of security guard sitting on chair. All these thing shows that this is used mobile.

Here I shop mh 7000 samsung OEM Bluetooth headset having transaction no.24081088, which is having very worse and very poor quality. And its not which I expected as well as not properly working with my Panasonic mob.so here I want to refund my full amount.

This is my humble request to all who is going to purchase any product from rediff.Com specially when you want to send the product to any local area or village of india. I have very bad experience with rediff.Com i have placed one order for my nephew birthday gift a flying helicopter on 12th december, 2015. But even after 17 days, there is not product delivered when my nephew's birthday has gone before 5 days ago.Also i have sent too many messages to customer care center but everytime there is one common reply to be patient and the product will be delivered shortly. After 17 days of the purchase, if there is not product delivery, then you all understand what should we do. I have place order at paytm.Com and amazon.In for the same address and they had delivered product within 5 days of purchase before their estiate delivery date. I have purchased a shoe with size of 9 inch through the order number 12826031. They delivered the consignment on time with same size. Unfortunately it was shorter and unable to wear that. I have made a complaint (Ticket#[protected] for an exchange but, their response was bad and not ready to provide the size 10 which i requested. More over, they suggested to contact their dealer with mobile number which always blank. Please suggest the way forward because the shoe still in my hand which is not at all wearable.

This is with reference to Ticket#[protected] which I have already raised with Rediff shopping regarding refund of the amount of Rs 369 which was promised in 15 days time. It is more than a month since the product was returned as the item was not the same as that which was ordered. Till date there is no sign of a refund and their customer support team is not even bothered to respond. Pathetic online site to shop on and disgraceful customer service. I am already alerting friends through social media on the perils o[censored]sing this site for shopping and making sure that the message is spread around so others don't fall prey to such con sites.

A product is which I order is not that which I get, size also is different, And the service of return and refund is v v v v v v v v v v v v bad and poor e-response...very v v v v v v v v v bad experience...
