    I had placed an order for a Large Heavy Duty Folding Wardrobe With Built In Shoe Rack (order no:[protected] on 6th November 2015. It is the 23rd of December and I still have not received the order nor the refund, after repeated complaints (reference no:[protected]. In fact, I am being dodged around and harassed with regards to the refund. I sent an e-mail to Rediff Shopping Customer Care around the end of November. Only after a week, on the 9th of December I received a reply saying that the product will arrive shortly. I reverted asking precisely when i would be receiving the product to which I received a 'copy-paste' of the previous e-mail, after another whole week. I also asked for any compensation for the delay and was told that such is not possible. I called Customer Care on 19th December and was assured that the product would be delivered before 19th December. I did not receive it. On 22nd December, I sent an e-mail requesting for a refund and informing that the bank account from which they payment was made is now closed and had sent account details of a bank account I am now using. To this I received an immediate reply saying that the product has already been dispatched and hence the refund cannot be made. I replied informing that I was told that the product would be delivered to me by 19th December, and since I haven't received it and do not wish the tedious follow-up, I would want a refund. Once again, I received a copy-paste e-mail saying that a refund cannot be made. It drove me to make more phone calls, several times I was told that a refund cannot be made, sometimes I was also told that the refund is put in process, another date of 31st December was promised but I had lost all patience and wanted the refund. I asked to be connected to a senior executive, to which I was told that there is no point because the she / he too would say the same. Executives kept going back and forth on their words. In spite of requests, there were no e-mails to confirm the many telephone conversations. I even called to track my order and was told that the product was dispatched on 9th November, but they gave me no tracking details of where in transit the product is now. The online tracker is still showing a 'ready to dispatch' status. From the repeated calls I made to Customer Service today, the 23rd of December, on one of the calls I was told, once again, that a refund has been processed, that i would receive an e-mail in 10 minutes, and the money would be transferred to my new bank account, the details of which were sent earlier. I did not receive the e-mail. In fact, when I called again, I was again told that the refund cannot be made because the product has already been dispatched. On informing that I was told that the refund was put to process, the customer care executive told me that the refund cannot be made until I send a close-up statement issued by my bank. After all the dodging around, there is yet another errand to run and basically, if the back does not issue such a statement, I am stuck again!! The dodging has been going on. Over and above, Rediff Shopping does not have a toll-free number, The internet clearly mentions that the number is toll-free but I found myself being charged on all calls made. Again, all this with no compensation and poor services. My kind request to take this issue of customer harassment forward. Thank you!

      I ordered one product on December 1st on Rediff shopping website and made a Online payment also. i have cancelled the order for some reason on the same day. I called several times and sent Email but they are not refunding the money back. Its almost 23 days over no one is responding properly and they have not refunded my money back. I would request you people to solve my problem as soon as possible. Guys please don't buy or order anything on this website.

        I ordered a nike shoe through Rediff shopping cash on delivery and it delivered to me on time but I don't like product quality so I want to return it but company said call to vender and I called he also agree to take return and refund my money. But when I call Rediff shopping again then company said wait for mail and once you receive mail courier this product on address which mentioned in mail.but it didn't get mail it's been 2 week. And today I called once again Rediff shopping but as usual he said wait and company ignoring me and not taking my shoe return. When I am buying shoe that time company said if you don't like you can return we are refund your money. But after I brought shoe company ignoring me. So please I request you to take immediate action against company. I attach my invoice bill below.

            I need help, as I have purchased Kurti from Rediff.com Order ID was.12834709 paying RFs.648 but the Quality of product was very poor, I had already paid money of that online, Based on confirmation from rediff, I have sent product to shipper on my cost. but now no reply is coming after many reminders. I have lost my 700 Rs.

                          Dear Sir, I booked a multimedia speaker from rediff shopping bearing order no 12815343 on 9th December since today there is no response from rediff regarding the whereabouts of my order .?? whenever i call to your so called customer delight center i get a repeated reply of the product being dispatched in next 24 hrs since Friday . yesterday i.e on monday i called up twice to get the status but everytime i was told that i will get a call back and there is no call back since now.. I had cancelled the order yesterday but again there is no response on payment return as if your company doesnt even care about such small ammount i called them today morning and yet they say that order is not cancelled and it will take another 4 hrs pl help Regards Yateendra

                            Educational Tab received is faulty and had requested for Asus Zenfone 5 Charger and Samsung charger was delivered After calling the helpline the day of delivery, was informed the product will be refunded, however, no update as yet The executive was not even ready to relapce the product and requested to buy the product again After 5 days again I called the helpline and they are insisting on sending the image of the product so that vendor can check and confirm Why the hell we shud share the image...this practise is not followed by any of big e-tailers, then why only rediff First time i have used this site and will be the last time Order # 12809737

                            No product pickup and refund
                            I have not received any call or email from rediff.com even after following up with them continuously post delivery of the product. It doesn't seem the rediff officials are interested in resolving complaints of their customers. This was my first purchase and WOULD SUGGEST ALL NOT TO BUY FROM SUCH SHOPPING PORTAL

                                I have ordered a tablet, Order# 12710418 on 20th Nov 2015, and these people committed to deliver the product within 7-10 days. Till now i didn't receive the product. I contacted more than 6 times, but every time I got the same response that "Kindly note that we are investigating your order status for ur order no. with the concerned department.", from their customer care.Still their Investigation is going on. After that many emails i sent to them regarding the same, but no reply. My friends denied me to buy anything from rediff but I thought these people would be following some professionalism and customer delight but delight is far, they are not giving the product even for which i have paid. This is the reason why people prefer Amazon, Flipkart or other websites. Pathetic service. Dont buy anything from them.

                                      I have ordered a book, Order# 12760266 on 29th Nov 2015, and these people committed to deliver the product within 4-7 days. Till now i didn't receive the product.                                         I ordered one pack of multicolour 6 leggings but when i got it i was shicked bcoz in add they shows very nice but in real its very poor quality the material is very bad & they described it free size but in real its not free size so i want to return it and i want my money refund please solve my query as soon as well
