After I opened the packing I found only a key board minus the Android Tablet. The order description is 7 inch Android. It was also found that one of the three holding clip on top was broken at the base. Kindly clarify. The quality is poor, therefore I would like to return the order.               I ordered a product worth 3000 and I have payed Online. I followed them 10 times in 20 days and they didn't had any clue where the product is. They told they will update me but I haven't received a single mail from them. Its a nightmare to order from rediff shopping. Please don't order from such ridiculous sites. And till now I haven;t received the product, Hope I can get my refund back or else I am gonna screw this site badly.

                Anita, Pankaj Very Poor service for this person by name Anita, Pankaj - [protected] email : [protected]@outlook.com, Product Title: special one Black forest Cake Birthday Cake-234 order number: 11708430 In spite of my repeated calls and SMS from overseas, this person Anita Pankat - failed to respond and would not give any feedback on the date and time of delivery of the said pakage ( birthday gift ). I had booked this online 3 days in advance and requested the gift to be sent in the morning hours and even after 2.30 PM there was no signs of delivery. I then called her up from overseas and she picked up and said the it will be delivered within one hour. When It was past 5.30 Pm (IST) I started to call here (From overseas) and she never picked up the call. All my calls up to 7.00 Pm went un answered. And finally the pack landed at 7.30 PM. the whole party was ruined, as they had planned a variety of events and outings, and they sat the whole day waiting / not knowing when this pack will arrive. The sorry part is that this lady does not even have the courtesy to either pick up the call, reply or even send an email reply. Very sorry that Rediff shopping have such useless and dump people on their shopping list. I would appreciate if Rediff can blacklist or take this person off the list to save on its image in future.

                  I ordered heart shape clock, I got apple shape. I requested refund and asked for pickup. I've been waiting for the pickup. I called customercare. Everytime I call, I get promise for 24 hours. Never happens. I have a case of deceptive business practice.

                    1. order no. 11580721 placed on 12 may 2015 (for 4 deodrants). 2. company promises delivery within 7-10 working days but is unable to make delivery even till 31may 2015 without intimating any reason for delay. 3. upon enquiring, the front desk executive says you can take refund back. But no refund till 11 Jun 2015. 4. company is neither able to deliver products in time and nor they seem to be willing to give the refund back. 5. numerous calls made to customer delight centre but they always ask for more time. 6. tried rediff shopping for the first time and feel like cheated by them.

                        Hi Guys, I made an order for Nike AIrmax 2015 shoes on 4th of June and received a message that the order will reach me by 9th of June. I checked the consignment tracker on ecom express website and it said undelivered with error code 311. When I equired ecom guys they told me that the box is either lost or untraceable.                             I have bought online purhcase from rediff shopping india a venus human weighting machine vide product order id 11678833 and trans id 22858224 and invoice no ra/570 dated 3/6/2015 but on opening packcet i found machine is not working properly and a part broken then immediately i made a complaint by e mail to rediff shopping and in reply they demanded photo of defective machine which also i have sent on 5 june 2015 but even then they reply to send me defective machine back to their seller through courier in professional packing and then send courier reciept scanned copy to wait for refund and replaced product as per thier company policy vide complaint ticket no [protected] Now i wish to raise question that after wasting my rupees six hundred rupees for a defective product delievery by rediff shopping and their seller why I again spend rs200 or more for sending back defective product to their seller that too with professional packing and then wait for refund of this money from rediff shopping and replaced product by seller and this all at the mercy of rediff shopping and their seller and this all is happening due to supply of defective product by rediff shopping and it is also surprising that why rediff shopping is sending me name and addres of their seller now because i have bought product from rediff shopping and not from seller whose reliability is unknown to me, is this business ethics of a company to waste more money and wait for replaced product/refund after getting defective product, why not they send new product and take the old defective one by sending their or their so called seller representative

                                I have placed an order for Autofurnish Magnetic Sun Shades For Renault Duster (6 Pcs.) on 30.4.2015. Delivery time was 4 - 7 Working Days. The order no: is 11522969 and the ticket no is Ticket#[protected] . The price of product is 999.00 and Shipping & Handling: Rs.99.00 Total: Rs.1098.00 which I paid thru credit card. Inspite of numerous mails to them I haven't yet received the goods. I even requested them to cancel the order and credit my account as summer is over and I don't need the product. but they said its not possible I can only reject the goods once they are delivered.

                                      With reference to above complaint subject it is to informed that i have purchase Digital Infrared Walker For Morning And Evening by Order No. 10938327. I have made complaint to rediff shopping [Ticket#[protected]] as it is not working than their response is negative and giving excuse that they entertained complaint up to 30 days.
