Hi I was purchased table Mate portable with rediff shopping online. Service is very bad no tracking system and no response in contact number. I had received the product but it has broken. I was sent mail to customer care with image but no response as usual..I never suggest or go to rediff shopping in my life. Regards Jayender

      Placed my order on 24th May from Rediff Shopping & it promised to deliver in 4 to 7 working days. But they failed. Repeated calls to customer care were useless. They dont have any update & mute my calls when I ask for specific reason for delay. I called the seller & he assured a date but he too failed to deliver. After repeated calls I asked to transfer to senior executive Mr Jaffer, he too after hearing my complaint, later muted my call as I asked for the proper reason for delay. Rediff doesn't know why there's a delay & it doesn't care. They are simply mumbling the usual customer care lingo. "we're sorry for the delay", "you'll receive it soon". Order No : 11637470 Should make them accountable for their bad behavior & snail-placed service. Either proper action has to be taken on the seller for delaying & compensate the customer. I would appeal to all, do not shop from Rediff as it was torturous to me.

      7. Recieves the product : but the other model. not the one I placed the order.

            Hi, I have ordered for Digital Bathroom(Order No#[protected] weighing machine on 11 th may. it supposed to delivered by 16 th may. Still product not delivered and i called them almost 8 times. They are always saying wait for 48 hours. requested for cancellation . still they haven't processed cancellation also. we will never know when my money will be refunded. BEWARE OF REDIFF SHOPPING. Their customer service is really bad and they don't have proper mechanism to track their orders. they don't inform their customers about delays also. they don't have toll free customer care also.

              Hi im syed ambar i placed order for 24 cans of ginger ale through there website and paid money on 16th may 2015 it was showing on there website it will take 16 days for delivery but now its over months and i havent received anything from them also i called them twice for cancel they keep saying it will be delever by 48 hours but nothing come yet i want to resolve this issue and seek composation.

                  Hi I ordered for a monopoly game 1 month back and I haven't received the good even after the delivery due date. Regarding which I raised a complaint and followed by refunding the amount (900Rs approx.), Sent 3 follow up mails so far and no response for any of those mails. I would like a refund at the earliest.                       My order no was 11444541 and i order few things in April. The company declares they send order in 4-6 days. But my order did not come for a week.I called up vendor, he said someone from team will call up but no one called up. This is the height of their delivery. After 20 days of harrowing i got the order. I would not recommend the site to anyone.

                        Order Id: 11512788 Rediff is selling a product "JBL Pulse" with below features mentioned on their web site: Polymer Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery 2.402 GHz - 2.480 GHz Bluetooth Frequency Range NFC Support 3.5 mm Jack t105 to 20000 Hz Frequency Range 80 dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio The day I received the product I did not find the "JBL" logon on the box. Above mentioned features also not present on the product. I have lodge a complain within a day on their customer care through email and ask for the refund. Rediff initially pushed me to contact directly to the seller. And obviously seller did not respond to me. Then after repeated followup with rediff customer care, they mentioned that this is the product I purchase and hence no refund. Now my question is, if none of the mentioned features available on this product how this will be same product I purchased? Rediff getting tied up with some cheap seller and making fool of Indian citizen. There is absolutely no value of "Rediff Assured refund replacement". On their respond email, rediff customer care stated that this [duplicate] product I have buy from their site. That means, they agreed that Rediff selling duplicate product to market. In this regard, I also like to highlight this case to 'JBL India' that how Rediff playing with their brand name by selling their duplicate product.                           HI, I have ordered for Casio SA-45 adapter. I received the order but I got the wrong product delivered. I complained about this. They asked me to courier the product to the seller which should reach in 3 days to the seller then seller would dispatch the correct product which should reach to me in 10 business days. I couriered the product on 7th May which was delivered to the the seller on 9th May., but I have not yet received the replacement till 23rd May.everytime I call customer care they ask me to wait for 2-3 more days. the customer care is too much pathetic that you won't like to talk to them. But i have received a very different and cheap combo pack of Reabok leather strap watch and a defected sunglass. I can buy in Rs 100 far much better sunglass than that of I have received.                                 I placed two Orders with rediff shopping 11568915 and 11568881 for flowers delivery amounting to Rs. 720. I ordered in the evening and it was clearly mentioned that the Orders will be delivered by Next day (Mothers Day). Next day around 3:00 pm I called rediff to enquire about my Order as i didnt received any call from my mother. To my horror rediff customer executive told me your order is not yet been approved by our internal team. I was shocked to hear such an excuse (amount was already deducted and I got an sms from my bank). They mentioned we will deliver the order after its approved. Whats the point of delivering the flowers if its not done on the required date. No communication was made by rediff to inform customer if there will be a delay. Anyways, after lot of arguement i asked them to cancel my Orders. I then placed the Order through another site which made the delivery within 2 hrs. Now, am honest company after cancelling the Order should have start the process of returning customer money. Instead they send the flowers next day (see the cheaters, even after Order cancellation!! ) which my mother returned and my mother in law accpeted the other order as she was not aware. Now today when I check the details for the refund they are marked as delivered. What a cheat company that first dont deliver order on time and then even after cancellation send it for delivery. One of which was returned and other is lying in house and they can take it back. I expect my money to be refunded back to me immediately!!!

He really needs it.This is the very reason why though rediff one of the few companies who started so early but never reached any heights.                                   I had purchase Universal power bank from rediffmail online shopping by Order No:11408644 on 7th April 2015, which was found defactive so I send it back to company by the courrier company send by them, my complaint no is Ticket#[protected] months passed i was continous in touch with the executives of rediffmail each time they use to say me that the replacement will be given to you with in two or three days even the vendor's cell no. given was not working after continous follow they send me refund I requested them many times that I want replacement on money. when i want replacement, then why are they giving me refund ?

The same product received to my home by Velocity Courier No[protected]. The product received to my home on Dt. 16.05.15 through Cash On Deliver Option. After opening box, i found product supplied by seller Bansal Comuter is not brand new, it is used. Also Sr. No. on product erased by marker pen and not matched with item box Sr. No. Also Sr. No. not mentioned in Invoice(without tax paid). Product not working properly and Yr.Of Mfg-2012(out of warrenty).
