    I have purchased a foldable almirah from rediff shopping a month ago. Inspite of my attempts to bring the issue in their notice they are just replying only in work but no work has been done on grounds. Now they have stop updating the status of my complaint too.       the product(Reebok golden aviators large size) ordered on 29th march which i receive after one week or 7 april .The product is totally fake when i saw this on website nd then i ordered nd received nd while i open its totally different from which i saw on website nd the frame of the aviators is molded nd the quality of the lenses is also poor.kindly change it from this product to the original one or refund it

        My order No.11386289.Said to be despatched on 1/4/2015 and the expected delivery is within 4 or 5 days. But even after lapse o more than 10 days the product is not delivered to me.Please look into this matter and intimate the present status of the product and expected delivery date.

          sir I order cozy blue yellow filled bean bag worth Rs.2282/- on 3rd April2015.The amount already in my Banking card debit message received.Your order (#[protected]is dispatch 10April message received on7th April.But Now ONE Message Received, We regret that the vendor is not able to fulfill your order for Rs.2282/-.Pl.tell me the reason to not fulfill the orderand also my amount of Rs.2282/- also deducted in my bank account.Make arrange send the product immediately.

              I had ordered intex it-rider speakers (order Number[protected] on 25th march 2015. Its been 15 days I didn’t receive my order till date. In between I talk to c care and vender too. But always false promises are given. I purchase so many things online but till date I didn’t see this poor service from any of the e commerce site. In today’s era e commerce is so strong that this is a big spot on service of rediff as well as the vendor(Crisp Communication).

                Number 11388222 order was given on 31st of march. Today I recieved the product by 7.30 PM by blue dart courier. When i open the product, it was broken. Not even this, some other reciepient has replaced this damaged product through flipcart and this broken product is delieverd to me. This is very pathetic and is not good for your image. Kindly replace this product by fresher one.

                            Sir, I had placed an order for supply of Sony ICF-C1 Radio alarm clock to Rediff Shop and gift through Rediff.com. My order No. is 11397135. The clock was supplied by M/s Ojjas Enterprises, Mumbai on 04.04.2015 and I paid Rs.1713.00 cash on delivery. On scrutiny of product, I observed that; - Battery compartment for installing battery is not supplied hence supplied battery can not be installed. - On the box it self "Europe Only" is printed which indicated that product is for use in European countries. This can also be proved from the AC power plug connected to the clock has square pins in place of round one for Indian conditions hence can not be used.                               Dear Sir I have purchase a power bank of 10400MAH through on line from Rediff Shop. They delivered me but when I use this, we found defected. Power bank was not store charging. I have to complaint to them. After that they said that you refund your product through courier and I reimbursement your courier charges and replace your product. And I refunded. they reimbursement my courier charges but 30days has been passed they are not delivered my replacement product and also not reply my mail.                                     Hi, I had placed an order in Rediff Shopping on 4th March. And on 14th March I receive a mail saying, my order has been delayed and will be delivered within 7 - 10 days. But there has been no further update on the status of my order. It says "Awaiting Dispatch". I have tried contacting Customer support team, for which also, I don't get any replies. Either I want an exact status of my order and when will it be delivered else I need to cancel the order and refund of my amount pai.

                                      I have ordered a toy from Rediff (Shopping portal on Thursday (26th March-15) and same has confirmed by an email. Order# 11357581 After 3 days, I got the message that product is delivered, but in reality product was not delivered to me. When I asked to Rediff shopping customer case regarding this, they said that within 24 hrs they would investigate and get back to me. After 24 Hrs when I called them, they said, they required another 48 hrs as product is delivered to somewhere else. Overall they are taking this very lightly and not even updating me regarding the current status of delivery
