I had placed an order on rediff books on July 12, 2014 (order no.[protected]. The expected delivery date was 3-5 days. It is now 14 days. An update status of my delivery says that my order is handed Over To Courier 18-JUL-2014 via India Post. Now I want to refund my money back. Is it an online service?? I asked everyone not to buy anything from this site. It has extremely poor service.

    I have placed an order 9990649, Kids Tent house on 5th July 2014 and haven’t got any intimation or delivery at all till now. When I call to vendor she (Priya Enterprises, Delhi) never receive phone calls. When I try to contact customer care you have to wait at least half an hour to talk customer executive and once you connect you will get assurance only not any solid solution, like it is government organisation. Nor they reply to your emails. I don’t know now whom should I talk or complaint as my complaints goes on deaf ears.

        I have purchased this P1000 Children education TABLET on 14.07.2014 through Rediff shopping.com and same was delivered on 16.07.2014 at my home address. When I opened the product on 17.07.2014 same was not in working condition. I have registered complaint against rediff.com on 18.07.2014 through telecom and E-mails. I have told to customer care to replace my product or refund my money

        Still I have not received any satisfactory answer from Rediff team.

        Request you to look into the same urgently and take strict action.

          I ordered a hot plate and was delivered damaged upon complaining they asked to submit photos which I did and they also asked to wait until they arrange a pick up. few days later they send me an email that your pickup is been arranged with Aramex in next 5-7 days. now what's happening is, Aramex is calling me and for some reason if I fail to pick up, obviously every time you cant make sure that you are available to pick up a call, they are not leaving me a valid call back number. the number that I got a call form, I dial the same number and it cuts off itself or place on hold like forever. no body is ringing my door bell to pick that parcel and its been 2 weeks since then. I have been continuously emailing and asking Rediff to arrange a proper communication so that atleast I can submit my parcel and I can get my replacement. But hey! think this, I ordered then I wait for product I paid but I can use the product and now I am gain made to wait more because product is damaged and they are failing to arrange a pick up even then why the hell or what the hell I am paying for? after paying in full along with delivery charges and still I have been dilevered a damaged product and now as it is my fault I am being made to wait. what kind of service is this and what am I paying for? I am afraid if this goes on for like 30 days or so as it seems coz already 3 weeks has been passed I guess I would be told that replacement policy is only for 30 days from the date of purchase. now tell me guys is it my fault that Aramex is not leaving me a proper call back number? is it my fault that I am getting damaged product tho I made full payment against product? on top of all I have been proactively asking Rediff to establish a proper communication but see, no response? I doubt I have been sending emails to humans.

            Dear Sir, This is in reference to a watch we bought from your website under order no 9946301. Model No: AR1400 Emporio Armani. Have to say this has been the most unpleasant experience ever. We got the watch and wore it once the dial got moisture inside where as it is a water pror watch and we did not take it in water. The on checking found out that the crono function is not working. We called customer care number. No one pick up the phone ever and we r put on hold endlessly. The we filled three complaints with the so called delight center. got an automated response that we will hear in 24 hrs, Till now never heard from them. [Ticket#[protected]] . We also contacted the vendor on his mail and Phone number but the phone number is not valid and the email id is faux. We also completely disappointed with the experience and harrased, To our last resort we are msg you. after this we will be forced to move to the consumer court.. Put a msg on Facebook page as well. Tey said they will get back but no response its been a week. We hope you will get our msg thru and help in getting the problem resolved. Either get the watch replaced or send the money back.

              Sir, I ordered a mobile phone of htc desire to rediff shopping on 18/06/2014, and payment made by icici credit card. On mail they are showing it is delivered on 30/06/2014 by DTDC with Consignment Number d18371594.
              I enquiry to DTDC than they told this Consignment Number d18371594 is for kalikat not for maharashtra (thane).
              so many times I called to rediff shopping but they are telling me that you will get message but still today they are not responding properly.
              today i call back again to rediff shopping to cancel the order but they disconnect the line again i call back then they told me that you will get message than i told them i am complaining than again they disconnect the line
              sir, till today i have not received my money back. I called them again and again but they are not responding properly.

                  Received product on 20th January order no - 8996082 that was defective and not working. Reported the incident to rediff.com on 21st Jan where they assured pickup to initiate refund process. Which is still ongoing.. :(

                  They never picked up the product, nor refund my money. from last 6 months its all email exchanges but no action. Their customer care is so arrogant that they just disconnect the phone after keeping the customer on hold for 15-30 mins. So frustrating and harassing.

                  This is second incident where my refund has never received for defective product, another one was with homeshop18.com. Is there a better convenient way to get these people punished for not delivering the service as promised.

                    Be aware of cheaters yesterday, I was lodging a complaint against rediff.com shopping website as they have sent a non-working stuff. After lodging some complaints on few website a very soon I received a call from this No-[protected]and he introduced me that he was calling from rediff.com shopping website andassured me that he will refund my amount and regretted for sending non-working stuff. And asked me to go (www.bankingsecurity.net) website. Later, he was asking me to give my SBI debit card details when I asked him for what reason he cut the phone…. Then I thought that beggar was a fake… It seems there is a big racket behind it. They cheat innocent people, those who lost their money on website while purchasing some stuff.                           We also have ordered poker 500 chipset from RediffShopping.

                          This was delivered to me, on Jun 11, 2014 from pearl technologies A 16, Sainik Nagar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059 new delhi India.
                          The product was completely broken, damaged dirty packed inside.

                          We are chasing Rediff from almost one month, and have sent the product back to vendor.
                          But we haven't received the money back and yet not sure what will happen next.?

                          Why rediff doesn't block or take action on such fraud vendor, who cheating customers by sending them already broken damaged old products.

                            i ordered a transformer toy from rediff shopping. They claimed 70% discount and was priced Rs300. But on delivery i was shocked to receive a product totally different from the picture and the quality was very poor and not worth the money. i immediately sent a complaint and request for returning the product but its 5 days since complaint made and received no acknowledgement. when i tried to make a feedback of the product on their site i was not able to do so since they prevent me from reviewing the product. As i type this complaint i could see their advertisement of the product in this site.

                                  I have booked a book 'IBPS Bank PO/MT CWE Practice Work Book' worth Rs.476 from Rediff Shopping On 28 June 2014. Order ID is 9946547. The order was approved on 28th itself but the book was not shipped yet. I tried to contact Rediff Shopping but they were too bad to attend a complaint also. I need refund.

They are trained to tell only one thing."Your order will be dispatched within 24 hrs sir.!". Rediff shopping is the shopping nightmare for Indian Consumers.

In last month there was request for change of password and change the password ; but i forgot the same and could not retrieve.                                         I was placed order on 21/june/2014 from Rediffshopping Mens Complete Rain Suit & Ladies Transparent Raincoat Combo. order id:9897929 but order was not delivered.But the current status of order is (Handed Over To Courier 27-JUN-2014) but no tracking number mentioned the main thing is after placing order from No reply from rediffshopping I was lot of time contact rediff shopping customer care but they allways don't gave the proper reply please find the proper solution for this
