Hi, I ordered Brand new VOX Sterio system from Rediff shopping, but when I received the order the product was old, its warrenty seal was broken, also it holds lot of dents on its surface. It seems already it has been opened by someone and used for long time. I raised complaint with rediff as well but till now no response received. below are the details of order: 1.
