Horrible customer service, ordered a LG refrigerator 260ltrs on Nov'11th, 2012. Product not delivered till date as they promised next day delivery. On calling numerous times they tell me they delivered my item to other customer by mistake. Even then I kept quite, but on Nov'14,2012 one of the rep called saying they would deliver the item by 7PM max. Waited till 8PM no response from store. The owner shows no responsibility at all, horrible instore customer service. I'm going to file a lawsuit against the the company for sure.
