i had purched 16/03/2013 new carrier refrigerator serise no:[protected]
firm name:- climate control
address:- near hotel anjumar 32/3d kamla nagar agra.
challan no:95.
my complain is carrier company still not sent me bill i had called mr neeraj :-[protected] so many time pls sent my bill,i ve only recive challan no nothing else. that refrigertor isnt cooling & not giving proper temperature support to refrigerator.
my all amul product icecream daily mealted & worth less all ice cream nt for sale pourpose & coustomer daliy complaint me we give u money but ice cream is mealting mostly i was returing money customer, sir what i do because company nt responding me.
sir pls help me & chane this frezeer
pls give me reply as soon as possibe i am waiting for responce.

carrier — refrigerator not working
With reference to ur refrigerator, hereby i would like to state my bad experience. And that too i’m suffering till date.We have ur refrigerator approx 1 yr old and is under cover warranty of 5 yrs.
From last 2 months that is not working, and after repeated requests 3 times the gas was filled but the problem remained same.
Situation at present is that v contact everybody from customer helpline, senior or anybody v could request, but all went in vain.
So-called senior technicians and engineers have visited till date, but the problem remain the same.
Being small shop keeper , i suffered the full season without sale of ice-cream, also twice i filled the inventory but that got melt and waste, concluding a loss of 18000/-
Hence hereby i request u to consider the case and, replace the machine or do the needful at the earliest.
