I purchased one refrigerator 7/8 years back. Yesterday one of door stay was broken and I was informed by your Customer care that the model was not in production and hence spare part of this model is not available.
I contacted Ms Shobha Pandey - [protected] and she also does not have any solution. Can you guide me from where I can get this tray as my Refrigerator is in a perfect condition and I am also not in a position to buy new one as suggested by your engineer.
