DEAR SIR,
refer our earlier complaint on 6th dec-12 with service order no.B[protected]

I have purchased the Godrej EON 230ltrs from Snehaljali Electronics,High street mall, kapurbhawdi,Thane West. The door is not getting properly closed and the inside light is fused which your service team could not resolve. Since we have purchased brand new godrej eon with such complaints. so we request to replace this defective model with a nice godrej eon. Kindly confirm for this. we have already informed your team service engineer Mr.Ravi Ulhasnagar(Mob-[protected]). he promised to send service people on 16th feb-13(Sat).

Godrej eon — DOOR IS CLOSING

HI SIR,

I HAVE PURCHASED GODREJ EON REFRIGERATOR ON[protected] AND THE MODEL IS GFE 25AD it has been worked properly for just a month and after a month we have started facing a problem with the main door it is not closing and it is wase of our electricity by using this fridge we are not having any proper customer care number so can u pls a serious action on our requeast, and i'm providing u our contact number [protected].
