[Resolved]  Infiniti Retail — No Service under Extended warranty

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that i have registered a complaint with Croma on 14th of Feb'2013 regarding cooling problem in my whirlpool refrigerator (340L) which i had purchased from Croma along with the extended warranty. There was excessive cooling in the top section (freezer Compartment) and no cooling in the bottom section (Refrigerator & vegetable drawer). The complaint was registered with number 73122. The refrigerator was diagnosed for the problem and was told that the P.C.B. has to be changed. After numerous followups with the personnel at cromma extended warranty and the local service vendor here in Agra, the part of the refrigerator was changed on 18th of March'2013 (approx. after 1 month and 4 days). However, the things were not well then also, and now there is very low cooling throughout the refrigerator, on complaining the same to the service personnel here, the same was checked and was told to us that there are still some problems in the refrigerator which can only be checked at the service centre itself. The technician who has checked the refrigerator is still not sure what actually the problem is in the refrigerator. Now, the question arises is it really required to carry such a bulky refrigerator to the service centre and if yes than who is going to take the responsibility for "scratch and dent free" to and fro transportation of refrigerator from the first floor of my house to the service centre. Alternately, why can't an intelligent technican visit the premises and check whether the refrigerator can be rectified at my premises itself. Also, now after 1 month 4 days, how long now the croma will further take to rectify the problem when the summers are approaching.

I am been felt harassed since last one month as no body is taking the responsibility of rectifying the refrigerator on time and are giving various excuses and directing us to several personnels at croma ( the names i don't want to disclose). Kindly let me know the right person from whom i can discuss and get my refrigerator rectified. Otherwise, now i can't wait for another month, i will be forced to move to the consumer cell.
