Sir I have purchased a Split AC (Lloyed from a local dealer named Rainbow world ) after some days due to cooling complain dealer changed the voltage stabilisor for 3 times /still same problem I have called for 2 times and they changed the service wire and change some some installation / still same problem the engr of the company and dealer came and says its ok /I had asked them if it is ok then why itis cooling after using of 1 hours ? On 1012 year gradually it has increasing to 3/4 hours and on 2013 now it is not cooling When I asked Mr AK Dhir service head of Orissa he says there are some statement written below - 1.. It is not our duty .2 . This the work of dealer . 3. Checking of installation is not our work 4 . Cooling checking is work of dealer .5. On asking of if it is ok then gave a written ,he says no I cant my service person will written . 6. he is blaming me that I am telling lie your AC is ok now when he saw the the ac he says change ur condensor and refill gas and gave us another 1500/- for re installation Actually due to installation problem I have faced this problem Now I have asked why U should agree with me that there are some problem in installation ?So who will pay the 5000/- ? Please hep me sir .Sugget me what i am doing now ?
