We have purchased a Refrigerator " Panasonic model NR-A195S" and a Television " Sony Bravia" from Nandilath G Mart, Edapally, Kochi.
MRP of the refrigerator is 11,400/-. Sales Executive Ms. Raji who attended us claimed that an Induction coOKer is free with the model. We asked for the discount and after all discounts the final price was 10,400/-. So when we asked them to reduce the price of the induction coOKer also as we didn't need that they told that it is not possible to redeem the price. The reason they gave for that is as its a free gift they provide with refrigerator, they cant sell it later and it will remain with them. So we agreed the price 10,400/- for Refrigerator with Induction coOKer free.
Refrigerator reached us by evening and Induction coOKer was missing. So the very next day, when we called them over phone and sales executive said that they have given the price reduction considering the purchase is with out Free gift (That answer itself is illogical). So we told that we are ready to pay the discounted amount and we want the Induction coOKer, she told OK.
But when we went to their showroom at Edapally, they we claiming that they cant give the Induction coOKer (Free gift) as they have already generated the bill with discount. And the sales executive and the manager were giving different answers for such an action.
I am not understanding how the free gift will affect their bill cycle (As they claim)
Cheating
1) If Induction coOKer is a free gift which Nandilath G mart is offering and Price discount we got is just on the Refrigerator, then why they are not providing us the gift.
2) Giving false offers and leading to sales
Please don't give such false commitments and give nonsense answers to the customers when its questioned
