I have raised a refund request from airtel. Due to my airtel app mistake, i was erroneously charged a huge amount and it the same was deducted from my bank amount. Its been 10 days, since i registered a complaint and there was no action taken and i haven't received amount yet. Reference number is 87019340. I have mailed to [protected]@airtel.com and each time they are saying it will be resolved in 7 working days but no proper solution until now. Was this information helpful? |
