I book a reliance big tv connection on 27th march 2018. My booking id is 14537595. At that time ai got an email - congratulations! For booking your rbig tv connection. Installation will be done between 30 to 45 days. Your booking id is 14537595 and no of connections 1 Regards, Reliance digital tv Till now i am waiting for my connection. an sms was came----dear customer, we appreciate your patience and would like to inform you that installation of your new big tv connection will commence from 15th june-2018.
but till i am waiting. Reliance BigTV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

Hi sir I have pre-booked amount paid on 05 July 2018 through Pay U money and receipt of the same is enclosed (screen shot of Payment U money payment receipt for your reference). But I have not received any message or booking ID till date. So i request you to kindly send my booking ID and also intimate the installation date please
