I have pre-booked for Reliance BIG TV by paying Rs 499, by seeing their advertisement of giving nothing less than a whole moon.But my wish has turned in to a nightmare, when i dint get any response from this Fraud company.
I applied from Bangalore.

When once i contacted Customer care number[protected], some one told they will contact me after 45 days of booking.
Now that customer care number seems to be a fraud number and is not working.
I think Reliance BIG TV is a big fraud and cheated people and still cheating many.

      I have applied for new connection on 2nd Apr'18 & as per them same is installed between 30-45 days. Till today same is not done. I have made many calls on their toll free number on different dates & their toll free people always giving extended timeliness.

      No one is ready to come forward & answer on this.Very disappointed with the Reliance Big TV brand

        Since last few months there is no channel coming and now single is coming as very poor. No response is coming from CCE they are again giving just false commitments. They suggested to call a technician from market to adjust the signal but he could not found any signal to adjust and said 'Reliance ke signal hi nahi aa rahe hain. It is closed now' and charged Rs. 500 as visiting & service charges.

          I have booked for a new connection from Reliance BIG TV on 01.03.2018 Booking Id[protected] got confirmation via sms from them that it will be installed in 30-45 days and after crossing of that deadline i requested them numerous times for installation then i registed complaint in National Consumer Helpline http://nationalconsumerhelpline.in/ (Docket/Complaint no-692364) on 17.04.2018 they told me to sent a mail to Nodal officer of Reliance Big TV for immediate action but he never replied then on 22.05.2018 they adviced me to register complaint on PGPORTAL https://pgportal.gov.in/ (Complaint/Registration no.-MOIAB/E/2018/01221) for a strict immediate action on them which i did.
          then on 29.04.2018 i recieved a call from RBig Tv peoples after they recieved my complaint through Pgportal they promised me to install connection in 4-5 days them to my surprise after lapsing of that period i recieved a mail from them which says that they are glad that i am ready to wait for the connection but that mail didnot mentioned the 4-5 days of wait as promised by them which is really misguiding on their part

            Reliance didn't install my setup box on given time (30-45 days) as promised. And now got message setup box installation will be in june 2018. I was make my order on 1st march 2018. Now, i want my refund of 500/- back. But nobody giving me right information about this.
            I called on[protected] for refund on 29th June. They told me they have no information about refunding and they suggest me to do mail on [protected]@rbtv.in.
            I also sent a mail on [protected]@rbtv.in. But after 15 days, didn't get any update.

            Now, i have purchased other setup box from market. So, i need my refund only

              I have booked DTH on 22nd of March this year with a promise to get it install with in 45 days.

              But till date they have not install it yet. I am waiting since a long time, contacting them frequently and but they have not replied to my queries.

              Even their customer service number is not working most of the times.
              And over the emails I have tried to reach their nodal officer and customer service but I didn't get any replay from their side.

              I booked rdtv connection on 6th of march 2018 and i received a confirmation booking after paying 500 rs and was informed that installation will be done in 30-45 days.
              But till date there is no respond from RDTV.
              Another fool . Rbig connection booked on 2.3.18.Not yet given connection. Narayanan a [protected]

                I have booked & Paid Rs 500/- (five hundred) only for your Big TV, Booking Id- No- A 12940246 on dated 18.03.2018, at 12.05 P.M.. As per your advertisement in the dailt Odia news paper "Sambad" on 18.03.2018 the technician should reach within 30 to 45 days for delivery. But till date no communication received though 117 days past. So pl look inti the matter seriously.

                  I have no call till now for installation in big city like Pune.
                  Could you fasten the process ??
                  Or else return my money back with interest since March-2018.??
                  I have booked BIG TV in 03/2018. More than four month, no progress from reliance side. Booking id is 14510278. So, I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv pre-booking and want my refund of Rs.499. Please refund my money back. Cancel this booking and immediately refund my money.

                  For this connection 12505713, i have not received any proper communication and connection details and not able to dial and speak to the customer care.

                  Since i have booked this connection in 8-Mar-2018 and till today no connection is provided.

                    I Vinayak Kawadkar from Nagpur, I have pre booked Reliance Big TV on 20.03.2018 with Rs.499/- with payment ID[protected]online by PayUMoney). In advertisement, they have mentioned that installation will take 30 to 45 days and they promised too. But after 3 months, there is no response from Reliance Big Tv and Customer care also not responding and it is unreachable. If there is no such service then the pre-booked amount should be refunded. You are requested to take necessary step in the matter.

                        I booked 2 Reliance Big TV (RBTV) connection with booking Id 12502236.

                        It is said that connection will be done between 30 to 45 days, but nothing happened. Then when I called the customer care[protected]toll free) they committed that it would start from 15-Jun-2018 and for sure you will get the call for connection within a month of Jun-2018.

                        Now it's already 90 days going to happen and I have no update on the same.
                        I already lost all the planning I had done because of of your no timely delivery. If you can't deliver the service on your committed timelines then please refund my money so that I can book it from another vendor.

                        Now It is high time so let me know the exact datetime when I can expect both the connections,

                            I had bought reliance Jio TV online couple of months back till now no call no reply no updated so now I cancelled it but I still didn't get my money back kindly let me know why is there a delay and how long should customer wait for on-demand Jio TV Today I had called the reliance big TV call centre but they kept me on hold and just disconnected do yoy want to cheat people please do needfull your quick response is appreciated

                              I had booked reliance digital BigTV on[protected] and paid the booking advance amount RS.500/- and till date i.e. 11/07/2018 there is no response from the Reliance Big TV team and their customer care executives are well trained liars who always reply saying that the installation will be done in a week, their system is on updation, there is a technical roblem...blah blah ...
                              I request the TRAI to take necessary action on the Reliance Big TV company.

                                  I pre booked my Reliance BigTv in April.I got the confirmation mail that it would be done in 30 to 45 days.Now its July nobody has contacted me and even the Toll Free Numbers are not working anymore.They already charged pre amount of Rs 500 INR. Completely scam..

                                  Plz guys dont book it.. Its a fraud...at a one point of time they said it would be installed after 15 june but now its 11 july but there is no call no show, their numbers are dead..
