As per the advertisement published in Hindustan Times Jalandhar/amritsar edition of 20/03/2018 I pad on 20/03/2018 through net banking the sum of Rs 499 towards the advance payment for the installation of Set top box and the acknowledgement of the same was done by the company by sending SMS on my regd mobile no and the Booking ID bearing ID generated was A12943562. So as per the terms and conditions laid they were supposed to install SET Top Box and give the cable connection latest by 04/05/2018. Instead i received SMS on 3 rd May in which it was informed that the BIG TV connection will commence from 15 th june, 2018. Now it is 09/07/2018 and still nothing has happened and it seems that nothing is going to happen. the company has just duped me of Rs 499/-
i want that the sum of Rs 499 along with the in interest accumulated should be refunded to me

I had booked Reliance Big TV setup box on 11th April 2018 and communicated that withing 30-45 days it would be delivered and installed. But no further communication from Reliance Big TV side. My Booking ID is 14544462. Since 3 months are going to be over hence return my 499/- with the interest at earliest otherwise i would be forced to knock Consumer court.
I have booked reliance big tv through precooking by paying 499/- in March 2018 but till date (July 2018) i have not received it. It was promised from company that it will be delivered within one month. Why it is taking too long to process?
I prebooked big tv in the month of march by paying rs499 but today is 2nd of july and no one even contacted me about the installation.
The customer care number is responding invalid after 30th june.
They are not responding my mails so what will i have to do.How can such a big company be so irresponsible.I want my money back.
I have deposited 1000 rs 3 months ago for two new connection but there is no response

    I have booked Reliance Big TV connection by paying Rs 499/- on 1 Mar 2018 under booking I'd No 12506304. As per terms and conditions of booking connection was to be installed within 30 to 45 days. Despite of speaking to Customer care several times and sending so many emails connection has not been installed so far. Can you either do the installation of the new connection or refund the booking amount. I has received sms the connection will be done on 15th June. But there is no reverrt after this message.

      I have booked a Reliance big TV connection on dated 06.04.2018 (Time 8.00 AM) and order No.6378 but as on today my connection is not installed. At the time of booking i was intimated through message that my installation was done within 30 to 45 days but after 95 days my installation is still pending. so you are requested if you are not interested in installation my connection please pay back my booking amount with interest.

      ye total wrong message hai. abhi tak koi bhi install nahi huwa hai. abi install ka koi date nahi bataya gaya hai.ab mai jansewa kendra par shikayat karunga.

      Abhi tak koi bhi reliance big tv ki taraf se samrak nahi kiya hai.sir[censored]naka ak toll free no. hai. aur koi bhi no. nahi hai jisase ki koi bat ki ja sake.we log sirf custmer ko bewakuf bana rahe hai, 30 se 45 din kah kar 130 din ho gaye abhi tak koi bhi jabab nahi de rahe hai. aur to aur aap log bhi galat message dete hai ki installed ho gaya hai.

        Sirs/Madams,

        I prebooked a Reliance Big TV connection offer on 20 March, 2018 with a payment of Rs. 499.00.

        My Booking ID is 14531243 and Receipt No. is MH[protected]. My Transaction Reference No. is LCMP[protected].

        More than three months have elapsed since my booking but no installation has been done so far. This is a matter of concern as the company stated that the installation will be done within 30-45 days of booking.

        The company has not even replied to my email for either completing the installation without further delay or refunding my booking money at the earliest.

        I have come across a large number of similar complaints against the company. It seems the company intends to cheat the public thinking that for Rs. 499.00 nobody would dare to go to court.

        Lets make a forum and go to court for truth and accountability.

          I have booked a Rbig TV connection on dated 04.04.2018 my booking ID is 14537915 but as on today my connection is not installed. At the time of booking i was intimated through message that my installation was done within 30 to 45 days but after 95 days my installation is still pending. so you are requested if you are not interested in installation my connection please pay back my booking amount with interest.

          I have book the reliance big tv 1st week of april, i didn't get any communication about installation. i try to call customer care it's not working. number not working properly. is this reliance groop going to fooll customers.

            I booked connection with online registration amt of RS 500 march 20, 2018. the ad came on same day in hindustan times stating connection in 30-45 days. and amt of 1750 paid in cash later. They gave booking id A12942548. but still no connection nor any update. i called help line[protected]. at first they gave false dates and now it is not connecting .
            i have taken matter to national consumer forum now docket number: 791431.I send two mails first on 24th june 2018 and second on 05 Jul 2018 but no reply.
            what to do. i feel cheated and helpless. being Anil Ambani company i trusted the authensity but...

                I have booked relience big tv on 11/04/20118. Booking id is 14544531.

                They conveyed that will install this within 30-45 days. But they did not till now.
                I called many times and also mail to them regarding the status of the installation. But did not get any reply from mail and no proper response from customer care. I want to cancel the the connection and refund the pre booking amount. They are not responding to this. Please do proper action.

                  I had booked a Reliance Big Tv Connection with the pre-booking amount of 499.

                  on 27/04/2018. Got a confirmation Email from their side. But even after two months, nobody has reached me for installation.

                      On 18.03.2018 I booked an online connection of Big Tv through https://www.reliancedigitaltv.com/home.html and their website was mentioning that connection would be installed between 30 to 45 days. But it has been now nearly 4 months and no communication made by Reliance Big TV. I contacted customer care team and they said it will install soon. I have paid booking charges of 499 Rupees to Reliance. Please help in getting my refund or connection at earliest.

                                I paid Rs. 499/- through credit card with following payment details :

                                Neither the connection is provided nor refund done. Called on Toll Free, staff answered very arrogantly - experienced with 3 agents.

                                Although they said by 14 Jun I will receive updates, nothing is done yet.

                                      Have booked 1 reliance big tv connection on 8 march 2018. As per there terma nnd condition installation should happen within 30 to 45 day after booking.
                                      . Now four months have passed but till date no person has contacted for the big tv connection.
                                      I have connected to reliance csr (Customer service representative) 4 to 5 times and they are also misleading saying this will be done in 7 days 15 days but nothing happened.

                                      I think they are making us fool.
