Technician replaced receiver and charged 250 for the same. After that we are able to see the picture but it is getting struck most of the time. And also i was informed by customer care executive that they will not daily charges from account from the day of raising SR to the date SR getting closed. I raised SR on 17th Nov and it got resolved on 24th Nov. But daily charges were deducted from my account. I called customer care and informed about picture getting struck and amount deduction. They had put my call on hold for very long time and later disconnected the line. This happens most of the time eith the executive. If they can't my question, they will say "pls be on hold, i will check" and they will keep in hold for more than 10 min and then disconnect. Please provide proper solution for me
