My smart card number:[protected] This is an example for kind of quality products that Reliance is providing to its customers. Today morning i.e., 9th Feb 2015, when I was watching TV, suddenly my reliance dish TV adaptor got blasted with huge sound and light. Rest all other items in my home are safe and running well. This is the kind of quality that reliance is providing and I'm really unhappy. Hope for speedier & justifiable action/response by 'Big TV'. There are more issues.

1. Customer Care representative has asked me to pay Rs300 /- for installing new adaptor. When this is not my issue, Why should I pay for it?
2. When I relocated from Pune to Hyderabad in August 2014, one of the reliance service technician has re-installed Reliance BIG TV in Hyderabad. During that process he found that there was a short of 1 meter wire and hence he joined the old & new wires directly without using any connector. For this issue, Customer Care representative is again asking me to raise another service request and pay Rs175 /- more.

I strongly believe that my adaptor was blasted today because of such stupid things that were done by Reliance Technician's.

Why should I pay for all such things? Can't you address the issue properly? Is this the way you treat your customers?
I'm going to escalate this seriously. I'm really unhappy with Reliance and I'll spread this to everyone.

Yesterday (9th Feb 2015) one technician came to my home and checked the issue but didn't resolved it. For this also, CSR has already deducted Rs175/- from my account and suspended the service without my notice. Today (10th Feb 2015) I spoke to Customer Service Representative multiple times and everytime they are disconnecting the call without proper explanation nor resolution.

Enough. I'm frustrated with Reliance services. Please de-activate my Reliance BIG TV connection. I'll switch to TATA SKY immediately.

    My Smart Card No.[protected] in the name of Ramesh Babu Tumma. I have subscribed for one year package by recharging with Rs.2168/- with Transanction id 78834416 on[protected]. Due to poor signals I lodged a complaint with No.[protected] on[protected]. The technician with mobile T no.[protected] asked me to remit Rs.500/- for changing the set top box. Accordingly, I paid Rs.500/-online with Transaction id [protected] on [protected]. This set top box is defective one which is not working once in every five minutes. Therefore, I lodged another complaint on[protected] with complaint no.[protected]. This complaint is not attended to till today i.e.8th Feb.2015. When contacted the Customer Care they are replying that my account is having negative balance of Rs.220/- and asking me to pay again. How can there be a negative balance when I recharged for one year and my account is suspended. In case channels as per my package plan are not released and the set top box is not replaced I will proceed to Consumer Court for redressal of my issues.       I am so sorry to opt for Reliance Big Tv. I had requested for installation since 31st Jan but till date the installation is not done and my ac has been charged and also suspended because of that. I was told to recharge my ac to increase the chances of technician coming but that has not happened till now. The technician finally came but was unable to connect the dish cable to the TV. He said he will return in an hour. But that hour never came. Im hoping in 2015 my installation is done.
      customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Installation pending since 31st Jan. But I have been charged and my account was suspended. I was told to re-charge to increase chances of technician to come but even after re charging my account the technician has not connected the dish cable to the TV.

      I hope in 2015 my installation will be done.

      I have done that.Im unable to call customer care as well. So I have been charged wrongly for installation when the installation is pending, then I recharged my account. And now Im unable to call customer case as my number seems barred.

      All this because I chose Reliance Big TV>
      I have not received a call as yet.
      I dont think my istallation will be done in 2015.
      Im still unable to connect with customer care as my number is barred from getting in touch with the customer care. So my installation request is pending since 31st Jan for which I was wrongly charged. After that I recharged my account again and still my installation is pending. And now I cant call customer care to check status as my registered number is barred from calling customer care.

      Excellent service ! 3 claps to Reliance Big TV. I have mentioned this great service on as many social media sites as I could so that others can clap as well.

      I have still not received any call as per your previous update.

        we have book a request in reliance big tv on 23 dec for address change and re-installation but due to some society issues installation was not done on that time. reliance has deducted 350/- from our account. after that the society issues was solved and we call reliance on 27 jan, 15 again for re-installation, this time again they have deducted the amount without any visit of the technician. we are still in waiting and we not even get any call from the technician till date. and reliance is deducting the amount from our account on regular basis from dec to till date without any connection. we are suffering so much with this unprofessional behavior of reliance big tv we lost our money and time as well. now its become our regular practice to call reliance customer care number. customer id is[protected]

        You are lucky you can call customer care. My installation is also pending and my number is barred from calling customer care also.

          I had issues with the service, getting error as please insert the smart card. Tried all trouble shooting steps and at last called the customer service number. Tried just once and the line got disconnected with the recording as you have attempted to call more than once. Tried calling again for 30mins but no luck. Crappy service

            My customer id being [protected], we are regulary Face problem of his service since two months . We are purchase big tv since 2006 but till date regular problem and this time approximate two months regular face problem than complain and first time they are replaced set up box on dated 23/12/2014 than after regular face problem in weather condition error than after 15 days i have complain for problem than after two days attend this complain and they are observed and found new set box defective and they said this is chinese item set of box (agar chal gaya toh chal gaya nahi toh change karna par sakata hai) and after 4days they are supply other set up box and after six days . and they are two time our payment are deducted and our service are stopped due to balance not available but after 24/12/2014 we are recharge rs. 1000. why are payment are deducted two time. please resolve our problem immediatly and please refund our payment and please send compensation of two month service .. thanking you, for, samrendra kumar [protected]

              My cutomer No is .[protected]. (1) The customer care no [protected] is not responding / no cutomer care executives attending the call. (2) I got replaced with new set top box 3 days back. But the new (look like an old one) set top box is also not working properly. In an hour, 2-5 times it restarts automatically and some time it stops working showing the message "Loading in progress" or a blank screen. Many times we have to remove & reconnect the power adaptor out put to the set top box to start.. Pls resolve the issue on priority.

                My account no. is[protected]. There was absolutely no problem till now in hardware or software from Big TV since 3 years. However, it is show Error 400 since 3 days. I have been trying to contact [protected] multiple times, and all I do is wait for "1 hour" for connecting just to know that executive hangs up call in between. The services are really PATHETIC from Reliance Big TV. There is lack of information on where their technicians are, or whom to contact if customer service just hangs up calls. No service centres in cities for hardware issues. Really horrendous. I need immediate call or help on this or else I will be throwing this set up box in garbage within next 2 days. REALLY DISGUSTING SERVICE from Big TV.

                  mera acc no[protected] hain mere set top box ka remote kafi dino se sahi se kaan nahi kar raha tha.isliye maine new remote ke liye customer care mein phone kiya to unhone mere account se 225ru kaatliye .uske agle din unke ek technician ka phone aata hain aur wo kehta hain "ke hm aap ke ghar nahin aa sakte aap delhi aa ke phone le jao" phir hmne uske baad ek mahine se customer care mein baat kar rahe hain aur wo kehte hain ke "refund ho jaega" ab dusra mahina start ho jayga kal se aur abhi tak hmara refund nahin aaya hain. agar mera paisa wapis nahin aaya to main saari complaint calls aaj tak ko forward kar dunga aur local news paper amar ujal mein bhi kar dunga. itni ghtiya service agar aap denge to 8 saal pura customer tut jayga aur hm kabhi kisi ko big tv lene ki rai nahin karenge. mera mob no hain [protected]

                      Dear Aspirant, Second Complaint Regarding the Customer Service Agent Mr.Rushi. Marke. Again I got connected to the same employee for the complaint regarding my Reliance Big Tv is not working from last Thursday I:e 22nd January 2015. He said that you should know that Rs 175 is a mandatory cost to solve your complaint. I said can I speak to the supervisor or any senior over there. He said i[censored] want to speak to the seniors call in the morning after 8.00am than only they will help u. I was so fraustrated with the sentence he repeated that call after 8 am to spk to the senior more that 30 times. If the Customer is asking the help for the service the executive should help with the genuine reason but we just got insulted badly. He said only I am alone working in the Customer service I ask him more than 10 times please connect to the any senior person who can assist me. He was just fooling around with us. I am wondering who have appointed this employee. My Humble Request is that Please terminate the employee Mr.Rushi. Marke Your Quick Response will be highly Appreciated.                         Dear Reliance Dish Tv I have logged complain on 23 Jan 2015 but no body have visited to our premise to take care of these things. I am calling frequently to customer service but they always excuse that somebody will visit and resolve your dish tv problems. It is pathetic service given by Reliance and we are hereby force to say that if same kind of experience we will get definitely we are going to change service provider. We will appreciate if somebody visit latest by Tomorrow to get the things shorted out .

I tried to call customer care several times but i am not able to connect. The line is getting disconnected as soon as I enter my Smart card no. But 2014 July onwards my setup box stopped getting signal. So I contacted customer care and given a complaint on 26 July 2014. I got a message "Dear Reliance Digital TV Customer, your Service Request No is[protected] . Our engineer will get in touch with you shortly.Thank You' They said technician will come in 48 hours but nobody came. My issue was not resolved so I started contacting customer care again and again In October 2014 month. They took one more complaint and I got one more message Dear Reliance Digital TV Customer, your Service Request No[protected]. But no use nobody visited. But I was charged "Dear Reliance Digital TV Customer, your Service Request No[protected] is closed. You are charged Rs.175.0 .Trust the issue was resolved to your satisfaction. Thankyou My issue not resolved With out resolving my issue simply they are Deducting my monthly rental.I Don't know what kind of service is this Dear Reliance Digital TV Customer, your service request no is[protected].                                 I am a subscriber of Reliance Big TV under Subscription No.[protected]. However, for any sort of enquiry their customer care number is NOT available 24x7. It always say that "All our customer care executives are busy on other calls" and they never pick up the line. I wanted to contact them for some issues related to my subscription amount, which was paid 'online' but not credited into my account. Secondly my subscription is due for renewal and wanted to know the exact amount to be paid for renewal and also offers available. However, except the recorded messages there is no one to attend to the customers. The contact numbers given are just useless and customers are not at all attended by them. I wonder it was a mistake taking the subscription of Big TV? regards, Raju Daniel

                                  My worst ever experience with Reliance BigTV. I have a normal (SD) setup box (Reliance BigTV Smart Card Number[protected] with almost 1 year subscription (Gold Pack) and I am using this DTH service from 2008. I wanted to upgrade to HD setup box and called bigtv customer care to enquire about it. They said HD setup boxes are out of stock and after that I asked them if I can use an used HD setup box thinking that I don't have to pay for HD setup box only pairing I need to pay. I went ahead and bought a used HD setup box and inserted my smart card in this HD box. Error 102 was displayed on TV. I called up customer care to ask about this. The problem started from here. It seems Bigtv customer care executives not well trained they gave me irrelevant and wrong information about pairing. At first they said me to recharge my DTH account with Rs. 400 for pairing. This didn't worked out, they said again I need to recharge with Rs. 2000 for HD setup box pairing. I did it. They said it will take 4 days to pair. At the end of 3rd day they closed my request stating insufficient balance. I called them again and they told me to recharge Rs. 2600 for HD setup box pairing. By this i was frustrated and wanted to use my old SD setup box which I had recharged for 1 year. Then I called customer care and asked them to refund my money which I recharged for this service. They simply denied and said its not possible to refund. Again I called them they said, check with the third party payment through which i paid the amount. I called third party payment apps (PAYTM and Freecharge.in). They also denied saying they cannot refund because recharge trasaction was successful and now the money is with BigTV and I need to get refund from them directly. Now the big question is how do I get money back?. Even if I go ahead with BigTV for HD recharging the expenses will be huge compared to other DTH operators. Below is details of the expenses occur for 1 year with BigTV HD service 1. Rs. 3, 330 - Gold Pack 2. Rs. 1000 - Used HD setup box (because Reliance do not have HD setup box) 3. Rs. 2600 - charges for HD pairing 4. Rs. 84/month for HD 10 channels that comes up to 84X12=10083330+1000+2600+1008= Rs.7938 Or with Max Pack 3330+1000+2600+1662=Rs. 8592 Its seriously not worth to pay this much amount of money for just 10 HD channels. THEY ARE MAKING FOOL OF CUSTOMER. I never expected I get harassed by BigTV even though I am a loyal customer of this brand and using this DTH service from 2008. Please help me to get back my money Rs. 2100

                                  To my surprise they reset my normal setup box and now its showing smart card pairing error and I am unable to watch TV since then. Will BigTV compensate this with future view time or refund the amount?. Its a ridiculous situation where HD pairing cancelled stating insufficient balance and my normal setup box is blocked because of the same service request. And when I called customer care with my registered mobile, all customer care executives were saying system is not responding and call after 1 hour. I did this several times and response was same. And I called with different phone number and smart card details, to my surprise system is responding and during that call if I tell about my blocked smart card, they again started same thing that system is not responding call after 1 hour. I feel something fishy here. They forced me recharge my account with Rs. 2600 for resuming service and paring with HD setup box. I did recharge and placed request for HD pairing with helplessness :(. This kind of harassment I'm talking about. Now they are saying it may take 48 hours time to pair. Hope Reliance BigTV will reimbursement the amount or viewing time for this 48 hours blackout. Hoping the will resolve my issue at the earliest.

                                  Reliance has charged Rs. 400 from my account for re-pairing to my original normal setup box. This is not fair. Please credit back Rs. 400 to my account[protected] immediately.
                                  This is true harassment and looting customers in broad day light. BigTv is refusing refunding Rs. 400 to account which they deducted for nothing. On a serious note it constitute stealing of money from account without my concern.

                                  Truth is BigTV customer care executive just gave me missed call. When I was about to pick the call, call was ended and no re-attempt were made from your side.
                                  I called to customer care[protected]. Customer care executive was very rude and refused the call transfer to superior/floor manager and disconnected the call in between. As discussed with on call from Mumbai bigtv office, now I have HD smart card with me. Please arrange the for call back and resolve this issue immediately.
                                  What is the status of my complaint?. Still my Rs. 2700 is stuck with Reliance BigTv account. Please help me to transfer the existing long term package and this amount to new HD account. Please arrange for a call back to resolve this issue at the earliest.

                                      I have raised a complain to customer care for a visit of technician to resolve my DTH issue. Request number is[protected]. It has been 5 days but no technician has called or visited to my place. I am calling to customer care and getting assurance to visit current day but no success yet. Balance from my account is getting deducted on daily basis without using the service. The same happen last year also when I asked to change a In-Warranty set of box but they did not send their technician until set of box was out of warranty. I raised a complain to revert my set of box charges and they agreed for the same but not reverted yet. This company really looks a big fake now a days. We are living in MODI era and thinking that such thief companies will improve their service. I will write to my favourite PM to control such fake companies. Krishan

                                      You guys are bloody totally fake. Your all promises are fake. I would suggest you to close the operation while you cannot satisfy your customers.
                                      Please return my money. I will go for other provider.
                                      Still no technician called or visited while this time assurance was given by sr department. And not they are not picking my calls as well.
                                      Customer care guys are not trained enough. This complain was raised during account suspended state and technicians are not interested to resolve the issues for suspended accounts.


                                      Luckily yesterday a customer care guy identify this and created one more request and technician visited on same day to resolve the issue.
                                      Also still there are many annoying things done by them but OK for now.

                                        I have lodged a complaint regarding relocation of tv set (to increase wire only) on 10.01.2015, but the complaint was lodged of relocation of dish by the company for which there charges of Rs.350/-, whereas to increase the wire charges are Rs.175/-. The executive visited our home on 11.01.2015 and increased the wire and told us about the mis-lodging of the complaint. After that, I have talked to the executives many times, but nothing is happening. They are assuring me of deducting the charges from Rs.350/- to Rs.175/- but actually they are not deducting the charges. I have talked to a senior executive on 12.01.2015 and he told me to recharge with Rs.250/- and the services will be resumed. I recharged the tv with Rs.250/- on 13.01.2015 but still the services have not been resumed. I talked in customer care on 14.01.2014 but in vein. It is very careless approach of the reliance...
