We are customer of reliance digital tv, for more than seven years. This time we got a technical issue that we were not getting any channels. So we called reliance digital TV customer care centre. The executives informed us that they shall send a technical person to correct the issue, and we need to recharge the account with 175 rupees. We agreed and registered a complaint. The very next day our account got deducted with 175 rupees without any technical assistance. when we informed this details to customer care executive, they registered another complaint and again 175 rupees got deducted from our account and due to insufficient balance we are not getting any channels. We informed customer care executive about these cases and registered a refund request. On 4th of this month, we registered the refund request and customer care person told us that within 3days refund will be done. we waited for 3 days.     We are customer of reliance digital tv, for more than seven years. This time we got a technical issue that we were not getting any channels. So we called reliance digital TV customer care centre. The executives informed us that they shall send a technical person to correct the issue, and we need to recharge the account with 175 rupees. We agreed and registered a complaint. The very next day our account got deducted with 175 rupees without any technical assistance. when we informed this details to customer care executive, they registered another complaint and again 175 rupees got deducted from our account and due to insufficient balance we are not getting any channels. We informed customer care executive about these cases and registered a refund request. On 10th of this month, we registered the refund request and customer care person told us that within 3days refund will be done. we waited for 3 days. But amount didn't got refund. !75 rupees got refunded last week. Again on 20th feb we registered another complaint to refund the next 175 rupees which is deducted from our account. It is not refunded till date. Sir, whenever we call the customer care service, the response that we are getting is very hurting. Most of the times, they simply hang up the phone. from 8th feb till date our account is in suspended state and we are not getting any channels. Sir, I request you to do the needful at the earliest and please refund our amount to our account. Also please extend out validity, because it is not our fault that the account balance is negative.         my smart card no[protected] of reliance Tv. I given complaint on 17.02.2015 for not receiving of any channels. My complaint no is[protected] but the same complaint is attended on 18.02.2015. due to LLN problem the relay was not coming. The same should be change but the technician was temporarily put the old one but company collect the new spare charges and they told that how many days we have not receive service from reliance they should repay the same, but either they repay or not given the new spare.

          Dear Sirs, My Account / Smart car d No.[protected] has stopped working, I have raised a complain, your engineer has visitied my place and confirmed that the STB is dead / non-working. They are offering me SD STB as replacement which is NOT acceptable. If i wanted SD / ordinary, why would i buy an STB at all ? The main reason for purchasing HD STB was to view Hi-Def Channels. I have paid a sum of Rs.3020/- for 1 year renewal of Silver Sports pack with HD + rs.84/- per month is being deducted for HD channels ( Transaction Date Thu Jun 12 22:41:27 IST 2014Transaction Amount 3020.0) I request you to either give me HD STB or refund me Rs.1, 550/- being the unused portion of the Subscription paid by me.

            Dear Sir/Madam On 11/02/2015 Reliance Set Of Box was changed due to complaint, problem was not resolved, again they replaced with Old serviced Set Of Box on 16/02/2015 for which I already paid .In these period of time we requested customer Care to stop the service & not to debit the amount which was in our account as a regular complaint. When the Set Of Box stated working we requested customer care to release the channel but from 16th feb we were not getting the channel regularly often we were facing the problems. Today (21/02/2015) from morning we were not receiving the channels for which we have paid & we are Fed up with the Customer care our tolerance power has come down we requested again & again to retrieve the channels they say Ok & made us to wait for hours(They say sir money is wrongly two times debited from your account my smart Card No is[protected] No action has taken place practically, but we are receiving message that our problem is resolved.                 My smart card no is[protected] I have been trying to contact customer care for automatically stop same channel like disney cartoon, nick & pogo with out any information written or varble, But it is quite unfortunate that there is no response from customer care. Either the no. is busy or disconnects without any reasons. I asked the customer care to connect me to his manager but they put me on hold then started to cut the call after 5-10 min of holding time, but I am yet to receive/connect to call from their side.

                    This is regarding our big tv connection. We cant see any of our channels since last 5-6 days and have repeatedly lodged the complaints on your toll free number.However, though assured many times that the technician would be immediately sent to our house to correct the problems, no one is coming to our house. One person calls up saying that he is technician and talks with my elderly 75 year old mom and says he will come on next day but no one has come since 4 days. This is going on and on...why no technician being sent? This is clearly not acceptable. Kindly tell me what is the procedure to discontinue your connection and how much refund I may get? Why you r hiring such useless inhumanly persons? which kind of service is this? Kindly clarify when technician will come? There is some problem with the card and it is not being read by the device and it shows card error. So, he may come with related instruments and parts... Dr. Jeshil R.                         Hell with this reliance, there is poor customer care service by them . i guess they ain't paying good salary to the call center people. Poor employment, and they do wrong charges as well give wrong information to the customers and even we aren't able to view all the channels...| Last but not the least, the reliance website is a total misery :@ HELL WITH RELIANCE DIGITAL TV

                            Dear Reliance Big TV team, We are extremely dissatisfied with your service. We have many complaints: 1. Rs. 176 has been charged from my account of card no.[protected] without attending any complaint or without making any visit by any of your engineer on[protected]. 2. The same has not been refunded in my a/c in spite of making request no[protected] dated[protected] & also making complaint on13-2-15 at 7-40 pm. 3. Customer care executives are not available even in half-an-hour on customer care helpline. We are kept on hold for hour. We tried more than 5 times today from my registered mobile no. [protected]. I also tried from another no. [protected] and from this, we could finally lodged the complain today. Even now, amount of Rs.176 has not been refunded. Instead of refunding the amount, request was closed and we were informed through SMS. This is highly objectionable. Please refund the same at the earliest and take action on above mentioned complaints asap. C.L.Sharma

                              I tried to contact Reliance Big TV representatives since 10 February but could not as the IVR machine disconnect my call when I pressed the option for "contact representative". Today, I recharge my TV by Rs.2377 for 12 months with a request to upgrade my package from Bronze to Silver. But due to above problem I could not as I could not contact representative for activation and upgradation. Kindly upgrade my package from Bronze to Silver for 12 months from today itself.

                                Dear Sir I want to report the fraud by M/s Reliance Digital TV. I am an advocate and resident of Moradabad City, UP State. I filed a complaint regarding my remote through my registered mobile number - [protected] few days back. Then I received call by your representative requesting that he would change the remote in 2-3 days as it was not available with them. Today I received message that my complaint has successfully been resolved and an amount of Rs. 225 is deducted from my account. However, nobody has come to my place to rectify my complaint. Why are you cheating your customers?                                   Since last few days many of the channels are not getting or not getting signals eg: Star Plus, Zee TV, Star Sports etc. And also please note that we many a time get smart card error. Whenever we get this error we have to switch off Tv and remove and insert the smart card against. This happens mostly daily basis. Kindly look into this.

                                  Also kindly note that your Customer care number never get through even we keep 1 to 2 hours hold.

                                      myself a user of reliance big tv since past many years, and i have been facinf a problem with my connection since past 6 months for which i have lodged a complaint several times which remains unsolved since then. in the month pf november i had recharged and complained about the problem with my set top box which was unattended since a month, after the recharge amount was over a person has attended saying that the set top box is having a loose connection and it will be ok soon there is no problem, and charged me again 175 rupees for which he did not provide any reciept, that person is from reliance only who calls and attends the complaint, i have his number with me. now again when i am facing the same problem with my set top box, there is no response from that concerned person who a had attended the complaint proir, his phone no is switched off. before watever money i had recharged online for my reliance digltal tv, were all deducted even though my tv was not working, stiil i hav again pais. now when i call back the customer cre executives, they are asking me to pay again and only then will they send a person to attend the complaint, no problem in paying, but i feel very sorry to say that the service you people claim and you provide to customers like us is pathetic, your customer care executive named Mr akshay( surname when i asked several times he was reluctant to tell me his surname) has also not soken properly and these people are hardly intrested in solving our issued they just transfer the calls at times or disconnsct the phn. the person who attended the complain and charged me money saying that if any problem takes lace he will be there to attend later i am giving you the number: +91 [protected]. kindly take a strict action against these people. if not i will be very happy to change my service and upgrade to a better service provider may who attends and gives a much better service than yours. my reliance smart card no is[protected] contact no- [protected] i have recharged today but none of your so called costumer care help line numbers are available for me to register a complaint. you call yourself a number 1 company but i am very soor to say that the serviece i have recieced so far is the hopeless and poorest of all. tata sky hel line numbers are much more easily accessible and the costumer care executives tata sky provides, they talk much decently as compared to you. i have tried hundred of times contacting your so calld help line numbers but it is alwayz busy. do you people think that we have spare time to jst sit the whole day and dial your ]customer care help line numbers and sit for long untill they hang up our calls. bull , i am vbery un happy and dissatisfied with the poorest qualty of service and assistance you provide. the company should atleast take some action against the customer care hepl lines which do not attend our calls and hang up the calls. now even i have recharged my account i am not able to male a co complaint since none of your numbers are accessible. you all make fool o[censored]s. this is the last time i am writing and complaining, next time i am just gooing to switch off my servieces to tata sky at least they attend the calls and attend the complaints which we make and not just disconnect and no pick up the calls like your so called reliance big tv services, hopeless poor and pathetic service. very sorry to say but i am totally unhappy and angry with the way you treat your customers

                                        This is to inform you from last four day we are facing the problem in Reliance services and trying to connect the Customer care executive through toll free to lodge the compliant about the services but after the waiting 2 to 3 hours then also all your executive were busy, We are fedup by your services and the Customer care line .

                                        Kindly look in to this as we need the solution if anyone are free and they can reply for the same .either provide the higher authority detail so we can chase the same with them .
