Worst service !

Hell with this reliance, there is poor customer care service by them . i guess they ain't paying good salary to the call center people. Poor employment, and they do wrong charges as well give wrong information to the customers and even we aren't able to view all the channels...| Last but not the least, the reliance website is a total misery :@ HELL WITH RELIANCE DIGITAL TV...

Could not get connect with representative for upgradation of package

I tried to contact Reliance Big TV representatives since 10 February but could not as the IVR machine disconnect my call when I pressed the option for "contact representative". Today, I recharge my TV by Rs.2377 for 12 months with a request to upgrade my package from Bronze to Silver. Since last few days many of the channels are not getting or not getting signals eg: Star Plus, Zee TV, Star Sports etc. And also please note that we many a time get smart card error. Whenever we get this error we have to switch off Tv and remove and insert the smart card against. This happens mostly daily basis. Kindly look into this.

Also kindly note that your Customer care number never get through even we keep 1 to 2 hours...

Reliance Digital TV service problem

This is to inform you from last four day we are facing the problem in Reliance services and trying to connect the Customer care executive through toll free to lodge the compliant about the services but after the waiting 2 to 3 hours then also all your executive were busy, We are fedup by your services and the Customer care line .
