Hell with this reliance, there is poor customer care service by them . i guess they ain't paying good salary to the call center people. Since last few days many of the channels are not getting or not getting signals eg: Star Plus, Zee TV, Star Sports etc. And also please note that we many a time get smart card error. Whenever we get this error we have to switch off Tv and remove and insert the smart card against. This happens mostly daily basis. Kindly look into this.

Also kindly note that your Customer care number never get through even we keep 1 to 2 hours...

we have recharged Rs.60.00 for star sports pack and call to reliance big tv customer care, but they told me there's my account Rs -175.00 due to complaints attend charges but no body have attend the complaints from your end. now no body pickup the phone from last 35 mnt .pl. resolve the problem and activate star sports packages...

This is to inform you from last four day we are facing the problem in Reliance services and trying to connect the Customer care executive through toll free to lodge the compliant about the services but after the waiting 2 to 3 hours then also all your executive were busy, We are fedup by your services and the Customer care line .

Kindly look in to this as we need the solution if anyone are free and they can reply for the same...
