Hi,

I, Mitul Rambhia, am subscriber of Reliance Digital TV (Smart card number[protected]. I am using this connection since last 1 year 4 months now. Before this, I was in Pune and there also I was using Reliance Digital services for more than 2 years (Smart card number can be provided, if required).

Please note that I am facing some issues with my connection since last 8 days now. I am getting 'Signal lost, Error 400' message whenever I start my TV and not able to view anything. I tried to call your customer care number (toll free number provided on the TV screen). I held the phone for more than 30 minutes, but nobody picks the call and talk. After trying for couple of days, my wife was able to talk to someone and she had raised a complaint on 18th June (request number[protected]. We were informed that the technician would come in next 48 hours. But it has been more than 4 days now and nobody has turned up till date. Again, when we got in touch with customer care executive on 21st June, he gave me mobile number of the technician, named Suresh and he confirmed that he would come today. When we tried to call Suresh on his mobile number, we are not able to reach since last 2 days, as his mobile is switched off.

Hence, I would like to request you to help me in this case at the earliest. If you are not able to help me in any way, then can you try and get me refund of money that I had paid. I have already lost 8 days of service for which Reliance is not going to provide me any additional benefits / free services. If the tenured customers like me are facing these kind of issues, would you think that I would recommend and encourage anyone to take Reliance connection ? Please note that I also belong to service industry, and I am pretty sure that after sales service like this and false promises to existing clients would not fetch positive results for the organization. If you are collecting money from the client, then please ensure that the customer is satisfied.

    Sir,
    I would like to bring to your notice the so called overcharging to customers by the mismanagement by the employees, hurting the image of the organization in this socially interconnected world.

    Sir on the morning of 23/05/2013 suddenly both of my reliance tv connection connecting from a single dish stopped working with error message of 400 signal lost. When despite following all the instruction of the customer care error does not changed. I requested for the visit of engineer from the company via complaint no.[protected].26pm dtd 23/05/13 and from here starts my complaint against the insufficient service of the reliance digital Tv. I can imagine the quality of service claimed by the officials when despite living in central delhi near Connught place they send their engineer after 26 hours of complaints. Who adjusted the dish wire fixed on our house roof.

    I again faced the same problem on both TV connections when some of the tv channels displayed Error 400 again on 04/06/13 I contacted the customer care centre via complaint no.[protected] and they assured me that no charge is deducted from my account as the problem is with the dish which is now under 60 days guarantee period after my first deduction. But I was shocked when I received a sms from the company for insufficient balance on 6/06/2013 as they charged me again for the service provided.

    I recharged my connection by 400 rs. And contacted the customer care and explain the whole matter to them that they are charging me twice within 11 days period for the same dish with same error with no fault of mine and contradicting ur own policy (my service request no.[protected] dtd 06/06/13). The customer care executive assured me that the amount would be refunded to my account within 3 days.

    On 10/06/2013 when my request was not resolved I again contacted the customer care executive via request no[protected] with the same promise that it is due to misunderstanding of card no used in two set. But when I countered them that the error which was attended is not of set top box but of the same dish and in fact change in dish directions due to weather condition for which I was charged twice. Sir, this type of monopolistic behavior of the Reliance Big TV forced me to write the complaint directly. Now a day amount of rs 175 is not a big sum but what hurts me is the kind of delayed & misuse of the prepayment concept by the company, which definitely hurt the image of the Reliance services.

    Television — Service

    I have brought 21' TV and it had some problems after few years of operation. I have given the complaint on 29th October 2008 in Chennai - Ashok Nagar branch. I have been calling them regularly and every day, they tell that, they will be attending today and till today evening thre was no pesponse. I am very un happy. Almost all my home items are with Philips.

    If I didn't get proper service by tomorrow, I have decided not to buy any of the philips items and will pass on this email to all my friends and my all of my known companies. If possible I will give a big complaint in the news paper too and also planning to go to consumer court. My Uncle is an advocate.

    I hope you will do the need ful at the earliest.

    Reliance Digital TV — Unwanted Services

    I hv a reliance digital tv last two years.Two week ago i had conversation with CCE of reliance Digital tv to refresh my card but instead of helping me he spoke to me very rudely when i ask to transfer the call to his supervisor he disconected the call and activated lot o[censored]nwanted packs of chanels that i did'nt requested.Then i again called the CC to deactivate my unwanted packs.They are saying that they are not going to deactivate it before specified period.So due to this my services r interupted and my monthly rental increased very much.

    So kindly help me to sue them.

      I have problem with my reliance set top box, which needs to be replaced. I have registered a complaint with you people, but there is no response at from your side. Complaint number:[protected]. This complaint was raised on 31st May. From that day i am calling customer care number and getting reply issue will be resolved within 48 hrs. But till now, no engineer has visited to replace the faulty set top box. Earlier we had raised one more complaint:[protected] which was closed saying wrong address. Then I raised new request for address change for which Rs 350 was cut even though there was no mistake from our side. And now daily we are loosing 30 to 40 rupees without having the service.

      Is this the kind of service you provide to the customers. I am very much disappointed as there is very much poor response from your side for customer complaints. Why is it taking so much time for you people to provide service. I have given correct address, alternate mobile number, but still no one has contacted me

      Since for these many days as i have not received i will stop using your services and i am switching over to other service providers

      So please in future provide proper services to your customers

      Reliance Big TV — Poorest customer care and Set top box

      Reliance gets money well in advance for 1 year but their Set top box is awfully poor. It keeps on hanging and becomes in operatable. It is damn slow (comparing to other DTH services).
      The Customer care is a BIG JOKE. They say they will need 48 hours for rectifying the issue and after that if you follow up it takes another 48 hrs and it goes on and on and on.
      I am using it for 2 months and 4 days per month it goes off!! I have lodged 8 complaints already though i had 2 problems.

      If Reliance doesn't look into this they are going to get out of the business ASAP.

        one of yours sales person came and told us about the schemes and that we will be getting 2 month free recharge and we do not get so, in addition to that we had to pay for the recharge and that company asked us to pay for the recharge very frequently and that to before time, they said to pay in advanced for five months and we got only fifteen days.
        one of our tv need a conveter to connect to a dth box they us that they brougth by themselves they brougth a converter which cost maximum Rs100 they sold us at Rs200

          sir, i have installed reliance digital tv today(i.e. 29 may,2013), the worker named Ashok Kumar who came to install the product was unskilled and so rude.He couldn't attach the set up box properly and said that our LED is faulty, he didn't had any manners to talk.When we called the Samsung mechanic to check our LED,their was no fault in it and he even attached it properly.After that when i called him to activate the dish he rudely said "kar dunga".I waited for about 3 hrs. but it was still not activated,but when i tried to contact him he rejected all my calls, so i called him from some other no. and asked why it has been not activated the reply was,"muje nai pta,meri duty nai hai".

              Reliance Big TV — WRONG REGISTRATION OF ADDRESS

              I purchased a ONIDA TV on OCT 09 with it RELIANCE BIG TV was free.I registered with reliance ,a serial no. of free coupon given by the shop.But after month on query customer care informed that you address is written as 338/S,bhatti-vihar,rajendra nagar(w),gorakhnath road,gorakhpur Patna but whereas Patna has wrongly added.till the date it is not installed even after no of complaints with senior officials
              I too had a very bitter experience with the customer care centre. The Customer care centre which is taking request from the customer for new installation, upgradation of set box etc. does not know whether required stock available to execute these orders. They are blindly taking the request from the customers and asking them to credit the amount for the upgradation. I've lodged a request for HD upgradation on 6th April, but till today it is pending & no action has been taken...Could anyone suggest me a way out?? This Reliance Big TV literally cheating the customer.
              Further to my earlier mail, I'd like to bring to the notice of forum that the help desk at Reliance Big TV, which seems to be the next higher step to the customer problems, has their unique way of justifying their delays..When I spoke to a lady at help desk today, she was telling the story that since March is the month for stock verification etc. we are not able to execute the orders, when I asked for cancellation of my request, she agreed but donot want to refund the amount which I credited in their account for the upgradation. This is totally unaccetable...

              we are not getting several channels on reliance bigtv since last 2 days.we are getting only star plus a fewhindi channels and only malayalam news channels.

                I am reliance digital TV (previously Big TV) customer for the last three years. I am unable to view channels. Continuously getting Error 400 (Weather conditions are bad) when the weather in Chennai is absolutely clear & sunny. I am trying to contact the customer service for the last three days but all I lost was 30minutes of waiting time. Disappointed that I have to voice my concern in a open platform like this.                 TVS — no response

                sir i have done my bike work on 18/2/2010.after that 1 month over my bike has coming problem reguraly .and my back side break is not working and also there is gear prblem .they r saying engine problem but i told them my bike is under warranty.so than also they r not taking my complaint.8 monts r over. i am giving complaint but no one help me i complaint to the tvs motors company they tell me they will come and see but they not come and i am waiting for there call no response i am having a bill of done work pls help me sir i request u pls sir .i also call to campany they r also not helping they telling they will come here and solve the problem but no one come.plsssss sir help me

                I was submitted my digital tv at 22/04/2008 . and there was a promise from your company to gave that digital tv or provide that DTH at our home. But no one came at our home to fix up that DTH.
                And, i was also submitted many complains for this , but no responce every time .... my complain date is 30/05/2011. and i was satisfied by Mohsin Shaikh that we will get our DTH soon.
                i was complaind second time at 01/06/2011 . and i was again satisfied by an employee ... but again there is no responce ...
                please provide our DTH as soon as posible ....

                  I have purchased a Reliance digital TV in June 2006. From that time to 06/04/2013 it was working well. On 07/04/2013 (Sunday) it stopped working and then I complained to customer care (NUMBER [protected]) about the same and they told that it will be resolved within 48 hours and gave me a complaint number i.e.[protected] dated 07/04/2013 (Sunday).
                  The next day i.e. on 08/04/2013(Monday) I got a call from a number [protected], the person speaking told me that he is from the reliance service team and asked me about the problem. After I told him all the details about the problem he replied me that my set top box has to be replaced and as it is still under warranty period I will not have to pay any amount. I then asked him that when will he come to replace the same? He replied that presently there is no set top box is available with them. They are expecting that within 2-3 days they may get set top boxes and then they will call me and replace the same.
                  On 11/04/2013 (Thursday) I got a call from a number [protected] at 1230 hrs and they told that the set top box is available with them and they will come to replace it on the same day within 1600hrs. But as I was out for some work on that day so I was unavailable at home and my family was also out of town at that point of time. As I told them to come on the next day i.e. on 12/04/2013(Friday), they advised me that for that I have to lodge a complaint again on the next day as they are going to close my complaint on that very day.
                  Then again on 13/04/2013(Saturday) I complained to customer care (NUMBER [protected]) about the same and they told that it will be resolved within 14/04/2013(Sunday), and gave me a complain number i.e.[protected] dated 13/04/2013 (Saturday).
                  Then on Sunday i.e. 14/04/2013 at 1100 hrs I called on the number +[protected] and asked the person that when will he be able to come at my residence and change my set top box? The person over the phone replied me that they still do not have any set top box available with them and he cannot assure me that when will it be available to them. I then again called the customer care (NUMBER [protected]) & informed them about the same. They told me that its nothing to worry they will take care of the matter and will try to resolve the matter within 14/04/2013 or on 15/04/2013 the problem will be resolved at any cost.

                  Then again at 1900 hours I called to customer care (NUMBER [protected]) and spoke to Mr.Farooq about the problem who in turn told me that it is not his problem and I may have to wait for more than a month.
                  From that day (16/04/2013) onwards I am regularly calling on the customer care (NUMBER [protected]) & informing them about the same till today i.e. 19/04/2013 and still the problem is not resolved and the customer care people are telling me that they will try to resolve the issue quickly but cannot give me a definite time frame.
                  So sir my problem lies here that such a big reputed company like Reliance do tell lies to his customer and do not take care of his customers then how can we survive
                  So please take care of the matter and get it resolved if possible.

                  I have purchased a Reliance digital TV in June 2012. From that time to 06/04/2013 it was working well. On 07/04/2013 (Sunday) it stopped working and then I complained to customer care (NUMBER [protected]) about the same and they told that it will be resolved within 48 hours and gave me a complaint number i.e.[protected] dated 07/04/2013 (Sunday).
                  The next day i.e. on 08/04/2013(Monday) I got a call from a number [protected], the person speaking told me that he is from the reliance service team and asked me about the problem. After I told him all the details about the problem he replied me that my set top box has to be replaced and as it is still under warranty period I will not have to pay any amount. I then asked him that when will he come to replace the same? He replied that presently there is no set top box is available with them. They are expecting that within 2-3 days they may get set top boxes and then they will call me and replace the same.
                  On 11/04/2013 (Thursday) I got a call from a number [protected] at 1230 hrs and they told that the set top box is available with them and they will come to replace it on the same day within 1600hrs. But as I was out for some work on that day so I was unavailable at home and my family was also out of town at that point of time. As I told them to come on the next day i.e. on 12/04/2013(Friday), they advised me that for that I have to lodge a complaint again on the next day as they are going to close my complaint on that very day.
                  Then again on 13/04/2013(Saturday) I complained to customer care (NUMBER [protected]) about the same and they told that it will be resolved within 14/04/2013(Sunday), and gave me a complain number i.e.[protected] dated 13/04/2013 (Saturday).
                  Then on Sunday i.e. 14/04/2013 at 1100 hrs I called on the number +[protected] and asked the person that when will he be able to come at my residence and change my set top box? The person over the phone replied me that they still do not have any set top box available with them and he cannot assure me that when will it be available to them. I then again called the customer care (NUMBER [protected]) & informed them about the same. They told me that its nothing to worry they will take care of the matter and will try to resolve the matter within 14/04/2013 or on 15/04/2013 the problem will be resolved at any cost.

                    Sir, I am Reliance Big TV customer. Smartcard no:[protected]. I am having problem in viewing channels (Error 400) since one week. On 12-04-13, I made complaint with customer care and complaint no is :[protected]. They asked me to recharge for service charge for service charge. Then I recharged Rs 400 for service charge and new remote and requested to attend on high priority basis as IPL is going on. They told, they will try their best to send technician immediately today , but it will be solved with in 48 hrs. I tried many times and got same stereo type reply of 48 hrs limit. Most awaited 48 hrs ended on 14-04-13. I called on 14th April Sunday, Reliance customer care replied, techie will come today (14th Sunday) or tomorrow as today is holiday. Sunday gone and on Monday 15th April 2013, I called customer care , they coolly told, earlier complaint request was closed and gave new complaint no:[protected]. I was irritated with their irresponsible behaviour, Today[protected] I called and got same cool reply, technician will come and attend.

                    Hi,

                    I had called reliance Big TV customer care 10 times to get my complaint resolved. My Big TV remote is not working since June 8th 2011. Its a big fraud business. They will call us to recharge ur account but if we register a complaint..nobody is there to attend it. I think they dont have any service team. Mr. Ambani..feel shame on you...when you will stop this cheating....

                    yaa it is 100% right. Good quality but no service in A.P. also in our Guntur we also taken this connection, but several times repair and showing signal problem. Only one repair boy is there and he will come 3 or 4 days later to correct after our calling. Big Tv persons need service points and servicemen and they must give free service also. Everytime the boy is charging. Pity to our colleagur customers.

                      I Avinash kumar Sharma resident of 12-Block, house number 244, lodhi colony new Delhi 11003 have issues with service and commitment from Reliance Big TV. This is in continuation of my request to replace my Set top Box dated 9/5/2013 *complaint number[protected]. I have been using your connection for more than 2.7 years now. But now it seems that no one is responding to my problem sincerely.

                      I got a call from Big TV stating that they don’t have Set top box (which I was OK to Pay for) in Stock and they don’t know when it will be available. To verify the same I asked my friend to call them for installation of new connection and found that Set top box was available.

                      This was very surprising and shocking to know, why a trust factor between service provider and a customer got broken. I request you to please send someone to take care of this, else I would have no option but to get my connection changed to other service provider. Believe me I am not ready to change my connection from Big TV, and neither I am interested to get my reimbursement of advance payment, But in these condition I am just looking from support from Reliance Big TV Support Team.                         Hi,

                        I had requested for Re installation of my reliance dish to my new house. The customer-care told me to deposit 350rs, which I did. The Technician came and fixed the dish during my office hrs and went off. When I came home and checked the channels, nothing was coming. I called that guy around 20 times, but in vain. He dared me to take action against him. I again raised complaint about it. Another technician came during my office hrs and asked for 100rs bribe, which I rejected. He left the place without doing anything. I again had to raise complaint. They closed it without resolving it. I again raised ticket. Today a technician came and fixed. But now they have again deducted 175rs from my account.

                        After sooo much of torture to get the cable reinstalled, they have charged 175rs for no fault of mine.

                          Reliance Big TV Services — Faulty Services with No Viewership Availability

                          1.It is with regret and frustration that I have to inform you of my experience in dealing with Reliance Big TV service and representatives regarding several technical glitches and customer service issues since subscribing to your new DTH service.

                          2. For your reference, my Account ID is[protected], and the
                          most recent complaint I have filed is No 82729828 dated
                          11-dec-08. Since this service was installed at my residence,
                          I have been unable to utilize the complete range of channels
                          or programs being promised as part of the package. The
                          service reception has been very poor and the channels that I
                          can access have been disappearing at random intervals,
                          leading to very poor experience with your service quality.Presently I am not able to view any channels.

                          3.The customer service representatives have been very poorly
                          equipped to handle complaints, many times the calls to your
                          toll free number go unanswered and your reps have been
                          promising that engineers will come onsite within 48 hrs to
                          resolve the issue but no one has turned up till date to look
                          into these problems.

                          4. As a last resort, I am sending this email to your relevant
                          customer service departments and forward to Reliance senior
                          management. If my complaints cannot be addressed in the next
                          24 hours, please refund my subscription deposit and
                          disconnect this service. I am also actively considering
                          filing a complaint with Consumer Redressal Forum, TRAI,
                          Local Media etc and seek their aid to pursue this matter
                          through resolution.

                          Reliance Big TV — Improper Installation of Disc

                          Sub.:- Complaint regarding Improper Installation of Big TV Disc and charges thereof.


                          It is stated that I am a customer in your esteemed unit since 13/03/2010. I am dealing with a lot of problems so far as enjoying of different channels through your installed disc is concerned. Time and again, I have complained to your Customer Care Representative and the technicians who use to visit time & again have not rectified it. Some times the technicians take the plea that the disc is bend and is of no use and after that they use to rectify the problem and are of the opinion that the disc is manageable and also some times they are of the opinion that the existing disc needs to be replaced. But the problem still persists day by day. Some times the signal is OK and many a time the signal is very poor and that to for me taking a BIG TV connection, it is like a curse.

                          Worth mentioning that recently the basement of the existing disc i.e. 02 (two) nails had been tilted out from the existing area which results the disc into a bend position. Obviously there would be no signal. Whenever I have made a complaint to your customer care representative, he assured that the technician will come and rectify the problem. One technician viz. Sh.Gajender has visited on dated 16/7/10 to settle out the problem. First of all he was of the opinion that the disc needs to be replaced and soon after he was of the opinion that the disc is manageable but he charged Rs.350/- towards re-installation charges. It is not understood if the nails of the disc stand is tilted out and your representative just to shift that stand for a distance of about less than 5 inches, for that he is charging Rs.350/- for re-installation charges. I think it is the fault of the 1st technician who installed the disc in a very casual manner without observing the surface position, for which this problem persists.

                          According to your Customer Care Representative, the warranty period still exists and for replacement of a new disc, your company is charging Rs.550/- including all other charges for which I am ready to pay. But it is not feasible on my part to pay again and again for re-installation charges. Moreover, I don’t want to take further headache in this regard. The aforesaid matter may please be looked into and I hope a permanent solution will be provided to me at an early date. If still not possible, it is requested to convey the process how the said connection will be surrendered or pertinent to mention here that Shall I kncok the door of the consumer forum?

As soon as i installed the system at the mentioned place i got message displaying type 2 error. On contacting customer care i was told to pay rs. 350 for address change and rs. 175 for service charges. my connection no is[protected]. please do the needful at the earliest. I am using the said services since nov 2010

                                I have been constantly getting messages from months that the reliance digital tv is not recharged. some of there customer with cust id[protected] has registered my phone number and I have already told these people that I dont own this connection and kindly remove my number from your database but they have not taken any action and are just ignoring the request.

                                  our stb was not working properly.called customer care[protected] .they sent technicians but couldn't rectify the problem. they said we,ll have to replace stb for rs.500/- +service charge.but of no use .still STB not working properly ie.its hanged .relay,s stuck frequently. tried to call customer care but the number is always engaged. very poor service. really fed up.

                                  BIG TV — STB Not Working

                                  I have taken, so called, Big TV in the month of Sep 2008. There is dellay in installation.. The same has been intimted to their call centre by way of complain (10 time complains), they promised that an engineer would come and istall it in some days. Till date i have made 18 complaints and their engineer is yet to come... Reliance, which is present in almost all the business sectors, is offering such worst service... i am not at all happy with their service. As a pilot project, they have launched this only for the pco of reliance, if this is the kind of service they are offering to reguller customer, just imagine what will they offer to an unknown consumer...Reference #[protected] and complaint no.78380245 dt.20/10/2008

                                  Worst customer service by BIG tv.I ll call it a SICK tv.i m from bangalore.I have lodged a complaint on 22 sep that i have problem with my setup box its been restarting(intially got a message to subscribe after that it got blank and the setup box is restarting) .My smart card Number is[protected].Daily i have been calling them for past 15 days but in vain.Nobody is responding properly.They making the customers to suffer without updating the personal information(for some time they told that we have not updated your information "agar bigtv update nahi kiya tho customer kya karega uska service kyon rok detey hy, ey kya policy hy "very stupid", after that they told me that your issue is on high priority(Might have kept some stars on the complaint number), recently they has taken a new complaint and are telling to wait for another 48 hrs see how stupid they are, without rectifying the previous problem they have taken a new complaint .If i ask about the status they will talk about new complaint and tell to wait for 48 hrs see how these people are cheating the customer.For getting the connection they made us to wait for 10 days i[censored] get a problem they will make us wait for 15 days or more may be months).To my wonder they even changed My name to another in their database tell that it is temporary name "Shocking".If i ask for cancellation they will give a stupid answer to ask dealer.Even the team leaders are not dealing with the problems properly and they are not escalating the issues.Every time i call the Customer care they have been telling that your problem will be rectified soon.They always get away from the problem (i have talked with team leaders i.e Naveen and Gopinath about my problem long back but these fellows didnt even assure me when my problem is going to be rectified (One of two has also given a promise that it will be done soon "very childish").i tried to talk with these guys for the past two days either of them is coming into line.The CC people tell that (1)he is not on the floor, (2)he is gone to meeting.(3)He had gone to lunch.(4)Some time he{TL} just say hello and terminate the call (4)He had left the office.And to my surprise today i talked to lady of cc she tells that i m joined just now i need some training please call after sometime."created a shock wave in my back".Duniya bar ka kahaniya sunatey hy ey log.Jo ey connection liya woh mar gaya.Very very dissapointed with the customer service .I dont know when my problem will be rectified.

                                  BIG TV — STB not working, poor service

                                  I purchased BIG TV 2190 pack on 30th Nov. 2008 and activated on the same day. It was working. On 05.12.08 I noticed STB not working. On 06.12.08 i registered complain No. 82266503 and since that day I had already called to costumer care not less than 30 times. Every time they assured me to solve the problem sortly but no action taken till date.

                                  Today my smart card no.[protected] is showing deactivated when I made a SMS for balance inquiry.

                                  What to do with these poor service providers.

                                  hi there, i am using reliance product named as BIG TV since november but its not getting recharged, i wanted to view cartoon network and i purchased recharge coupen serial number [protected] along with its PIN number[protected] but even after doing all recharging formalities i still could not view this channel. after contacting your customer care center i did not get any satisfactory response, they always have same answer that i am viewing this channel according to thier system and that they can not do anymore. to be honest with you i never expected this sort of POOR SERVICE FROM RELIANCE. i hope you would take notice of my complaint and would do somthing regarding my complaint. thank you

                                  Myself Tajul Khan Smart Card No.[protected].I logged the complain for relocation on 15.09.2009.
                                  Complain no. is[protected].But relocation yet to be resolved.Nobody responding from service side.
                                  Following problem is available as below...
                                  1.Recharge voutures not available in the market.
                                  2.Service not provided to the customer after purchasing the BigTV .

                                  I am realy frustred with Reliance BigTV service and persently I am feeling that I have done blunder mistake to purchase the BigTV. If Reliance BigTV department is not capable to provide the Service to the Customer on time, they should not sell their product in the market.

                                  I hope, if any higher authority looking or taking care of this complaints please do needfull for the same on priority.If possible please provide the service or higher autority Cell no. or email Id to contact on behalf of this

                                    I am having Reliance BiG TV connection with customer No. "[protected]".

                                    Since last few days, around 5-6 channels have been stopped with message "Technical Problem".

                                    I have observed that Sony and other associated channels are blocked because Relaince failed to pay or have to pay some amount to Sony.

                                    While calling to customer care, it gets discconeted everytime without speaking to agent.

                                    There was no prior notice or information to customer about the same and there is no refund amount for this channels too.

                                    Reliance has to pay the refund amount for the days for which channels were not available.

                                    Have a look into matter and help to resolve.

                                      My Smart Crad No is:[protected]. Registered in the name Of R.K Jaiswal. I was getting Error 400 for 2 days on my TV.Then I called Costumer Care and submitted a complain. The engineer Guy came and checked the cable line for any faulty connection, connection were all fine. then he checked the Set Top Box and said the STB is faulty and will have to change, for that he said the STB will cost 600 +200 for handling charges n + 200 recharge on my smart card (Total Rs.1000) and he said to pay him in cash. then I said the guy that that I spoke the customer care and they said not to hand over a single amount of cash to the engineer guy and the STB only cost Rs.500/- and that too to recharge the amount in the smart card. I said that guy he asked the the dealer of the area n refused to change the STB, and said that I have to pay him else he will not change, he returned my faulty STB and went. then I spoke to customer care and told my issue at least 50 time but no result. they said that they are filling a new complain to change the STB. but from that day no one came to change my STB and the Compain are autometically get cloased . I have also recharged 600 on my Smart card as said by the customer care but still no result. My TV is dead from around 15 days.I want Relaince to Pay for the no of days the STB is Dead. Please Help . Thank You

                                      i have purchased 1 set of big tv however in one month my system not working prpperly the dealer will cahnge in behaf of my new system he give me a damage old unit & told us we will repleace shortly
                                      however 6 MONTH gone not to be change or replace my big tv set

                                      Got my BIG TV recharge this month for Rs.600, but no service since last 15-20 days, even after several complaints to the cust. care no. of BIG TV, nothing happened till date and the balance is now less than Rs. 400 for this service that was provided by them (as told by the cust care officer).

                                      I personally went to the Dealer and get a new STB (no one contacted me). But the fact remain that I'm Still Getting Error 102. The local Dealer gave me a cell no i.e:[protected] and said to call and ask to pair the STB with Smart card...I called the cell no provided the day itself, he asked for the CASN number[protected] I gave him the no. and he said that the service will resume shortly. but 3 days gone n I'm Still getting the Same error I called the number 2-3 times but same reply that the service will resume shortly just keep the STB powered on.

                                        My Big TV smart Number is[protected]. We were out of town for some months. Trying to recharge and not possible to re charge. Try to reach Customer Care. No response at all. Im tired all the way of calling everyday.

                                        BBBBBBBig question about BIG TV can survive or not. Is there a way to return the HD set of box and refund my money. Else Thinking to destroy the set of box. Also circulate this issue to my friends circle to not use Big TV/Reliance any more.
