I, Mitul Rambhia, am subscriber of Reliance Digital TV (Smart card number[protected]. I am using this connection since last 1 year 4 months now. Before this, I was in Pune and there also I was using Reliance Digital services for more than 2 years (Smart card number can be provided, if required).
Please note that I am facing some issues with my connection since last 8 days now. I am getting 'Signal lost, Error 400' message whenever I start my TV and not able to view anything. I tried to call your customer care number (toll free number provided on the TV screen). I held the phone for more than 30 minutes, but nobody picks the call and talk. After trying for couple of days, my wife was able to talk to someone and she had raised a complaint on 18th June (request number[protected]. We were informed that the technician would come in next 48 hours. But it has been more than 4 days now and nobody has turned up till date. Again, when we got in touch with customer care executive on 21st June, he gave me mobile number of the technician, named Suresh and he confirmed that he would come today. When we tried to call Suresh on his mobile number, we are not able to reach since last 2 days, as his mobile is switched off.
Hence, I would like to request you to help me in this case at the earliest. If you are not able to help me in any way, then can you try and get me refund of money that I had paid. I have already lost 8 days of service for which Reliance is not going to provide me any additional benefits / free services. If the tenured customers like me are facing these kind of issues, would you think that I would recommend and encourage anyone to take Reliance connection ? Please note that I also belong to service industry, and I am pretty sure that after sales service like this and false promises to existing clients would not fetch positive results for the organization. If you are collecting money from the client, then please ensure that the customer is satisfied.

I have brought 21' TV and it had some problems after few years of operation. I have given the complaint on 29th October 2008 in Chennai - Ashok Nagar branch. I have been calling them regularly and every day, they tell that, they will be attending today and till today evening thre was no pesponse. I am very un happy. Almost all my home items are with Philips.If I didn't get proper service by tomorrow, I have decided not to buy any of the philips items and will pass on this email to all my friends and my all of my known companies. If possible I will give a big complaint in the news paper too and also planning to go to consumer court. My Uncle is an advocate.
I hope you will do the need ful at the earliest.
