I have recently shifted from one area to another in Hyderabad and the HD channels are suddenly not coming properly. I called customer care several times and emailed them too. My issue is not addressed and they are suggesting me to downgrade the pack because the HD channels are not coming. I have subscribed for an year and it is only 2 months over. When I ask them to refund the money, they say it is not possible. They are playing with my money. I sincerely advise everyone that do not go for BIG TV as the customer service is the most pathetic I have ever come across. You will end up increasing your BP and pay towards medical care.

    This weather condition problem occur in my dish tv for past 3 weeks. I'm Ganesh Raam from chennai. My smart card no.[protected]. I called customer care. But there is no response in your customer care. I recharge Rs. 325 for this month. But i not have been enjoyed. Please take this complaint & take immediate action. Otherwise just give my money of Rs. 1500 which i gave for installation.

      I had registered a complaint of low signal quality yesterday i.e. March 20, 2014 morning. Reliance Digital TV customer care representative told me that they will send a technician in a day. Meanwhile, I had rectified the problem myself and wanted to inform them but the call never got connected. Their technician never visited my house yet but they deducted Rs. 175 from my account.

        Hi, ​​My reliance digital set up box was not working from 14/03/2014. I made a complaint at [protected].They replied that their service man from VIJAYAWADA will come to our house and repair or replace my set up box with in 48 hours. One local service man called us and told that he need 2 more days to provide service because of lack of set up boxes with him. At last he came on 21/03/2014 with a useless very OLD set up box which looks like just brought from the dust bin. The way that he talk with us is disgusting. I dont know why my account balance went to -100 rupees. and they are asking some more money to do service but as i were told that customer should not pay any money to service person/technician by customer care people.​He is talking reckless with the customer. He is frighten to tell his name.           Sir,
          My reliance digital tv stb no[protected] in the name r jangannadham. I reached my stb with an amount of rs. 2360 on 12 mar 14 and on the same
          Day near about 1205 am i placed a request to activate silver pack for one year. Due some techinical issue from customer care centre it was not activated immediately and further my call has been transfered to senior techinical dept. After some time a lady operator sitting at senior dept has confirmed me that '' sir aap ka silver activate ho joyga and hum aapko call back kardenge ". Again i confirmed from her that " mam shall i call back u again'' she told that " sir you need not worry your silver pack will be activated and the confirmation call back will be there. No action has been initiated again on 14 mar 14.
          On 14 mar 14 i called up customer care service repeatedly for the same operation has initmated that your service has not yet been activated and your are to have reacharge with differnce amount for activation of the same. I confirmed to him about my request placed on 12 mar 14 for activation of the same but why it was delayed from your side. No proper response from operator and again
          On 15 mar 14 three time i called up customer care number then the same matter has been disscussed with the operator and i requested to transfer the call to senior dept. With the request the call has been transferd to senior dept and the same issue has been disclosed by me again an assurance has been given that my stb zone is from south it will take two more days to activate the same we have already placed request for the same u need not worry, if not confirm the same after two days.
          On 17 mar 14 again i called customer care five time the different operators has initiated this issue to senior tech dept but no positive reply from them and on 5th attempt my call has been transferd to mr. Balwinder through mr. Izzaz ahmed and he confirmed that your service can not be activated and no mistake from my side. You can complaint any where.
          Request, either activate my services with silver pack for a year or refund my money and surrender my stb.

          Dear Service Provider No response from your side. again and again asking for recharge and pressurizing me to recharge more money but no positive response. it is very bad show on reliance digital tv service provider. again on 29 mar 14 I recharged with 160/- still such a poor response from Mr. Santosh and Mr. Balwinder from senior deptt and Mr Rahul from Floor senior dept who is immediate senior to Senior Dept.
          Repeatedly I called to Customer care office no positive reply and no action initiated. they were not in position to handle the problems of the customers.

          My suggestion to all viewer to disconnect the poor services of Reliance digital tv and to shift to another best services are avbl

            I had called on customer care today and got a very bad experience.I got connceted to your executive at Gujarat-Ahmedabad call center and discuss that i am suffering from network error 400 to my reliance dish tv.excutive suggest us to recharge 200 then put a complaint for service.I requested him to connect to supervisor for same resolution.
            Mr Manish Goswami supervisor suggest without recharge the amount we can not take the complint.
            Issue is network problem and suggestion to recharge the dish TV.
            Please resolve the issue on priority basis otherwise i will escalate the issue.

                Dear Team, Smart Card No:[protected] Hardly a day the issue gets resolved and again new issue arises. What is the quality of the service?????? Its pathetic Now getting different error(108-paring error) in middle of watching TV and fed up talking to your customer care team. Again the same story of 2 days wait. Please refund my entire amount and would like to switch to airtel or any other service provider. Surely would not recommend this service to anybody.

                    I have reliance Big TV connection from last Four years, there was always some problems in Set top box & every time I had to call Customer care, Register complaint, follow their peoples and after painstaking efforts their peoples will come do the tuning with remote & charge me unnecessarily. Still it was continued, sometimes weather would be good & clear and my TV use to show me message that because of weather conditions Signal is lost Error:400.

                    One day I was watching my TV, and suddenly I saw a message Error:201, when I asked to customer care they said that you have changed the set top box and we will charge you Rs. 400/- to continue your services. On customer Desk the peoples was Horrible & Tone was just like I am a beggar. I told them to check my set top box and get satisfied but these peoples are not ready to listen.

                    I have requested many times & Then their technical person have started services, then within 7 days I realized that these cheaters have deducted Rs. 400/- from my account and again asked me to pay this amount.

                    From the day it happens I have done too much communications but the peoples are shameless, giving commitment of two days from two months. and still not ready to listen.

                    Kindly avoid working with such bas...

                      I have paid for a connection on Feb 2013, after alot of complaining and following up they finally installed Big TV in NOv 2013, I have asked for a refund but they have offered me 3 months free connection.

                      All fake promises, they gave me a second hand connection that was in some body elses name and no offer on that connection as well.

                      Complained several times but no use.

                      Such a waste of time following up and complaining all the time.I want justice!!!

                      Additional Details:

                      A big TV executive has offered us a connection on march 3rd 2013 "order copy number 156743" with charges RS=1790, He said no installation charges, We have given him a cheque with sum of 1790, "cheque number 050186 sbi bank", We got installation on NOV 2013.( 8 months delay ?????????/)

                        Hi, My Account No:[protected] Name: Balakumar, has been suspended from yesterday morning (19-Dec-2013) 10:00 AM, although i recharged for 330 Rupees around 9:30 AM. I have called your customer care 10 times till now and all the time i get the response as it'll be resolved in 2 hours or 10-15 min. I am fed up with the way things have panned out.                           Dear Sir/Madam, From Last two years I am using reliance Big TV connection number[protected]. I have recharged my account with Rs 3862 in Feb 2013 which is one year plan offered by reliance big tv and same while doing recharge by using online services customer care executive was on call with me and he suggested the recharge and confirmed me the same that recharge successfully done and your one year plan is activated. In October they have disconnected my connection after so many discussion they activated my connection and rest assured that now this will continue till feb 2014 but today morning again they have disconnected my connection. Today when I called in customer care ([protected]) all customer executives made new story that due to sharp pack/regional pack (high definition channel activation) costing Rs 50 which was not activated by me and even while many conversations with them I never heard about it as well as never seen or enjoyed high definition channels on my LCD. So now they are not giving any solutions for the same. My concerned points are:- 1. I have Recharged with one year pack so want services to be activated till feb 2014. 2. Stop fraudulent services as never got any confirmation messages regarding activation or deactivation of these type of services and on screen they never showed balance or these type of services. 3. Very poor support in terms of resolution of complaints as well as wrong commitments. 4. After recharging never got any confirmation msgs/calls/display on screen which declares by balance and which other services is activated. 5. Today calls attended by customer care executives at 9 am Dated 13th dec 2013 i.e. executive Rinky, Floor manager Sunita all are very rigid and they promised me that they will resolve the problem and you will get call in 2 hours.                               My smart card number is[protected] Last year around Nov, I shifted from Delhi to Noida with my Big TV, while shifting the cable seems to be short so the technician place connector between the wires. After that in 09 May 2013 I raised complain regarding connector problem. At that time its gets resolved but last week it’s again start troubling, so I again raise the complain with the same problem. Technician came and within 5 min he gets the problem resolved without any proper checking, after 1 hour gets the same connector issue when I call the customer care got to know that they already deduct 25 Rs from my account closed the request. After that I called the technician he said he will come @ 7pm after that when I call @ 8pm he said he will come after 9 pm for that I replied that it’s not good time then he said ok will come tomorrow and hang up the phone without listing single word. Till now having no clue of it. Again I raised the request on Sat and they said it’s on urgent so techie will come asap. But no clue of techie as per now and when I call customer care they said it will take 48 hrs. Till now I have raised 3 requests last week only and nothing happen. My points: 1. Why techie closes the request it should be by confirming consumer? 2. I never see techie come early it always come 2-3 hours before 48 hours schedule time. 3. Techie is not having any proper knowledge of problem. Under average. Why they are having such persons. 4. No commitment from Reliance side since last week regarding problem resolution. It’s really pathetic and unacceptable.

                              Till now didn't get any call from reliance big tv customer care. I myself called up, send mails and they said it will resolved today. But as per now no sign of any activity from reliance end.

                                Appco group india have taken a cheque of Rs 1890 regarding the installation of reliance digital TV.The cheque was taken and cleared in the month of May 2013.But Till now the process of installation was not done.I have contacted the representative Mr Narashima (mob no:[protected], [protected]) number of times, But there was no proper response from him.I also contacted appco group on their toll free numbers[protected],[protected],[protected] several times and now they answered me that Reliance digital TV service cancelled its association with appco group.I have mailed the complaint to e-mail id i.e. [protected]@appcogroupindia.in (4-5 times with proofs such as receipt of appco group & bank statement) and [protected]@reliancedishtv.com .Every time they sent me a automated response that they will contact me soon.But till now they have not contacted me.I am facing mental agony due to this issue.Kindly resolve the complaint as early as possible and make me justice

                                  Hi My subscriber number is[protected] on 7/11/2013 my setop box was stopped working so I asked them to replace it. They replace it with faulty setop box witch works only for around and it get hanged. When I registered a complaint on 18/11/2013 they said service will be free of cost as this new faulty setop box has 3 month warranty. One service person comes and replace power adapter and said it is free of cast and issue is not with setop box but it is with adapter, After one hour I called this service person he said don't call me call costumer care and they cut my 300 also they took my power old adapter, now no resolution from them. This is complete cheating by reliance digital tv.

                                    I registered a complaint saying that my Reliance Big TV digital Set-top box got hanged on Oct 22nd 2013. The set-top box is not working completely The gave me the Service Request Number:[protected]. No body turned up even after regular follow up with Big TV customer care for 3 weeks. With out solving this they closed the service mentioning that issue has been resolved on Nov 7th 2013. I called them again on Nov 7th 2013 asked why this ticket has been closed with out fixing the problem. they replied that system automatically closed that and said that we can open a new ticket and they gave a new Service Request Number:[protected].

                                    But my account is getting deducted on daily basis and now i see my account balance is around 660 Rs, where during my compliant it was 890Rs.

                                    Still my problem was not resolved. Need your assistance/help in resolving this issue.

                                      I AM RELIANCE BIG TV CUSTOMER FROM LAST 3 YEARS[protected], I AM UNABLE TO VIEW CHANNELS. CONTINUOUSLY GETTING ERROR 400.BUT THE WEATHER IN NAGERCOIL IS ABSOLUTELY CLEAR AND SUNNY, THIS MONTH 3RD FULL DAY I TRIED TO CONNECT TO CUSTOMER CARE AND MONDAY SUCCESSFULLY CONNECTED,[protected].ONE LADY ATTENDED MY CALL, IN BETWEEN I THINK I AM A DEFAULTER OF A FINANCE COMPANY THEY CALLED ME FOR THE DUE PAYMENT, ANYWAY I GOT A COMMITMENT OF 48 HRS TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM, AGAIN I SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER CARE AFTER 48 HOURS 3 TIMES, ONE DOUBT I HAVE PL DON'T MISUNDERSTAND ME THAT IN RELIANCE DISH 48 HOURS MEANS MORE THAN 4 DAYS, WHY THIS DOUBT MY COLLEAGUE HAS ALSO THE SAME EXPERIENCE, ANYWAY I HAVE NOT YET SOLVED THE PROBLEM ALSO I AM NOT INTERESTED TO CONTINUE THE SAME.WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN DON'T DO THIS TO ANY BODY IT IS A HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOUR END.

                                        Unfortunately I am using Reliance Digital TV card no.[protected]. From 04/06/2014 it stopped working and then I complained to customer care about the same and they told me that it will be resolved within 48 hours and gave me a complaint number i.e.[protected] on dated 09/06/2014. From that day i am calling every day to customer care but they lie me every time give false assurance that the problem will be resolved within the same day or the very next day.
                                        But till date problem is not rectified.

                                        Please do needful to rectify the same.
