I AM RELIANCE BIG TV CUSTOMER FROM LAST 3 YEARS[protected], I AM UNABLE TO VIEW CHANNELS. CONTINUOUSLY GETTING ERROR 400.BUT THE WEATHER IN NAGERCOIL IS ABSOLUTELY CLEAR AND SUNNY, THIS MONTH 3RD FULL DAY I TRIED TO CONNECT TO CUSTOMER CARE AND MONDAY SUCCESSFULLY CONNECTED,[protected].ONE LADY ATTENDED MY CALL, IN BETWEEN I THINK I AM A DEFAULTER OF A FINANCE COMPANY THEY CALLED ME FOR THE DUE PAYMENT, ANYWAY I GOT A COMMITMENT OF 48 HRS TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM, AGAIN I SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER CARE AFTER 48 HOURS 3 TIMES, ONE DOUBT I HAVE PL DON'T MISUNDERSTAND ME THAT IN RELIANCE DISH 48 HOURS MEANS MORE THAN 4 DAYS, WHY THIS DOUBT MY COLLEAGUE HAS ALSO THE SAME EXPERIENCE, ANYWAY I HAVE NOT YET SOLVED THE PROBLEM ALSO I AM NOT INTERESTED TO CONTINUE THE SAME.WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN DON'T DO THIS TO ANY BODY IT IS A HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOUR END.
