I have recently shifted from one area to another in Hyderabad and the HD channels are suddenly not coming properly. I called customer care several times and emailed them too. My issue is not addressed and they are suggesting me to downgrade the pack because the HD channels are not coming. I have subscribed for an year and it is only 2 months over. When I ask them to refund the money, they say it is not possible. They are playing with my money....

This weather condition problem occur in my dish tv for past 3 weeks. I'm Ganesh Raam from chennai. My smart card no.[protected]. I called customer care. But there is no response in your customer care. I recharge Rs. 325 for this month. But i not have been enjoyed. Please take this complaint & take immediate action. Otherwise just give my money of Rs. 1500 which i gave for installation....

I had registered a complaint of low signal quality yesterday i.e. March 20, 2014 morning. Reliance Digital TV customer care representative told me that they will send a technician in a day. I have paid for a connection on Feb 2013, after alot of complaining and following up they finally installed Big TV in NOv 2013, I have asked for a refund but they have offered me 3 months free connection.

All fake promises, they gave me a second hand connection that was in some body elses name and no offer on that connection as well.

Complained several times but no use.
