Hello Sir/Ma'm, My name is Srinivas Vaidya my smart card number[protected]. I recharged my a/c with 100 Rs. on 17th Aug 2013 and requested to activate Sports-I add-on pack the customer care guy gave me the details and told that it will cost 56 Rs. I confirmed the request and He activated it. After activation my tv screen also splashed this message. Everything was going fine until yesterday when i try to tune in to one of the sports channel which i subscribed, to my horror all the sports channels have been suspended within 15 days of the activation. When i raised the issue to the customer care they are saying that there had been 2 add-on packs which have been activated on my request and there is no sufficient balance to continue the service and further told that my balance is in negative. When i told them that i only requested single add-on pack they told me to hold the line and after sometime they told me that i did not cancel my previous pack as a result that pack has been auto-activated and told that nothing can be done to resume my services and told me to recharge again. One thing i found very annoying with customer care executives is that they always say customer is wrong and are not ready to take my complaint which is very insulting. I was shocked to see this kind of service from such a reputed company. I want immediate action on this issue otherwise i will further escalate this issue.

    Team, Regarding Smart Card No.[protected] From 30th August 2013, we are not able to view any hindi movie channels. Error code is 200, immediately we called the customer care number [protected] and got a very pathetic response from the customer care executives. We did all the troubleshooting as they guided but issue remained unresolved. We even ask them to send a technician and we will pay his charges but they denied. They directly disconnect the call as they have no solution. They have not even provided a complaint number. Spoke to ashok, akash, drisen, junani, varsha, vandana, jayendra, yogesh, deepchand, etc. I also have recorded the conversation with deepchand. Finally, today i selected option "speak to Customer Care Executive" and spoke to Rupendra who was quite sensible. As per discussion, he told me the issue should get resolved within 15-30 mins but due to some technical reasons its pending. But, he was also not able to give a deadline as to when the issue will get resolved. Can i get my issue resolve at immediatley??

      Service Request number[protected], Account Number[protected]. I have registered a complaint on dated 27th of July 2013 to change my setup box. Despite of several follow up the request still not resolved. It’s really a shame to be a such a big company where they can not resolved the problem within the time line even after the one month of given timeline. Also the charge for this continuously debited from my account despite I am not using the services. Could you please help us to get resolved the issue ASAP.

        On 1st of May 2013, I bought 2 reliance digital TV connection, one for myself and one for my neighbor from the nearest dealer from sultan palya locality. While buying I had clearly mentioned that the set top boxes are for two different houses and hence I got two different bills for the same. On 3rd of May 2013 an executive from reliance digital TV came to install the set top boxes. While installing the set top boxes, executive made it a multi connection by linking two set top boxes as parent and child should not be the case as both are two different houses this I was not aware off. Because of this issue I and my neighbor are facing lot of problems recharging the same and upon that I am changing my house in coming month, and we cannot be in the multi connection setting. And my neighbor also doesn’t want to recharge because of his children exams and hence I’m not able to watch TV. So I reported this issue to reliance digital TV customer care several times and complained about it but I get only one response saying, we cannot do anything about it and asked me to contact the dealer. When I contacted dealer they blame it on the executive who installed it. When i reached out to executive he blames the dealer. Nobody wants to take the responsibility for the mistake committed and everybody is playing blame game. Frustrated by this attitude we have come to a conclusion that we will disconnect the reliance digital TV connection for its very poor service to customers. Before that though I should try to inform this to higher authority so this y the email. I’ve been complaining to supervisor at the reliance customer care and provided my feedback on the same many a times but no action has been taken on that front too.Feeling helpless i'm filling the complaint against reliance digital TV. There are many loop holes in the reliance digital TV one off the is mentioned above Other issue,we buy a package with certail channels we like. But reliance just blindly removes few channels without any infomation and replaces it by some channels which are very rarely watched. On enquirying customer care ther response is that replacement was done based on customer service which was not at all done.And the removed channels they put it in as Add on which shud be bought paying extra money.Bascially what i'm trying to say is these service providers have freedom of doing what ever they want and play around as there is no authority like a govt to have a watch or some kind off rule by govt body. As a common man its very frustrating and disturbing to bare all this and feel very helpless and being ruled.So request govt to take necessary action against the reliance digital TV specifically.

          As per the discussion of Reliance Big tv executive i made a application regarding re-installation of my D2H on a new address and they had given me a time period of 48 hrs. They told me that within the time period of 48 hrs your problem get resolved .But its been 5 days passed away , i did not get any call or message from their side .Even though i called in call center as well but i did not satisfied with their service . So its a humble request to the forum that please take strict action against them as soon as possible.             My name is Ritesh Mukund Parab. Customer ID / Smart Card ID[protected].My setup box is not worked from 11/08/13 to till date. I have made a complaint to Reliance Digital BigTV Toll free number [protected] on 13/08/13. Complaint reference number:[protected]. Nature of Complaint : Set Top Box not working.Even after 8 days they are not able to solve this problem.The team of Reliance bigTV only answered "OUR TECHNICIAN WILL BE COME TO YOUR HOME WITHIN 48 HOURS TO RESOLVE YOUR PROBLEM" but nobody was come till date.I have contacted to Reliance Toll free number daily from 13th,Aug 2013 to resolve this problem but i got same answer.

                To whomsoever it may concern. Hi, Connection Details: Smart Card Number:[protected] With respect to aforementioned smart card number, our Reliance Digital Tv service is disconnected since more than a week now. Cause: We were facing issue in our set top box. So we have called the local service provider through whom we have purchased the connection. As per his suggestion, we have recharged Rs. 500 and he has replaced the faulty Set Top Box. We found the replaced set top box too has issues, as it was not transmitting the audio. We called the same service provider and he has replaced it again with another set top box. Now, the reliance have deducted the amount and since the amount gone to -500Rs., the service is disconnected now. We have made lot of calls since a week and recent complaint no. is[protected]. Every person to whom we spoke have apologized and told that the amount will be refunded within 24 Hrs. So every day we called and spoke to new person, explained the scenario again and again and the same thing is being repeated. I want to know, for your improper management, for your faults, why the customer like us should suffer? I want reliance tv to refund the amount immediately and pat penalty for 1 week of harassment.                   i have facing a problem with big TV . from morning i have facing a problem .it continuously shows a error (signal lost error 400).

                  i called the customer care but they are giving the excuses only. i also talk their head but he doesn't give any reply about our problem. they all are taking our problem vary lineally.
                  tomorrow i will recharge my big TV and today i am facing this problem and customer care dint give us any reply.....

                  mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy set up box is not functioning. I have made complain on
                  customer care on 21st april at 7 a.m. I have been given assurance that
                  resolution will be done within 24 hours. again i have made call at 9.0
                  pm on 22 nd april despite of knowing that no service enginier works
                  after 9.30 customer care assured me that my complain will get resolved
                  before 7 a.m. of 23rd april. No body turned up on 23 rd april also . Wer
                  have got a call that u have to recharge we have recharged. but the
                  service enginier who have called us switched off his mobile. no. is
                  [protected]. What type of service reliance is giving. I am surprised with
                  the service as no body is taking up call on customercare [protected]. If
                  the call is getting
                  transfered to customercare executive either it is engaged or after 10
                  to 15 minutes nobody is picking up the phone. After getting frusted u
                  will have to dissconnect the phone. Should i throw my antena and setup
                  box as i think i am dealing with one of the worst coustomer service
                  provider in india.

                    My name is T. Bhaskar kumar residing at Miyapur, Hyderabad. My Reliance smart card No:[protected].

                    I would like to address an issue with you at this point of time.

                    At the time of first installation, I have paid 1520/- to the services engineer which includes additional cable charges (20/- per meter). I have enjoyed with the uninterrupted services for first six months.

                    When I was looking for recharge, my account is showing 170/- negative balance. Complained to customer care and they said that it was for extra cable and you pay the amount along with package charges so that we will refund you the 170/- back.

                    Hence I have decided to pay the amount and paid for annual package (1751 + 170 (-ve balance) = 1921/-) on 11th of this month . The same day, services were interrupted due to what so ever the reason. Registered a complaint, technician has visited our premises, issue was resolved. I got message from customer care that I have been charged 175/-. I have called to toll free number to confirm the same. Executive said 2 months is the warranty period with that service charges and within two months any complaint will be resolved without any additional charges. I have been agreed.

                    Yesterday again the same problem has occurred, technician attended, issue resolved. But once again 175/- has been charged. Registered complaint for the same with customer care. Executive said that it would be corrected within 72 hrs and charges will be wived off.

                    Surprisingly, today services of my account are suspended and asked me to recharge with 350/- to resume the services. And customer care executive is saying unless until I paid 350/- services can not be resumed.

                    I never expected such a poor services from an esteem organization. If this is the way that I have to tackle in next 12 months, I don't want to continue with Reliance. Please do the justice. Look forward to your support.

                    Reliance Digital — Irresponsibly

                    Hi

                    Futher to my compliant raised on 15' March on LG refrigirator(GRB652YSP) purchased from Reliance Digital.Ambiance Mall.Gurgaon.

                    No proper solution has been taken.When contacted the Floor manager Mr.Naman he infact gave us false promises of replacing the refrigirator after contacting the head office but instead Reliance is shrugging of their responsiblity to LG service center.

                    The purchase date on the bill shows 20/12/10,the delivery of the fridge was made after one month as
                    they had delivered a damaged fridge which had a big dent at the back.After so many chasing calls they
                    said they have handed the issue to LG and they would deliver a proper fridge .
                    Unfortunately they have brought 3 refrigerators where 2 of them were aslo dented and the third one as

                    not packed properly.We had no choice but to take the third one as we already had been waiting for the

                    fridge for a month to get our product after the loan approval and the payment was made.

                    The third one seems to have internal damages as it makes a Loud Popping (metal breaking) sounds
                    occassionally which is very alarming to me and my family.
                    Two technicians have visited our place and observed the fridge for 10 to 15 min and gave us their own

                    opinions as one says the PC needs to be changed and the other says the wheels were not fixed as no

                    technician visited after delivery of the fridge was made and the other reason for the sound might be

                    due to voltage and we might need a stabilizer.The technicians could not give the precise answer and

                    solution for the loud popping sounds.

                    We checked with our housomg society electrician about the voltage and he confirms that there no

                    problems regarding the voltage fluctuatoins. The fridge is a latest model is minimised to make soother
                    sounds.
                    It is very obvious that LG and Reliance are just fooling us by consuming time and are not ready to

                    replace the fridge as they have delivered a faulty piece.
                    I hope the Reliance stops playing blame games on LG and LG on Reliance and I hope the store Manager

                    wakes up from his sleep and calls me for an urgent solution before we proceed for a Legal action

                    according to Mumbai Jurisdiction for the waste of our time, money and harrasement caused.

                    I fully agree with this customer. Reliance Digital staff is least bothered on customer service. I bought one Philips 46 inch TV from Bangalore JP Nagar on Jan 28th, 2011. The TV was delivered to me on Jan 29th and a person came for installation on 30th Jan. Shocking the LCD TV did not have a wall mounting bracket and they said sorry we are out of stock and company did not send it to us. I spoke to the Philips service centre and they said it has been given to Relaince already. The blame Game started. After following up 10 times a day and speak to whos who in the store, finally it got installed after 9 days of purchase. The attitude of the staff is so casual that you feel sick going to Reliance Digital stores.

                    Since Morning I have been callling to check the price of AC in the JP Nagar store, Bangalore and the revert I am getting is we will get back to you soon. It seems they would take years to call back as they have excuse staff busy, staff on lunch, etc etc. I thought my earlier episode would have been one odd incident but after todays attitude it seems RELIANCE DIGITAL STAFF IS NOT BOTHERED ABOUT CUSTOMER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                    I bought a Voltas Air Conditioner from Reliance Digital,VIP Road Showroom on 22/12/2011but at the time of purchase the sales guy assured me that they will install the ac at my room at free of cost.On 23/12/2011 one person came for inspection and told me its a matter of wielding and glass cutting so advised me to do it from my end and left my home.Till then nobody has communicated to me but i spoke to them a few days after but they are avoiding the installation and saying to me to do it from my end as it would cost me cheaper.I can't understand the matter so it is very embarrassing from my end to fix up the installation leaving my job aside.

My set top box stop working on 5 august 2013 and I lodge a complaint no.[protected] dt. 9 august 2013. when I registered the complaint customer care executive told me that our operating system is not working..After repeated calls to the customer care, till now technician did not come. & now 7 days had been passed away.. but they have'nt done anything.. even though i call them they themselves end the call without listening properly.. & i m not satisfied with your service.. your service is not so good..

                          The problem towards my big TV setup box started and it suddenly stopped functioning. So I called the customer service that I am having a problem and the person told that a tech-support person will come and see what is wrong.
                          Next day the tech-support visited my place and saw and told that the problem was with the setup box it should be replaced Reliance DVR setup box’s are no longer working and we are replacing the DVR boxes so your box should be replaced the tech support person told he will be giving a free service for 8 months .so he told tomorrow he will be getting the new setup box.
                          So next day with the box a tech person showed up his name is (Satish Kumar) before activating the setup box he told that you have to pay 500 INR then only I will activate the setup box and I told the customer service person did not specified me to pay 500INR the person Satish Kumar is so unskilled and so rude he don’t have manners at all how to speak with the customers that to with the lady he is so inapprotate in behaving. I really felt so bad so please take immediate action on him (Satish Kumar).

                              My Reliance digital tv card no. is[protected]. My set top box stop working on 3 July and I lodge a complaint no.[protected] dt. 5 July but till date my problem is stand. when I registered the complaint customer care executive told me that our technician would contact you within 48 hour but these 48 hours have not been over yet. Whenever I called at customer care deptt I had given only assurance that our technician will contact soon but all in vain. I called their senior deptt first on dt. 13 July reference no. [protected] and then on15n July reference no. [protected] but they are helpless I heard only one line from them that sir We are escalating your problem nothing else.

                              When I called them on 19 July then I came to know that my complaint has been closed automatically. When I askek them why you have my closed complaint they do not have any satisfactory answer. I was forced to re-lodge my complaint and I did. I registered the complaint no.[protected] on 19 July and again I have been given assurance that technician will be at my home with in 48 hours but 48 hours have not finished yet. When this digitisation was launched we all have been assured that the world class service will be rendered to the customers if this is the world class service then I disappointed. I have a worst experience from this service provider. Earlier cable network system was much better then these service providers. Cable network people resolve the customer problem within 30 minuts after making a call to them.

                              I am fed up with this but helpless and really don't know when my problem will be resolved.

                                Reliance — Installation amount not received

                                I had applied for a reliance broad band connection.
                                I had submitted all the necessary documents needed by them along with the Cheque of 500/- as the one time installation charges.
                                The executive had assured me that the connection will be active in 7 days...But more that 2 months had passed and yet the connection was not active.
                                I had requested to cancel the connection.
                                The request was confirmed and the connection was cancelled.
                                I then requested for the 500/- Rs cheque...
                                It is almost more than 6 months now, i have not received the cheque...

                                Realiance Big TV is really a rubbish service provider . They dont have proper mechanism for user to change the plan.

                                Neither their never attended TOLL free number works nor their custmer representative comes on phone on the paid number service.

                                To change any plan u surely will have to lose 50-6 Rs every month on the paid number . I[censored] want to change ur plan through the never attended Toll Free number, u atlest wil hve to dial that number continuoiusly for 3-4 days.

                                This is the kind of service they provide. service .

                                I'm a valuable customer of reliance big tv from 1 year, my smart card # is[protected]. i have reloacted from lower parel to goregaon brought the dish along with me, Given a call to customer care asking for help, suggested for to recharge 350 towards installation. 10 days is already passed. but they haven't done , & when i call customer care today they says your balance is 250/- .                                   I am a house mom mother of tow babies, I dont have time to call at customer care and wait for several minutes wait for some one who gives me the same line every time. My problem is : my SET TOP BOX is not working since before 10th July however I complained on 10th July as by then it was fully non operational. I was assured a technician visit within 48 hrs I waited, no one came nor called so I called again to customer care was informed to wait 24 hrs more, again NOTHING, I called customer care 3rd time I was informed that by this Tuesday thats today 16th July a tech would come an d replace my set top box as it was not available with the dealer earlier and also I will get a refund to my account for the number of days my service has been interrupted. today when I called am getting same liners from customer care executive asking to wait for 24hrs more IO spoke to Supervisor SHIVA who had an attitude, saying me repeatedly things that I have heard. when I asked what will happen if I disconnected the service he said 'as we are not forcing you to disconnect the service hence you will not get any refund for your money that you have paid in advance for a year of subscription up till APRIL 2014'
                                  Am like WHAT?! am not receiving a service so Y shod I be paying for one and also not getting my hard earned money?!!!!
                                  and the most annoying part is no one has called me to inform the reason for the delay nor have the courtesy to apologize.
                                  PLEASE HELP ME!

                                  I had purchase a bigtv DTH from the local retail outlet with one year free offer pack i.e(Rs.2190/-). In the 3rd month of installing the DTH the service is discontinued. I am complained at the retailer and he recharged for another 3 months . Again the service interrupted and after my complain the retailer told me that there are no service from the company and he recharge for one month from his mercy.                                   I have recharged my Big TV account for Rs 1000 since I was shifting my house in chennai. SO for uninstallation and installation I was charged Rs 700. ALso previously I had balance of Rs 156 in my Big TV account. But mistakenly my account became Rs 0. I lodged a complaint in customer care on 21 Jan 2010 saying the reason and the complaint was lodged for it . They said it will be done in 48 hrs.. But till now it is 30 Jan still these people are saying the same thing. When I ask them to put me into a call to your boss they always have one answer that no body is there . ALready I have 5 complaint number in these 10 days saying the issue .

                                  As given instruction i have paid 1400 Rs. and recharged via internet on 14th May 2010. Now today (18 Aug 2010) when i called to customer care for
                                  balance inquiry then i came to know that my subscription is only for 10 months from May 2010 to Mar 2011 only. I want that i have recharge my TV for long term as per mention instructions so my subscription should be for 12 months i.e May 2010 to May 2011.

                                  I am a using Reliance DTH Big TV from last 4 yrs with customer id.[protected], every thing was alright untill my SET UP BOX stopped working. Parallell to this i have noted complaint to their Toll free no, on 19 June and the caller executive told and confirm thee resolution within 48 yrs of request initiated but nothing got right with their servers and no one is there to follow up the same at field level.
                                  Always call center executive marked/forwarded the complaint to field engineer for visit but as of now no one has came for visit neither some one confirmed the same. Then again call center executive assured to get the same resolved , again, same response,

                                    I had purchased BIG TV on 5-9-08 and they offered me a premium pack for 3 months (means due date is 5-12-08) but when i contact Customer Care they are fools every time when in ask them my balance they tell me a different balance, no two persons have same balance, when i tell them how to check balance on screen they tell me to send sms (BTVBAL[protected]) to 55454 and reply is every time invalid pin, they have worst system and worst services, Reliance BIG TV is a BIG mistake OF ADA Group they are theifs, they only want to earn money, customer is not value for them. they don't even try to act on customer complaints.

                                    My name is Mallesh Narra, bought BIG TV on 25th Jan, 09 and Installed in my home on 26th Jan, 09. In that time I did get channels from big Tv, installers told that after 1 hour you will get channels. But after one week also I did not get my channels. On 27th Jan, 09 called to big tv customer care and given a complaint, but they did not solve my problem yet. I have taken smart south pack value of Rs.2190/- . I called to the customer care every day 10 to 15 times, they told that "your offer code was not entered properly by the installers, we are forwading to our superiors and technical departmet, you will get channels today it self ( every day telling like this) but I did not get it.

                                    i am customer of BIG TV and my subscriber ID[protected]. I have paid 1700 Rs for six month of subscription of premium pack but it is still not configured and i am and able to watch any of the channels. Now, I have strong case o[censored]nethical practices against BIG tv - they are neither rectifying the problem nor returning my money. If I ask for refund I am told that we can not take the request and simply disconnect. Their Toll free number is hardly reachable and most of the time you have to call their chargable number. All complaints are closed without even confirming from me if it has been resolved. I have already spend more than 100 rs on just call leave apart the pain they are giving by such nasty service.

                                    Hamne reliance ka big tv 31may 2009 ko liya hai. par tabse leke aajtak woh bilkul hi thik se nahi chalta hai. Uska signal har 10 minute ke bad loss hota hai aur kahi bar to starting se lekar continue 1/2 or 1 hour tak woh signal hi catch nahi karta. isliye ham thik se tv nahi dekh nahi pate. complaint karne par bhi woh koi action nahi le rahe hai.                                     I Have Complant them last 24 sep.2009 for poor signal qualities they told me with in 48 hour's Engineers will contect you at your Home. At that time in my account there was balance Rs.144 and my account was valid 13 Oct. fast of all they cut my balance and now my validity is finished but my conection is not started yet. "So Please Help Me What To Do"

                                    my reliance bigtv has complaint. i have called them but they are not take any intrest on it.about 1 month it was complaint .customer officer said me to you can by another dth but they dont give the amout of my current dth. so please help me.

                                    I have applied for BIG TV connection on15-11-09and they told me a silver pack for 3 months and it will be activated within 07 working days but where as it has passed 08 days but no body has come with equipment for installation and while calling to customer service center no.[protected]/[protected] nobody is attending the call. Please do the needfull and take action against defaulter thanking to you.
                                    Two days ago I have activated Platinum Pack by calling to customer care BIG TV but still I haven't got any channels belonging to that pack. As I call second time the customer care executive is not responding in proper manner. Please help me...

                                    Cable DTH TV — Unsatisfactory Service Of Reliance Big TV

                                    I am B H Giridhar Shetty with the Smart Card No[protected] installed in September 2009 The Subscription term is going to end on 31st August 2010.While fixing the Antenna also they haphazardly fixed in a location in the house against our wish and by breaking the glass panes and also not utilizing the concealed cable connection meant for that.When objected they said they will do it on a later date if it absolutely necessary for us.In view of house repair, I requested them to set right their mistake.They did it before expiry of the plan.However they charged me in spite of my repeated complaint and request.Even the plan also they say it is suspended before due date and we are not being able to see our eligible channels.In the package also they show Tamil and telugu when our request was for Kannada channel.Why have they suspended few channels like zee kannada and etv from the package without our consent and ask for the payment for every thing before expiry of the plan.They even did not give the exact package which i had asked for in the beginning.

                                    Very poor service. We shifted from Bangalore to Kochi. From past one week we are struggling to get the services installed at Kochi without any sucess.

                                    Sir, On 18.05.2011 I shifted my residence from 3-E, Police Colony, Model Town, Delhi to H.No. 2182, Sec-07-A, Faridabad, Haryana. On the same day I request the authorities to re-install my Dish Big TV at the new address to facilitate my self for the sake of operation of the TV set. The request was lodged vide No.[protected]. Since then I am making requests continuously but nobody is listening me but assuring that the installation will be made shortly. I again request your goodself to kindly look linto the matter and re-install the Dish Big TV at the earliest at my new address. I have already deposited the amount as directed by the concerned officials. You are also requested to not to deduct the amount from my deposit for the period from 18.05.2011 till the re-installation of the Dish Big TV and oblige. kindly do it at the earliest as the members of the family are pressing hard for the same and oblige. Appropriate action may also be taken against the official who delayed the process.

                                      I hold a connection with Reliance Big, with subscriber id as[protected]. Due to renovation at home, we had removed dish on 13th May, 2013. After completion of work, I have registered a request for reinstallation on 18th June, 013. At that time customer care executive asked me to recharge my account with Rs 350/- (account balance is Rs.2100/-). She said engineer will call and visit in 48 hours, your connection will be active. I waited for 2 days, called on toll free no. on 20th June,2013, received the same reply engineer will call and soon your problem will be resolved.
                                      Till today I have spoken to
                                      1. Customer care executive Anuj on 21st June, 2013,
                                      2. Floor Manager-Ms. Varsha on 22nd June, 2013 – she assured that someone will definitely solve the problem, I asked her Sunday you people don’t work, so how will you solve my problem?, she said technicians can come on Sunday. But no one even attempted to call.
                                      3. Sr. Manager- Ms. Vandana on 24nd June, 2013 – she promised to get the problem fixed on the same day, nothing happened.
                                      4. Manager Ms. Heena today promised that my connection would be fixed today.
                                      I am really very upset with the kind of service provided by such reputed company. To fix a connection time required is only 20 mins. But none of the engineers have bothered to call so far to inform us how soon it will be fixed. Does it take 9 days to make a call and inform also?
                                      Now when I tell them to cancel my account and refund my money back, they give strange comments like they don’t have a refund option.

                                      Is Reliance taking customers for granted?

                                        This is to inform you that I have recharged reliance Big TV voucher on 29.03.13 for Rs.640.00 for 3months package with offer of 5% discount. On 22.06.13 I received SMS on my mobile that smart to be recharged before 25.06.13 to get uninterrupted services. Further on enquiry with the customer care it was explained that no discount was given to me.

                                        After I have recharged Rs.640.00 online on 29.03.13 through credit card and called consumer care to inform voucher recharged for Rs.640.00 and enable discount. It was informed to me that no recharged happened and account was not credited. Further I have complained with Big TV that my credit card was debited for Rs.640.00 but not recharged with Big TV and discount was not given. Further it was explained that due to technical error at Big TV the delay in getting the credit in the account. Subsequently my complaint was resolved.

                                        Please note that these companies are playing with small consumers in the name of discount offer encouraging recharging with higher amount and ultimately cheating the customer without discount.

                                        Please look into the same and does not happen with other consumers.

                                        savings voucher — not received offer

                                        I have been flodded with daily sms from LM book club about a savings voucher no:M82657 worth Rs. 5197/-but there seems to be no signs of its promised delivery!
                                        Is it a hoax? If not, am hopeful of being a lucky one...and no unsavoury T&C as riders plz.

                                        Reliance Big TV — Non credit of recharge from credit card

                                        I had recharged Rs 500 from my citibank credit card on 4 feb 2010 at 2.30 pm but reliance big tv does not credit it buy saying we did not get and not solving the problem & I also have transaction ID no and Citi bank has given me written letter that they have paid the money to reliance big TV.

                                        2 years happen i am giving compliant in reliance office about our 700 recharged card which was taken by the man who is coming to set a dish on saying that he has to do recharged from office but till he has not done recharged and giving bad service
                                        Worst service provider from my experience.never buy it.
