Dear sir/madam, My name is bharathkumar r/o keelkattlai, chennai . I have been using the services of your Reliance Big TV[protected]. I am facing Lots of problems in watching television, as the services are not available. No signal at all. I called the customer care department, but there is no response at all. Never reaches a customer representative at all.This experience is really pathetic with a brand name such as Reliance.I would really appreciate if the company takes some concrete action.If the Problem is not resolved after this complaint i am bound to take legal action against your company like consumer forum.bharathkumar [protected]

    I have problem in my big tv connection due to this i am not able to see tv 4 last 4 weeks.I tried calling customer care but ended up wasting my 2 hours...There is no response at all.Ive bcum mad listening to their excuses that all engineers are busy attending other calls.Is this the way ual respond to your customers?..verrry poor service.Sorry to say but I would advice people not to opt for reliance digital service!!!...

      we have compliant for changing set up box in customer care he had told within 48 hrs we can solve our problem. but your technician does not come in this period we can call customer care number but no one receive call appx. 1 hours we try to contact customer care but we can not talk to him due to not connect there number. kindly lookout on this serious matter pls provide us set up box as early as possible. our set up box no is[protected]. kindly do needful for getting setup box as early as possible. i also want know why customer care no. is not connected and no body receive a call.

        My Self Prasad from Thane West-Mumbai, using Reliance digital TV since 1year, since 2 days I am not able to view the channels it says signal lost error, I am fed up of calling to your toll free number[protected] and[protected], its coming always busy or not responding, since 2days I am calling and I am not getting any answer kindly solve this issue if my complaint is not solved in a day I would like to disconnect my Reliance TV .             I am totally dissatisfied by the customer service of this company...sice 3 days my set top box is having problem..i cannot view a single channel...apart from this...when i want to contact the customer care...half n hour waiting..and that too since 3 days..i just want to disconnect this service...god knows what they what from us? looting customers..i have been standing to their stupid IVC since 3 days just to register a complaint so that i can get my set top box working fine again...my smart card number...[protected]

            please take an immediate action to their irresponsible behaviour to the customers...

            what sort of company is this, once you equip their instrument in the house...rest of the time..you keep on calling the customer care so that atleast we can view some channels...

              I have a reliance big tv connection. For the past two months now I have been complaining about the default in service by no one has attended to us. When we registered the complaint with the customer care they sent the executive who told us hat the set top box was to be replaced. Since then till now we have been waiting for the set top box, have registered so many reminders and complaints but have been told THAT THE SET TOP BOX IS NOT AVAILABLE AS IT IS IN SHORT SUPPLY! We have been wondering how such a huge service provider cannot have enough set top boxes? Amazingly the new connections are being given at the drop of a hat. The other day when we posed to be a new customer we were told that we can get a new connection in a few hours??? I am surprised how can a company of this stature resort to such mean practices where a new customer is handled and the old ones are not even heard??? When we wrote to the customer care we were told we could shift to any other but no money would be refunded or adjusted. I want to know when will the services resume? Why should I pay at two places???                 Hello, We had been using Reliance Big Tv (Smart Card number:[protected], in Coimbatore.But 2 years back(2012 September) we had shifted to Mumbai. Now, we are back in Coimbatore, and I tried connecting the set top box and recharged it with an amount of Rs.170. I got a receipt for the payment(AMIP[protected], and the name and other account details are getting correctly displayed in the receipt. So, I guess that the account is not terminated. But, we are not getting any channels, and its showing the message Error 400: Weather condition problem. When I had tried contacting your customer care, no one is picking up the calls. Kindly let me know the status of my connection. If it is still active, kindly resolve this problem of Error. Otherwise, please refund back my money. Hoping for a quick response from your side.

                      After getting tired of waiting endlessly over phone to register complaint of mal-functioning on my Reliance Big TV service (Card No.[protected] Consumer:C V Malik), I lodged an email complaint to their Customer Services on 12th April 2014. On 14th April, their service personnel turned up and having diagnosed set-top box problem - he replaced the existing set top with an old set top (which he carried) and asked me to make an online payment of Rs.500 towards cost of set top box replacement. Thereafter I received SMS messages from Reliance Big TV advising me to deposit Rs.479 to my account. I did the online deposit of Rs 500 to my account which was acknowledged by Reliance vide an email giving me receipt ID number at 9.40am of 14th April The TV services resumed after 12 hours but only for a few hours. Thereafter I am getting SMS message after message to deposit Rs.4498 to my account. Not only my DTH services have been suspended, even the emails are going un-replied and my calls to Reliance Big TV are getting blocked deliberately as the system asks me to punch the Smart card number. I must say that Rs.500 is not a big price to pay for learning a lesson on how this company makes money the easy way. Definitely, I will quit Reliance Big TV and have no association with Reliance Group in future, I hereby demand an investigation into how can Reliance Big TV keep issuing receipts for money paid by consumer without specifying the narration for adjustment for such money or issuing an invoice for its adjustment ??

                            Hello Team, I am writing this regarding the Reliance Big TV with Number[protected]. I had raised a request regarding the signal Lost 404 error. One person with name Rajesh came and checked and observed that there is joint for the cable which has been added by your representative during the installation time. And the person who came asked Rs.150 to add the pin instead of joint, I told I won’t give as I was told not to give by customer care representative then he went out saying we won’t be able to do it. It was not even one month passed after installing the dish. Now I got a message saying your request is closed and 175 has been deducted. Please check it from your end as there was no service provided for me and it is taking 30 min to connect to customer care which is a worst condition where I could not see in any other network. I really felt bad for taking reliance dish.

                                Reliance is giving very bad services to consumers. I have booked a complaint 5 days back saying my set-top box is not working and I am still following up with Reliance Big TV customer care representatives. My smart card number is[protected]. Everyday when i am calling customer care i am getting a reply that a technician will visit me TODAY or TOMORROW morning. And from last five days i am getting the same reply. I feel like cheated. When i booked the complaint, I was told that the technician will visit and REPAIR if possible, otherwise will replace it. Now they are giving me reason that the set top boxes are out of stock. I would like to know - for a technician to visit and repair an existing set-top box, is it necessary to have a brand new set-top box? Otherwise, to replace with a new set-top box, why do you need a technician? You can courier it to me. I can connect it with the cable. I am highly dis-satisfied with your service and my advice to others here is - NEVER EVER PURCHASE RELIANCE BIG TV
                                reliance customer care executives give false information when i call. Each time when i am calling them, i came getting unrelated set of answers.

                                      i subscribed under the scheme in which the offer was to pay for 10months at a time but get the subscription for 12months.i clicked on the offer and paid the amount through net banking for 10months under the scheme on may 26th 2013.As per the offer i must get the reliance digital t.v services till may 25th 2014.But all of a sudden today they disconnected my service.when i called the customer care they said that my amount was not taken under the offer and they just used my money as 10 months subscription.why is this happening.i need the reply.why will anyone pay 10months subscription in advance without having any benefit.i need the reply.when i click on the offer and pay there that means i am paying under the offer.why will they take the amount under normal subscription.is this the way to cheat the customers.i never expected a big company like reliance to cheat its customers in this way.pls see this matter and rectify the fault at your end.

                                        This is so unfortunate that we are using Reliance Digital Services. If anyone has to give example of BREACH OF TRUST, they should talk about Reliance employees. Though its a small theft but your employees cheat every other day. We called reliance customer service (after a wait in the que for about 30 minutes) and your lazy so called engineers were sent to rectify the problem. The problem was that the set top box switch off on its own. What he was doing was just wanted to change every dam thing from wire to set top box.., Charger. He could not understand the root cause of the problem. Finally he did something with the wire, pretended he has solved the problem and went away. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED. We called them again, 2 guys (one name was Rajesh) came to see the things, did not change the set top box, but your Brilliant people deduct INR 500 for it. Finally we stopped getting the services and called them back, and we came to know your set top box was changed... Can you tell me WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON? After chasing them and calling them these were the 2 requests raised. [protected] [protected] I am not sure if there is any auditing authority over you and I am certainly going to spread a very negative word of mouth for Reliance. However, people already know reliance is a CHOR company. Do the needful or else ready for the music

                                        Finally the set top box was changed. I hope the problem would not occur again. But surprisingly engineer wanted to change even the charger earlier and he had no answer to "WHY?"
