Dear sir/madam, My name is Brijesh Kumar sharma . I have been using the services of your Reliance Digital TV[protected]. I submit a Complaint before one weel Since then I am facing Lots of problems in watching television, as the services are not available. I called the customer care department, but the response was shocking for me as they told me that there is no Error. This experience is really pathetic with a brand name such as Reliance.So your are requested to pl. resolve my reliance big TV Problem.and one more thing i will have to explain to you that its very poor service getting from reliance big TV support team. I would really appreciate if the company takes some concrete action. If the Problem is not resolved in Next some days after this complaint i am bound to take legal action against your company like consumer forum. Brijesh Kumar Sharma [protected]

My name is Brijesh kumar sharma and I have been using the services of your Reliance Digital TV Smart card no. is[protected]. I think Reliance digital big tv service is very poor and Reliance digital big tv customer care service is very very slow and poor. Mai to yahi kahunga ki market me anako DTH available hai Reliance digital tv na kahriden warna rona padega. This is my opinion. I am suffering from this problem.

    Yesterday (31-Oct-13, 6:15 pm) my services were suddenly stopped by Reliance Digital TV showing Error-102 Smart Card Pairing Error ( smart card number[protected]connection purchased in January-2012). When i called Customer care centre at[protected], they told me that my smart card is not paired with the set top box, and it will charge Rs. 400. for pairing otherwise i would not get my services back. On asking the reason for this, they said that i must have changed the set top box, but it was changed by their Service engineer in April-2013. Where is my fault in all these things, i paid at time of purchasing the connection and paid for annual subscription also, why should i suffer with Rs 400 in this technical fault of Reliance Digital TV. for your information, They have already deducted Rs 400 to resume my services.

    Actually, I have not used my tv since months and get my installation done again at same place with charges of Rs. 350 and I recharged 360 for the same and they deducted money per day before intallation. It doesn't make any sense deducting money before installation. I talked to cus. care and they asked me to recharge with 260 to resume the service (my current package is Rs. 225) and I recharged. It has been started working on the same day and the next day Reliance Digital TV showing Error-102 Smart Card Pairing Error ( smart card number[protected]. When i call cus. care centre at[protected], they told me that my smart card is not paired with the set top box, and it will charge Rs. 400. for pairing otherwise i would not get my services back. On asking the reason for this, they said that i must have changed the set top box, but it was not changed since i purchased it. why should i suffer with Rs 400 in this technical fault of Reliance Digital TV.This is very worst experience with reliance they are charging Rs. 1010 (350+260+400), they are making foolish their customer it is not affordable to resume the service they already charged too much for installation and it doesn't make sense to spend Rs. 400 more for pairing without any reason. They didn't tell me before installation that it will be charged Rs. 400 otherwise I am not stupid to spend lots of money on old reliance digital tv rather than a new connection with 3 months free.       ID:[protected] My ID is activated is for 6 months, However, My Tv is showing error 200 and i am unable to view the TV since last four days, registered my complains more than 10 times to customer care, and every operator is asking for 1/2 hour for service to start but it doent happened since last four days.Fed up of extrement poor customer support.Pathetic Service, i want my recharge amount back so that i can swith the worst digital tv in the world and dump my existing set up

      I RECHARGED MY BIG TV SIM FOR ONE YEAR ON THE DATED 21/02/2014. BUT TODAY IT'S NOT WORKING AND SHOWING ONE MESSAGE "ERROR 200 UNSUBSCRIBED CHANNEL". STILL THERE ARE 10 MONTHS BUT IT DON'T KNOW WHY IT'S SHOWING THIS MESSAGE AND SINCE THREE DAYS I AM TRYING TO CONTACT ON THIS NUMBER [protected], BUT NO USE. IF YOU CAN HELP ME IN THIS THEN PLEASE DO SOMETHING.

        Dear Sir/Madam, I called Reliance customer care no. on 18/10/2013 for signal loss issue & told to note the complaint for Smart Card No.[protected]; reply was that the engineer will visit in next 48 hours. Then I called again on 22/10/2013 inquiring for the same; reply was, the complaint is not registered, so I requested to note the complaint again & the same thing was told that engineer will visit in next 48 hours. Till today i.e. 25/10/2013 07:35 PM complaint is not solved. Thank You.

          I have spent so much time on calling your center and typing the entire case history, I think you should spend some time in going through the mail and listening to few call recordings. Hope to see a positive response and a proper resolution to this mail and calls. Smart Card #[protected] No of Complaints Registered - 5 Case ID's[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] 5th Case Id was not shared to me and i was supposed to get an SMS alert on the same. Which I have not received. Issue - Replacement of Setup Box and Smart Card without the old box and card. Initially on 16th of Oct, i spoke to your Call Center Executive Ms.Vandana Kumari, and informed her that the set box was completely damaged and need a replacement. Specifically asked her if there is an option for cash on delivery and she confirmed that there is no option for the same and I had to recharge Rs 900 for the same card[protected] on 17/10/2013 I recharged the card for Rs 900 at 12:12:49s AM (Midnight). Receipt no # AMPI43884033 and Transaction Reference #49698303. Authorization Code – MUTI[protected]. Payment Mode – Net Bank – Axis Bank. On 17/10/2013, I spoke to Call Center Executive Mr. Manjunath and informed him about the recharge and he confirmed that he was able to see the recharge amount and the change of address. I have confirmed that if I will be receiving the new set top box and the smart card and he confirmed the same. Somebody from called me that he is from Reliance big TV came to my house without the set top box or the card and informed me that I was supposed to pay him Rs 300 in cash as the old set top box was not available as it was discarded and he wanted me to speak to the Call Center Executive and inform the same. I requested him to stay while I speak to the Call Center Executive and he was not willing to stay and he said once he receive the approval he will come back and deliver. On the same day I spoke to Vandana Kumari, and informed her that the executive who visited my house is asking for the old set top box and he will not replace the set top box and the card till he gets the old set top box or I have to pay Rs 300.when this was informed to Vandana even she was zapped for a movement and Vandana transferred the call to escalation team and I spoke to Mr. Rakesh and confirmed that he is escalated the case and I will get a replacement of new set top box and smart card within 24hrs. I called up the person who had come home and informed him that it is escalated and they have informed that I don’t have to give the old box and asked him to deliver it and he said that once he gets an update he will deliver the same. Abruptly the case was closed without the resolution and every time I called them I had to provide the address and alternate no. I spoke to Call Center Executive Mr.Manoj Kumar and asked him to transfer the call to Mr Rakesh from escalation team which he didn’t do and I had to explain him the complete case history to him and informed him that the local guys is asking for R300 again. He could not understand what I was saying and again I had to explain the case history to Manoj, and he asked about the technician name (Satish) and the ISP name which I dint know, as the technician was not willing to share the ISP name and I gave him the name (Satish) and number [protected] / [protected]. He confirmed that he will escalate and if he is asking for money, Manoj informed me to call the customer care if they ask for extra money apart from the recharge. On 18/10/2013, I spoke to Call Center Executive Praveen and asked for Rakesh from escalation team and he never transferred and I informed him that the case is closed without providing a resolution and Praveen suggested that he will raise a new request, even after requesting many times he never transferred the call. I had to sit and explain him the complete case history again to Praveen. He also confirmed that I don’t have to pay another Rs 300. The Rs 900 is charged only to replace them with a new set. Please note that on each and every call I had to give them my address and alternate no which is [protected]. After raising the ticket I asked him to put me across to Rakesh and he refused to transfer the call and I informed him that if it not replaced then to refund my Rs 900 which he accepted for the refund of the money I paid and ended the call. On 18/10/2013 I spoke to Call Center Executive Ms.Ashwini, the same day the within couple of hours the case was closed as it was closed informing that I was not ready to pay, however I had already made the payment on 17th midnight as mentioned earlier. I had to explain the complete case history to her again. She wanted to raise the another complaint again and she said within 48hrs a technician will be sent across for a replacement and if it is not I don’t receive the replacement and I need a full refund and she confirmed that the same has been updated in the records. On 19/10/2013 I spoke to Call Center Executive Ms. Krishnaveni, I asked her to transfer the call to escalation team Rakesh and she transferred the call to Rakesh and I informed him that both the cases has been closed and informed him that the technician is asking for Rs 300 as the old set top box is not available and Rakesh asked me to conference the technician (Sunil), Both Rakesh, Sunil and i were on call, Rakesh confirmed that set top box and card has to be replaced without the old box. Rakesh informed Sunil that they have to replace both and Sunil wanted Rakesh to confirm from his managers if it can be processed and sometime confirmed Sunil that it has to be replaced. Sunil wanted to verify with his manager if it can be processed without the old set top box and informed him that an approval mail has to be sent, which Rakesh informed that the mail has already been sent and Sunil confirmed that he will replace the set top box and card. On 21/10/2013 I spoke to Call Center Executive Mr Raghavendra and asked him to transfer the call to Rakesh from escalation team and I was transferred to Mr.Roopanjan and I had to tell him the complete case history again, and he informed me that a mail has been sent to the head of the technical department that the issue is still pending asking him to handle and close the case and confirmed me that max by 22nd, it should be resolved. I confirmed him that I don’t have to pay extra and he confirmed me that I don’t have to pay anything extra to the technician as I had already made the payment. On 23/10/2013 I spoke to Call Center Executive Mr Afsar and informed him that the case is closed without a resolution and clarify on the same and Afsar confirmed me that he will ensure to deliver the box and card as he has already sent a mail regarding the same. I asked him to transfer the call to Rakesh from escalation team and I was transferred to Ms. Veena, confirmed that it has been escalation team and asked me to wait till the end of the day and she will get it delivered on the same day. I informed that it will not be resolved and I need a refund. She repeated the same to wait till the end of the day and I asked her to transfer the call to Rakesh and she told that once the call is transferred she will not be able to transfer the call again; she says the same please wait and she will escalate. I told her to refund and again she says the same to wait. Again she says the same to wait till the end of the day. I disconnected and called back again as she was not helpful. On 23/10/2013 I spoke to Call Center Executive Ms.Anitha and asked her to transfer the call specifically to Rakesh from Escalation but I was transferred to Mr. Girish as Rakesh was not available, I asked for a refund, he said he will take the case personally and see to that it is resolved and he will escalated, he promised that how many ever days I dint have the service he will refund, He promised me to get it delivered within 48hrs, and canter guys confirm that they have already sent a mail and the ISP guys say that they haven’t received the mail. He confirmed that the old set top box is not needed as I have already paid Rs 900. Finally he says that there is no stock and he promised that I will get a replacement by tomorrow and he ended the call. On 24/10/2013 I spoke to Call Center Executive Mr Roopanjan, he was trying to probe me on the case and I had to explain the complete case history, he confirmed that as per company’s provision, if the customer is not able to old set top box and the smart card, then it has to be replaced directly without the old set top box, I asked him to transfer the call to Center Head, as he was not available and was out for lunch(I am sure that he dint want to take the call and the agent was asked to inform that I will get a call back), Roopanjan informed me that he will ask the center head to call me on my alternate no within the end of day and I am still waiting for the call from the center head.

          On 30/10/2013 I spoke to Call Center Executive Mr. Raghavendra, He repeated the same . to wait for another 24hrs and he will send the technician and the replacement will be done within 24hrs and then he transferred my call to Mr Praveen from escalation team
          Team, and he said it will replaced in 24hrs and then he says they don’t have stock (Set Top Box and Smart Card) and even he also confirmed that the old box and is not needed. He suggested to wait for 24hrs and then he was very sure that the replacement and they take necessary actions against the technician, I challenged him to take up a challenge, if it is not replaced as per his commitment, I asked him to give me free subscription of all the channels for 6months or refund my Rs 900, as expected, he did not take up the challenge and informed me that it will be solved and to wait for 24hrs, which didn’t happen anyways, I knew that I will not be getting a replacement.

          I received a call from MS Joytsna (+[protected] and enquired if the case is solved and I informed her that it is still pending and she asked me if I want a refund or replacement, I confirmed that either ways is fine with me and she said she will get back to and it will be resolved with in 48hrs, I am still waiting for an update.

          This particular complaint was registered on 25th October, however the actual complaint was registered on 16th, when all the details have been given, i dont understand why their is so much of a delay to sort this out. if the same is not resolved, the complaint and the responses along with the call recordings will be shared on all social media sites and groups.

          Hope to see a quick resolution at least.
          The complaint copy was copied to Nodal Officer as well, for which he never bothered to take necessary action (Guess he is in a deep sleep)

          It will be better if i get a full refund and close this case once for all.

            I am Customer of Your Reliance Big TV My Smart Card no[protected] Mr Shinde M [protected], [protected] I facing Error 400 on 18 /10/2013 so I Change my Setofbox on 20/10/2013 Then I facing Problem Error 102 they told we will solve Tomorrow then whenever I called They told we will do it Tomorrow now they said Wait for 4 days we will solve with in 4 days now your 4 days is over so again I called they again told Tomorrow. they told we already send your compliant to nodal office your office which don;t have your contact no I feel really bad about the type of service you are getting from such a reputable company which gives the service like this which does not give the customer satisfactory service. the company gives very third class facility. I Request Give me my money Back or Solve it today

We tried to contact you on 9271880750 today; however, we were unable to reach you As checked in our records, the Set Top Box is replaced and also the pairing issue is resolved. We have updated and paired the correct Set Top Box ID SHWSTC190009054 against to your Smart Card number. Once pairing is done respective Smart Card will work with corresponding paired Set Top Box. If Smart card inserted in a different Set Top Box then service will not work. Assuring you of our best services always. Thank you for choosing Reliance.               I am a customer to reliance Digital TV. My customer service No. is[protected]. I am in Rajahmundry town, East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh. I have given number of complaints for the last 1 1/2 month to its customer care. But of no use. I am getting error 400 on the screen. I am fully dissatisfied with its company service. My home address is N. SARVALAKSHMI, w/o. N. RAVI SANKAR, M.com., B.L., advocate, Flat No. G-3, Srimithra residency, Adarshnagar, Near) Railway High School, Rajahmundry, I fully vexed up with the service of Reliance digital TV. I have not even recharged my account. Now I feel that I did a mistake by choosing Reliance digital TV connection.                 I have been using Reliance Digital TV (BIG TV) connection since more than 3 years. My customer ID is[protected]. On 27th Sept'13, due to some technical snag my set up box stopped working. We raised complint to customer care on the same day & our complaint ID is[protected]. My problem has not been resolved till today (19.10.13) & I am not able to see the channels. I have been calling on the customer care number on daily basis (Atleast twice) but yet no technician has come to solve the problem. I have also contacted Nodal officer via email multiple times but he is not even replying my mails. I am exhausted contacting the customer care & listening the same answers form their customer care executive. We so much regret our decision to choose Reliance DIgital TV.                   I Nagesh Palekar My customer id is [protected] i was complaint 10-15 times from last month but till date nobody come to check. call center person always said that technician will come today confirm. but always it false. i said that my problem is dist antenna not fix properly by the technician but every time they said that setup box is out of stock so we cant do anything.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I have a reliance big TV connection on which i was getting Error 400 a regular interval of time, for which i have registered a complaint (Request No.[protected] on 26th Sep 2013 and for which your technician visited on 27th Oct 2013. As per him there is problem with the set top box and he left saying that he will come again with a new one. But he didn't responded after that time and i got message of request closed on 30 Sep 2013. Again when i called at your customer care center to ask about the status of my complaint, reply from your side is that we are having a shortage of the STB at the regular center, so we will arrange the STB from any other center and it will be free of cost because my STB is under the warranty period. On 8th Oct 2013 the technician from another center came to my house with OLD STD and replace it with my new STB because of that the problem coming earlier have increased and also some other problem starts coming to the signal (like low volume, slow response of the remote, time taken between changing channels increased etc.) and he also didn't asked for the money. The very next day on 9th Oct 2013 i was getting ERROR 200, and when i called at your customer care center i was told that your account is gone in negative balance because of which your services are being suspended. After inquiring about the reason they told me that your STB is being replaced and you haven't paid the money. Queries:- 1. If there is problem with the STB then why the problem is coming after replacing the STB. Upto my technical knowledge if a faulty equipment is replaced then the system should run without any error if the problem is coming again that means the replaced equipment is not the faulty one. 2. I have registered complaint on 26th Sep 2013 and my warranty end at 28th Sep 2013, that means the equipment was in warranty when i raised the complaint. 3. If there was any kind of charges applicable to me then it should either being informed from your executive or your technician. But none of them informed and just added Rs.500 in negative balance. 4. Who will be responsible for the loss of signal from the past 15Days? With the faith in Reliance i have applied for the One Year subscription in advance but sorry so say the unprofessional behavior from your side has let my faith down. Please do the needful.                       I am a Reliance DTH customer for the last 3 years[protected]. This is a parent connection. I recently (two months back) got a child connection. Child connection the platinum pack would cost 1753/-, I had a balance of 419, so asked me to recharge 1334/- and call back. On the same day, Oct. 5th and I had recharged 1350/- and called back after 15 min but it dint reflect. I gave a complaint - SR no.[protected]. Even after 6 calls it was still not solved. 11th Oct - I call and they say you have to recharge for Rs. 80, you have less balance On 12th, I recharge for 100/- call back but same story it is not reflecting. Call again. Same story continues and they swindle money Supervisor name - Arjun R. I have enough evidence to sue this company in consumer court

                        Dear, My card No.[protected]. My account has been suspended since Saturday, September 21, 2013 morning. 1. I have recharged for 1 year on July 08, 2013 and next recharge date July 02, 2013. Six day less. 2. Made complaint for smart card error on 3/8/2013. Technician visited home and changed set up box. 3. For set up box replacement, I have recharged with 520 Rs on 15/8/2013 through net banking. 4. On 21/9/2013 account suspended and reason for that technician visited my home and replaced the adaptor and cables. 5. On behalf of me customer care person made refund request of Rs 491 (No.[protected] on 21/9/2013. 6. I have received massage again on 02/10/2013 that account suspended and plase recharge Rs. 491 to resume service. 7. On 04/10/2013 again received massage, that dear reliance digital TV customer, your service request no[protected] is closed. Thrust the issue was resolved to your satisfaction. Thank you. 8. I have contacted customer care and same was verified by customer care. 9. I have told please add days from 21/9/2013 to till date in my next recharge date. They replied I have added 13 day and your next recharge date is 15/7/2014. 10. On next day i.e. 05/10/2013, again I have received massage, that dear reliance digital TV customer service for you’re a/c No.[protected] are suspended please recharge Rs 491 to resume services. Ignore if already recharged 11. Again I have talk with customer care and he replied that request has not been closed. You have got wrong information. 12. They give new service request for refund on 05/10/2013 and give assurance that problem will be resolve within 3 days. 13. I have one more time received massage of Dear reliance digital TV customer, your service request no is[protected]. Thank you. 14. On 07/10/2013 i.e. today I received call from [protected] and I have explain my problem and given both the service request nos. i.e.[protected] and[protected]. She replied I will check and respond later. Reliance big TV has 360 days of year. Once received massage and confirmation from customer care that service request has been closed. On next day new service request generated and wrong information provided by same team member. Still I do not know when service has been solved and number of days added in my next recharge date.                         I have contacted customer care and they give assurance that problem will be resolved within three days i.e. by Monday October 07, 2013.

                        I have again contacted customer care Monday evening i.e. October 07, 2013 with Mr. Girish and other person. They told that problem will be resolved within 24 hours.

                        As service has been suspended from 21/9/2013 and today is 08/10/2013. That means 18 days has been taken to resolve the problem. Still I am not getting service.

                        Now, as per your mail regarding detail investigation then, how many days it will take to solve the problem?

                        Still you expect that to co-operate with you.

                        Kindly provide except date and time to solve my problem as well as add days from 21/09/2013 to till close of request in my next recharge date.

                          Dear, My card No.[protected]. My account has been suspended since Saturday, September 21, 2013 morning. I have recharged for 1 year on July 08, 2013 and next recharge date July 02, 2013. After that on August 03, 2013 problem with setup box (request no.[protected] and same was closed. For that I have recharged 520 Rs on August 15, 2013 (175 Rs for service charge and 336 Rs for setup box replacement) and same was confirmed by customer care many times during communication through phone as well as I have received the massage. Although refund request on behalf of me by customer care (Service request No.[protected] to my account was made on September 20, 2013. I have call many time regarding the problem since September 20, 2013 morning. The customer care person (Rakesh, Pravin, Sarsavati etc.) every time tell problem will be resolved within 24 hours and we have forwarded the request to billing department and senior person. Now, I am wondering how much long is 24 hours of reliance big TV. If it too long then 1 year recharge date should also be longer. But as per my recharge with 1 year, I found is 6 days less. I expect problem will be solved within 24 hours. I highly recommended to other never buy any reliance product. As per last communucation cust. care replied that adaptor was also changed and you have pay for that Rs. 490. But nobody has replaced the adaptor and I never made compalin regarding adaptor chage. I have planned to file case under section 12 of cunsumer protection act, 1986.

                            We have BIG TV connection since 3-4 years now. The experience is very pathetic. We always had problems. I've subscribed to "platinum pack" that is the highest pack available with Reliance BIG TV since the start and they promised all the channels. Looking at the pamphlet we were impressed and decided to go for it. But since then many of the channels are discontinued for I dont know what reason. I'm a hardcore football fan and bcoz of CLT20 the football matches are broadcasted on Star Sports 2 which is also not available. When i called the customer service, the rep. told me that "channel aa jayega tab hum aap ko bata denge". But when i asked the reason why the channel is still not on BIG TV while all the operators have that channel he kept on repeating the same thing. Finally I had to disconnect bcoz the representative was too irritating. I'm not at all satisfied with the service and if someone is looking for a DTH operator I will not recommend Reliance BIG TV to them. My plan is going to end in 2014 (long time unfortunately.. :-( ) and the good news is I'm gonna get rid of that useless money grabbing company after all... If i had money I would've sued them.. Seriously...

                              Hi we have been using Reliance BIG TV connection for sometime now.. and for the past 45 days we couldn't hear any Audio form the System.. We raised a complaint 40 days back and the response from the customer care is we are processing and the technician will be reaching u in the coming 48.. I wonder Reliance is sending technician from Mars that's why he couldn't reach us in 40 days time... Very Poor Service .. Having invested for installation and for the equipment dono wat to do..                                 This is to bring to your notice that I have 2 reliance digital tv connection. This is with regards to the Smart Card no.[protected]. I have lodged a request for relocation of the Set top box from one room to the other room at the same address on the 16th of September. And I had requested the customer care executive to get it done on priority. I was told that it would take 2 days time. Today is 19th of September, and the problem has not been resolved yet and neither have I received any call from the technician. I have been calling up the customer care but I get the same reply all the time that the request has been forwarded from our side. Apart from all this, I am also being charged Rs. 350/- for this service but where is the service. Is this such a big job to do that not a single technician is available to close this call. This is a substantially bad level of service that you are providing to the customer. If my query is not resolved by the end of today, I would request you to take away your set -top boxes and refund the unused amount.

                                  I own a reliance big tv connection in my home. When I changed my address, I requested for the installation of dish in the new home through the call center. As per them, I paid the money also by recharging and sufficient amount is also available in my account. Till now more than 30 calls made to the call center, written two mails to the customer care but all are in vain. As per them, these kind of issues will be resolved within 48 hours of time but in my case the original request was made on 30th of Aug 2013 and till now no action taken from reliance big tv.

                                    Please provide as much information as possible...Respected Sir, My Big Tv Services has been suspended by your deptt from yesterday whereas as per accounts, there should be a balance of Rs 212/- in my account against a monthly package of Rs 330/-starting from 24.08.13.On enquiring from your customer care, it is told that a double deductions has been made on a/c of shifting location and the same will be refunded after 72 hrs and I have to wait for that period with no fault of mine. This is very unfortunate and not acceptable from a company which is a leader in all fields. You are requested to look into the matter and activate my big tv services immediately. For your information, I have recharged first with Rs 327/-on 24.08.13 and secondly with Rs 400/-on 06.09.13 to ease off the shifting charges.An immediate actin is solicited with a reply to my mail.                                       Dear Sir/Madam, I had taken connection order for Reliance Digital TV set top box on 24.03.2013 through APPCO marketing (india) pvt ltd a direct business associate of Reliance digital TV DTH services. Service people (Ms. Deepti and Kishore) has visited my house for the purpose of promoting connections of Reliance digital TV in the month of march 2013. I was agreed to pay the amount for connection of digital TV and 1790/- worth cheque was given to that service persons on the above mentioned date. That cheque amount was also delivered to Reliance office on April first week of 2013. Still that date of cheque clearance we have not getting connection of digital TV set top box and no one has visited my house from Reliance office for installation of set top box. And a funny thing is, i have received many SMS's from Reliance office regarding recharge my digital TV card for uninterrupted services. How can I recharge my digital TV card without installation???? I was complained number of times to Reliance office, but no response from their end. So kindly look into the matter and take immediate action and do favor to me.
