channels not working after recharged

Reinstallation Request - completely ignored

Never ever take a reliance digital connection. In case you have please do not try raising a reinstallation request.

Not able to view Channels

Relocation requests

Hi,

We have been relocated from Hdyerabad to Pune and in Hyderabad our connection was working fine. The world start falling when we asked there customer care to switch our connection to Pune. We took everything with us and since 27th Aug we are calling there customer care for installation.

A good thing is if a request not severed in two days it will be automatically closed. Customer is on the mercy of the...

Not replacing normal Set top box to HD

Setup box Not working

Service suspension

We were paying Rs 298 from February 2011 towards our TV service with Reliance Big Tv. On 13th of August they have suspended our service telling that we need to Rs 460 toward the add on plans for English movie channels and for sports channels, were in these plans are a part of our South Gold pack of Rs296 with 182 channels.
