Hi, my smart card no is[protected]. I made four complaints related to the very poor signal quality. and every time it was told to me that "it will be resolved in next 48 hours."
First complaint - 4th Aug 2012,[protected] closed without any ACTION.
Second complaint - 11th Aug 2012,[protected] closed without any ACTION.
Third complaint - 16th Aug 2012,[protected] closed without any ACTION.
Fourth complaint - 18th Aug 2012,[protected] closed without any ACTION.
While complaining I had discussion with senior costomer executives - Mr. Yogesh, Mr Sachin and Mr Rahul. No one is able to solve the problem.
Very luckily one day I got the call from service engg Mr Nitesh ([protected]) and he told me "main aapko service nahi de sakta hu aap fir complain ker do".
It is not the right way to talk with the customers, please make them educated and SOLVE MY POOR SIGNAL QUALITY PROBLEM ASAP. I am still waiting for service.

Big TV DTH — Setbox not woring
My Setbox is not working for last 20 days. After serious of Compliants also, BigTv is not taking any steps.
