I bought a Reliance Dish TV Connection in the month of June 2011 . in the month of October when I got recharged still after two months it is not activated and my charges is also exoseted. I rush to the nearest dealer of Reliance but they refuse to help me and told me to register the complaint in customer care. In customer care no body respond.

Fraud created on my account

I had activated the ten sports pack in july.I let it run till the lockin period.Meanwhile in the month of August my yearly pack expired. I activated the Platinum pack and continued. I called the customer care after the lockin period of tensports and told them to cancel it. The customer care person did so and i continued with my day to day activities and did not bother.As ten sports continued i thought it was cancelled. But Big tv performed...

Not showing Channels instead of payment

Sir, i have activated 3 months platinum pack on 5th of october. I have already paid Rs 1125 to Reliance digital tv. From 21st october i am unable to see any channel. It shows you are not subscribed to the channel. Instead of subscribing it shows this error. I called almost 50 times to customer care on [protected], but they are telling it will be solved in 15 minutes but its not solved yet after 4 days also. I really fed up by their service....
