Jaya network channels not seen from past one week. It says technical error from past one week. Additionally news7 tamil also hanged from last one week. Mk six channel has no audio.

Hello big tv team its good that you guys are renewing the license but please ensure the transmission of all regional channels without interruption. I hope the above issue will be resolved asap.

Any chances of adding up sun channels again or they are excluded permanently.

I tried to call customer care several times but i am not able to connect. The line is getting disconnected. I have mailed the customer care no. But till now no one has responded.     As per information am trying to change from bigtv to tatasky, when i reached tatasky customer care am getting response that my number :[protected] is not available with them and they are saying to take new connection with the charges. Can you let me why my number rmn and customer id is not available for migration and how i will get my balance.

    all gemini telugu channels & all e-tv telugu channels are stopped from 10 days is there any problem . When did that channels will resume.Please clear our complaint. We are missed so many programmes in those channels.Kindly clear or resume thease channels as early as possible.

      As per information am trying to change from bigtv to tatasky, when i reached tatasky customer care am getting response that my number :[protected] is not available with them and they are saying to take new connection with the charges. Can you let me why my number is not available for migration and how i will get my balance of rs 3000/- which is in account.

Kindly reverse my on line payment cash in my paytem valet. I am already registered complaints against you in consumer corut. My last warning you kindly reverse my all payments in new connection card as received various call from tata sky or some others digital dish operators. Kindly treat as warning. I am already working in tis hazari court. I am not seen maximum chanels last 20 to 30 days error showing in chanels. Kindly look into.           Some channels like sony, sab. Nicklodean, colours marathi, ibn lokmat sony mix etc. Are not been displayed from many days though we are paying our recharge monthly, they are saying that the channel is being temporarilily not available, as days are been passing one by one channels are being deleted, so i humbly request you to kindly look for for that

            Iam getting message on my big tv that your services are getting closed... So give a missed call to get the existing big tv converted to tata sky. I gave missed call. But there is no response. What am i supposed o do. This is literally not fair in any sense
            And most important issue.. Some channels.. Like colors tv.. Mtv.. Sony tv sony max.. Are not coming from 2-3weeks.. That is very annoying.
            Please look into the matter asap

              Hello,

              I would want to start by saying that i am not happy with your service as it is very poor. My big tv is not showing a number of channels for almost a week. They all have the message of a technical snag displayed on them. Despite repeated attempts, both the customer care numbers remain busy. Nobody even responds on the official complaint email id. I hope this complaint reaches the people responsible and the issue gets fixed immediately. Or else i will have to switch to a better dish tv.

                My account[protected] suspended till yesterday i have reacharge it but it not updgrate in my account please upgrate it so i able to get tata sky i have called to tata sky no [protected] and their adviser called me to reacharge it so ihave but when i called again they called me that its not upgrade so i am unable to change it so then what i do after that

                  I have subscribed one year south pack and my validity expires on sep 2018.. Most of the channels like sun music, sun news, and lot more channels are not able to be viewed. I have tried calling the customer care for last one month and not able to connect. I have documented everything if my issue is not resolved i will take this to the consumer forum.

                    Am not able to see the channels which i have subscribed from around one month... Tried contacting your customer care numbers which you have provided for many times but not able to connect the same... And i have already registered a complaint in your site and there was no response for the same too,,.. Try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.. Since we are facing the same from long time...

                      We got a cal from skye digital services for migration from big tv to skye, but they are asking for basic subscription of rs.200.

                      When we are the customers of big tv and it is shutting down, the further services tied up with other partners should be free of cost. Now who will direct on this as the customer care number is not working. This is severe inconvenience to customers and why should we pay for skye service provider when already we have paid around rs.2000 for reliance. Reliance big tv service provider is cheating innocent customers by this kind of extra subscription charges with their partner service provider. Digital service providers are playing their business games with innocent customers who are not even aware what's happening and imposing these kind of extra charges for their merge up process. If this is a merging process, then it should be completely free of cost, as already we have paid for big tv.

                      Providing alternatives to customer as big tv business license is expired makes sense, we agree. But why the hell we should pay for this when customer has already paid money in thousands.

                      This issue needs to be addressed on priority as we are fed up off calling reliance customer care number.

                        U can't reactive as reliance dth is shutting on Nov 18. As now reliance customer is getting Tata sky dth u want to activate. If they ask U to pay last 10 months due and they will activate then r u ready to pay.

                            I got a message on my TV from you stating that from the 18th of November you are shutting shop for the Reliance BIG TV and you guys have arranged

                            a seemless transfer to Tata Sky. It was instructed to give a call to this number ([protected]) to get a Tata Sky connection at no cost. I have

                            called that number. Even callled that number and still waiting to here from them.

                            But you guys have stopped the services from right now and its only the 2nd of november . Is this how you treat your customers who have been with

                            you from a number of years now?

                              Getting error 200 (Unsubscribed channel) for all paid channels for my smart card no :[protected].
                              Could you kindly help in getting my paid channels and even the amount is being deducted without providing the channels being displayed.
                              Its not the right approach and has to be fixed immediately and money should not be deducted.
                              I have also tried to contact the customer care but can't connect with customer representative and receiving response as invalid number. Kindly, take necessary action as early as possible.

                                  From last 9 days, our tv programs are not coming. It shows error 400 as our account balance is more than 3000/-. My smart card no.[protected]. So, resolve the problem at the earliest.

                                  I am fed up from reliance digital tv, nobody is answering from call centre.

                                      Many channels went off air and after 4-5 days they started flashing msgs that their license is expiring on nov.2017. Whereas they collected charges from me in the month of sept.2017 till 10 oct.2018. Now they are saying that they have made arrangement to migrate to tata sky to a lower package. We are facing problem in doing so but when i am writing to them they are not responding to 5 mails on this subject matter nor helping on this issue. This is force migration.

                                        Dear sir/madam
                                        I beg to say that i recharged my big tv on 6 october 2017. I credited rs. 300 in my account but the channels didn't came it continuously showed that your account has been suspended. To assure this i again recharged my big tv account with rs. 100 on 9 october 2017 just to check whether the rates of my pack (Silver) have rised but unfortunately it again showed that your account has been suspended. I even called the customer care but i am very disappointed to say that your service is very slow and desperating. I never expected this. I just want to request you to render my channel services again.

                                        I'm trying to recharge my Big TV since last there days, doesn't matter whatever amount you put its saying invalid amount, tried recharge with PayTM.Mobikwik and several other payment gateway all gets failled.Even your customecare executives are not available since last two days.                                         It has been more than a week that colors channel & mtv hasn't been available only for reliance big TV users. Also your customer service number is not getting connected. Kindly do the needful. Really disappointed with your service.
