I am a customer of your company i have been loadged a complaint on 16.06.20017 my big tv no[protected]. Yor mech visited and checked my set up box is required to be change but no action taken from your company to till date more over i have been loadged complaint three times also. Hence i once again request your company the complainted set bix may be changed immediately. Other wise i will compail to go legal proceeding. Worst service my complain no is[protected] I complaint to customer care for setup box issue i called 5 to 10 times no one picking call and when they answer just says they we will sent engineer & sorry for inconvenient dont know why they are lie to customer and give commitment they sent engineer within 48 hrs. hell service
