Reliance Bigtv — Reliance digital tv disconnected | |||||
The service of reliance digital tv at my location is disconnected from friday 09/06/2017 with error 400, though they provide a turn around time for restoring the service as 48 hours, no technician turned up till today 15/06/2017, even after the repeated follow ups with the customer care executives each day. All the executives repeat the same story of forwarding the complaint to the so called "concerned department"but no result achieved from the procedure.
