Reliance Bigtv — service is not providing even when payment has been taken | |||
I am reliance big tv costomer since 2015 and now from 2 months i am unable to use its service mean channels are not showing, its blocked. I recharged before 3 months with 1499 rupees for one year package. My concerned is if they should provide proper service with extra days against those days when service was not provided, or they should return my money. There is same problem on my TV . U don't know what they do it on TV channals . If there are technically problem it can be solved in 1 week . But there are 3 month on it .

Same problem about two months, can't resolved till now
Hello sir i have pay 499 in11/03/2018 tha company are not give set-up box or booking id and today company are pay my money refund.
