Channels are not appearing in tv appearing on screen as error 400 and some times as weather condition is not cleared, from 2 months onwards. We called to custumer care many times and they replied we solved the problem within 2 or 3 days. But till the problem is not solved. So we are requesting you to please solve the problem as soon as possible

    Regards sir, madam
    i am using 2 connections of reliance big tv, and recently i have recharged with their 1499rs plan, but from last 3 months i not able to see the channles at all, they are cheating their customers in such a way and customer care is also not responding to our complaints
    please take some serious actions against those frauds because whole nation's big tv customers are getting cheated the same way

      Please look into this matter, as we already paid and channel are not available from two month. They are do cheating to customer by telling it will start by 24 or 48 hrs from last two months. And they directly say they will not refund our money too. This is how peoplee are becoming rich by cheating to other.

      Kindly refund our money as no channel are available from last 2 months. Cheaters

        My big tv set up box is old one but it does'nt matters.i have recharged my account but it shows that your signal is lost.and i want my problem to be solved first.Also customer care number is not been available.no good service is provided by you.signal error is been a big issue for me.i want my problem to be solved immediately Because i have recharged my account and i dont want my money to be wasted

          In continuation to my earlier compliant, . I would like to state that this is the second spell you are cutting sorry, stating some technical problems. You being service provider and having collected the subscription amount for an year in advance, this is totally a cheating of your valid customers. Had this not been for grabbing lump sum payment from the customers and fooling them with your vague remarks"inconvenience regretted"shows your intention of making money . I cannot bear with your present attitude. Hence, I request you to restore the service forthwith or otherwise, return my money to enable me to select a service which is to my satisfaction. Or otherwise let me take further legal course of action deem fit.

            Espected sir,
            I was using your reliance big TV connection 6 month back . I received massage on TV that our facility is going to get closed so you switch to Tata sky, and your balance will be transferred to Tata sky connection in my account. But after changing the connection only 1000/- rs only was transferred by rel big TV. I had talk with Tata sky customer service, they assured me that time that remaining balance will come after some days . But know they are saying balance only 1000/- rs . But according to me, I had recharged in oct2017 with 3800/- rs amount. Kindly take this notice and transfer my remaining balance. I am attaching on line bank statement of recharge. Thank u.

              Reliance digital tv cheated me, no channel is accessible since two months, when i call your customer care service same reply get every time. Then they guaranteed the resume of service within one week, 72 hours etc...I can't tolerate one more time...I am a journalist.i would like share a news about this in social media and online news sites. and with also want to move with a case in consumer court. What is your opinion...I expected reply on 24 hours...

                Alredy i have booked for new reliance bigtv at a offer price of 499/- rupees .at that time company has made an commitment they will install the total set whiten 30 to 45 days .but after a 105 days a i am not getting any response from comany side.i am also tryed many time on there given number but there is no response, they do not pickup phone please do need full action.other wise i will go for consumer court.i have also attach my payment details here.

                  We are getting fooled by reliance digital tv peoples, since last 02 months, by committing from that the channels will start with in 04 days, 02 days bla bla blaa...

                  When the validity expires, the use to close the connection and asks us to get monthly recharge.

                  I want to file an case as consumer complaint in court.

                  When will this harassment stop?

                  I have booked Reliance Big TV on 2nd march 2018 Rs 499.00 but till now 73rd day I don't get any connection. Big TV assures 30th to 45th days for installation.
                  Only promise no installation, fake promise, Reliance Big TV beware of fraud, Reliance Big TV is a fraud TV network.
                  By offering recharge of 1499, 2499 by company representative for 1 & 2 years respectively i have done recharge of rs 1499 on 28/02/2018 after that company unable to provide services my platinium pack for 1 years pl. acknowledge my complaint & refund my money otherwise i will loged case in consumer court
                  Booking id 14519878 booked on 12 march still no answer, when they going to install. wrote email so many times but no response.
                  could you tell what is happening.

Now I got the message that It may take 30 days more, If this is the condition the I want my booking advance (i.e. Rs.499/-)refund.I have attached a copy of confirmation mail from service provider.(Dear Customer,

                      I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 499rs bacause when i prebooked 40 days i got message that the installation will be done within 40 days, but even after several follow up i did not get any installation call. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for reliance big tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking. Booking id is 14517397. Cancel this booking and immediately refund my money.

                        From more than a month no signals are coming. And i have done a recharge of year pack 1499.
                        No response coming from ur help team eveytime they say call or wait for 72hr.
                        Second replie is its not ur issue its everyone issue.
                        Means you are not able to solve problem then give my money back with the panalty money.

                        We have already recharge one year package but last 3 month no service provide & no take-up any customer care no. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible other wise I taking strict action against big tv my customer ID[protected], my mobile no.[protected]

                        I had booked Big TV on 11 March 2018, as per your commitment The installation should have been done within 45 days of booking.But even after 45 days have passed, no reply has come from your side.
                        If you are unable to install within a week, please returning the booking amount .

                        Big tv channels are not comming up it has been more than a week. mover there is no info when exactly big will resume its services.Cust care is just telling 3, 4 days.Big tv atleast inform when they are going to resume thier service and shld so reminbursement for the loss to cust.
                        Reliance digital TV is collecting money for the new HEVC set top box through its website and post offices. I have booked this device on 1st March 2018 through the website and got the confirmation sms stating that I will get the device in 30 to 45 days. But so far nobody contacted and the customer service is not functioning.

                          Issue: settop box switched on after a year, as we were out of the country and after connecting the required wires to the tv, we are getting the "error 400 signal lost" issue. Please note we have tried removing the card and reinserting it back again in the settop box as well.

                          Request you to please look into this issue, and help fix it as soon as possible.

                          This company is playing with all consumers money, they are not giving proper services.
                          if at all they are facing problems then they should not recharge or take money for the services. just last week recharged Rs. 2000 and again there is no service, I request please return our money we will go to other services.

                            We are using reliance bigtv and it is showing as error 400 since one month even the customer care people are not responding properly...they are just giving fake assurances...we already paid subscription for 6 months...fed of of this network ...worst ever ...I don't understand what is actually happening with this company...they don't even have an office in hyderabad and don't respond properly...how to resolve our problem?????

                              I have recharged Reliance big tv for 1 yr subscription in the month of Jan or feb 2018 and my id no is[protected]. Since 40-45 days I'm not getting any channels and all channels were stopped as well as company is not refund the amount.
                              Even after several conversations with customer care they are repeatedly saying wait for another 48 hours and 72 hours.

                              This is a strange service which is providing by Reliance company.

                              I need the amount should be refund or provide services. Else give an option to swap the service with other service provider which I have already for it.

                                Please confirm when the services will get back normal, as its been a long time, It is a humble request to please confirm if the services will get normal or not, so that we can go for another service provider. Please understand our problem, as television is a source of our entertainment after a long days work. This year not seen a single IPL match, this is the first time in 11 years, only because of your fake promise that services will get normal soon.

                                Very Very disappointed by such a bad and worst working ethics, convey this message to higher authorities.

                                  I have done registration for Reliance DTH vide registration No 7044,
                                  ordered on 16.03.2018 under your per booking offer. I have pre booked
                                  and prepayment for the said after your commitment for installation at
                                  side under maximum 45 days but even after elapsing approx 55 days no
                                  any information received by your side for installation.
                                  I have taken interest in your pre booking plan because o[censored]se in
                                  summer vacation of our baby.

                                  Due to this unexpected delay I have contacted your representative on
                                  toll free on dtd 05.05.2018 but no any satisfactory reply received
                                  regarding said installation in time.

                                  Due to failure of it's installation in time (as per your commitment),
                                  Kindly provide me procedure to get full refund or revert my amount or
                                  install it as immediate effect otherwise only You 'll be responsible
                                  for A/[censored]nexpected delay.

                                  I have emailed several times to your customer care, installation web site and talked on toll-free so many times but no resolution got till now.

                                    मैने 14.03.2108 को 547 रूपये जमा करके बिग टी वी आर्डर किया था जिसकी आर्डर आई डी 106566 है। इस आर्डर को बुकिंग डेट के बाद 30 से 45 दिन के अंदर डिलीवर और इंस्टालेशन का कम्पनी ने वादा किया था मगर आज दो माह पूरे हो चुके हैं और मुझे न तो मेरा प्रोडक्ट मिला, न ही उसके बारे में कम्पनी कोई जबाब दे रही है कि मेरा आर्डर मुझे कब डिलीवर होगा। इनकी कस्टमर केयर सर्विस सफेद हाथी है। उस पर हजार बार काल करने पर भी रिप्लाई नही मिलता। यह कम्पनी की नितांत गैरजिम्मेदाराना और फ्राड एक्टििविटी है। मै अपने 547 रूपये रिफंड चाहता हूं। कम्पनी से लास्ट रिप्लाई मेल का स्क्रीन शाट पेस्ट कर रहा हूं।

                                      I booked reliance big tv ID no[protected] dtd. 02/03/2018 paying Rs. 499. Their offer was that dish will be install within 30-45 days. But till date I have not received any confirmation regarding this when it will be install. I called customer care so many time, but they told us that it will be install within 15 days.Now their executive told us it will be install before 15 june. So I dont want to install Reliance Dish. They are cheating with us. I am requesting to Please solve this matter or refund my payment.
