Almost 20 days i have not been provided with any service after collecting money/subscription for an year. This is the second time that the service is discontinued with vague reply"technical problem.". You have spiled this vacation time of my family leaving them in dark. Why problems set-top pls on my set top box .
They have cheated us same way, by taking subscription for one year and we hardly received service for a month... The thing that is surprising me is that it's not in news anywhere other than we people suffering here.. may be Ambani's hv shut all mouth with money they HV cheated on us!!!

    In continuation to my earlier compliant,. I would like to state that this is the thired spell you are cutting sorry, stating first some technical problems for 1& half month and then shutting down all the channels and displaying error 400 till the date (18/05/2018), today the company has completed 2 months and 12 days to close the services. You being service provider and having collected the subscription amount of ₹1499 for an year in advance, this is totally a cheating of your valid customers. Had this not been for grabbing lump sum payment from the customers and fooling them with your vague remarks"inconvenience regretted"shows your intention of making money. I cannot bear with your present attitude. Hence, i request you to restore the service forthwith or otherwise, return my money to enable...

      I have reliance d2h connection but it has stopped working from last 2 months i have renewed the connection but it is showing error 400. My customer number is[protected]. I have called the customer care but every time i call customer care they are telling it will start in 1 week it has been long time and they are not resolving the problem. If they cant start then kindly refund the subscription which i have paid in january 2018.

        I’m big tv annual subscription customer and my card number:[protected]. Not able to get any channel for last few months and response from reliance team is pathetic, i feel cheated! My mobile number [protected]. I’ve tried reaching out to reliance big tv customer care number :[protected] but automated voice response says it’s invalid number. There’s no other way to reach out to reliance big tv and i’ve two connections both connections not working! I’ll initiate consumer action and social media negative campaigns if same is not addressed on priority

          Sir i booked reliance big tv as it offered free for one year for rupees 1999which is 500 advance and rest at time of installation. I got confirmed by message on02/04/2018. Rdtv id 14541360 on 02/04/2018. I received message that it will take 30to45 day but after 50 days i have not received any connection or any response from company. What should i do?             I booked reliance digital tv's latest offer of getting 1 year free hd channel at the package price of inr 1999/-. According had made a payment of inr 499 on 01st march 2018 against booking number 12506219. The offer was to install the set top box with in 45 days and till date (I. E. 22 may 2018), even after multiple follow-ups there is no confirmation from either reliance digital tv or its channel partner about the installation.

            This is utterly unprofessional.

              From the past 2-3 months, a lot of channels are not coming. Channel that i had in my subscription pack. Everytime, i call the customer care, they say it will be resolved in 2-3 days but it never happens. Also, from the past 1 month, no channel is coming so there is literally nothing that you can watch on the tv. Please look into this and resolve it. I had paid 1 year subscription upfront and i think they should return the money.

                    From last one month there is no signal message in reliance big tv and the problem is from their side only.. Whenever we call customer care to complain about this they are saying issue will be solved within 4 days and their customer executives repeat the same answer from last 3 weeks. By this our money also wasted amd unable to watch any programs.. They are cheating the customers. Please take some necessary actions. Thank you...

                      I am using reliance big tv for last 5 years or so approximately. From past few months i am facing issues with reliance big tv services which you are well aware of.

                      Many of the tv channels are not coming in-spite of repeated complaints. I have got assurance each times i complained but not satisfied by the services being provided.

                      I did recharge of 1999/- in the month of april. Attached is the receipt.

                      No tv channels are coming for the past one month and on repeated complaints, issue is not resolved.

                      Kindly refund my amount of 1999/- for not providing the services.

                      Requesting to reply and act asap.

                      From last 2 month I am not getting all channels and last 20_25 days I am getting 400 error.When I call customer care, they does not raise any tickets for that and always says with in 72 hour they resolve the issue.

                        Hi this naveen from past 2 months on word's not getting connection i call care so may times they are saying 48 hours even after one month also they not able to reslove issue not at confirmed servers shoutdown may be they should inform customers base on that we can move another network. I never see this type of service worest sever.

                        They are not refunding amount also if they are not able to provide network customer can change network this indirect fraud happing provider alredy know but not responding one of my friend workin in bigtv he is saying purposepuly they are doing this.

                        Reliance was promising to give big tv within 30 to 45 days but even after completion of 45 days, co. isn’t fixing DTH. I have contacted at their customer care helpline no. Those people are asking for some more 30-40 days. Co. is not delivering what they have promised. I have experienced very bad service with the reliance.
                        I have recharged for two years of offers 2499, thereafter only one month is working properly then channel not working now. Also I talked to customer care many times and he always repeat same line it's working in 24hrs, but same issue

                              We have not been able to view any of the channels on our reliance big tv set top box. The operator returns a message 'error 404'. When we contact the support, they say they have an issue with broadcasting and will fix it soon. It's been 2 weeks, we have not been able to view any of the tv channels and we are not getting an information on things that are happening in the state or the country.

                                Dear all,

                                I have paid rs.499.00 for the new connection on 02/03/18 and was informed that i have to pay balance rs.1500.00 on installation. You all also informed me that the connection will be delivered in the next 45 to 60 days. As you can see its passed 2 months and i have not received the connection.

                                If you cannot deliver the new connection, kindly return me my money, else i will be forced to approach the consumer court.

                                  I am narendra mehra, i am using reliance dth service since last 18 months.
                                  But almost from last 2 months i am unable to watch anything on my tv due to signal lost problem of my dth service provider.
                                  I contact to costomer care many times and they told me to wait for 48-72 hrs from last two month and problem still not rectified.
                                  Now what i have to do..

                                    I have pre book reliance big tv settop box in 1st week of april by paying rs 499.
                                    They respond it will take maximum 30 — 45 days for installation but no installation takes place. Also on 45th day they sms that it will take 30 more days. I have send messages to email id - [protected]@rbtv.in and also in booking site but didn't get any reply till now.
                                    Now i want to cancel order no. 14541799 and want my money back to account from which it is deducted.

                                      Please take necessary action as these people take money in advance post which they don't provide service. This is the case from past two months. Every time you call them, they say it will be rectified in 48-72 hours but nothing changed in past two months. Now am planning for a different provider in this case would request help in getting my money back from these liers.

                                        We have not been able to view any of the channels on our reliance dth set top box. The operator returns a message 'error 404'. When we contact the support, they say they have an issue with broadcasting and will fix it soon. It's been 2 weeks, we have not been able to view any of the tv channels and we are not getting an information on things that are happening in the state or the country.

                                        Also, earlier we had recharged for 1499 /-. We were told that we would receive all channels. Channels worked for a week. But after a week, some of the channels stopped working. We received a message stating that rs 15/- will be refunded for each channels that does not work.

                                        We are fed up with reliance dth. We want a complete refund for what we have recharged for the trouble we are facing due to reliance dth. Please help with this.

                                        It's been 3 weeks now. When we contact Customer Service they speak as if we work for them. No Service Request number was also shared else could have taken this to the consumer court. Will definitely take this to the consumer court. Pathetic DTH, pathetic service.
